Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior has recently received much attention among researchers, given its practical importance and implications for organizations. The importance of organizational citizenship behavior in teachers is because to achieve the school's vision and mission, organizational citizenship behavior is needed to make it happen. The primary purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of perceived organizational support, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior. This research used a quantitative approach-oriented research design. For the acquisition of research data using documentation instruments and online questionnaire distribution. The sample used in the study were 110 respondents. The basis for determining the sample is oriented to the non-probability sampling approach by using the purposive sampling formula. This study concludes that perceived organizational support and job satisfaction have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the results of this study also confirm that organizational commitment has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, perceived organizational support is the strongest predictor of influence on organizational citizenship behavior based on the results of the regression test and the most significant based on the results of the partial test.

Abstract

Digital marketing is the use of electronic media by marketers to promote products or services to the market. With the popularity of broadband Internet and the rapid development of network technology in recent years, traditional marketing has also gradually shifted to digital marketing. Likewise, consumers have started to look and be interested and switch to the marketplace. This study examines the influence of digital marketing on the marketplace. In digital marketing activities, of course, it cannot be separated from the exchange of consumer values (customer value) and the formation of engagement (customer engagement). This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 200 people who made repeated purchases at the marketplace in Riau Province. The results of the observations will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of the analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) conclude that digital marketing has a direct influence on customer value and customer engagement in the marketplace. Customer value and customer engagement have a direct influence on repeat purchases in the marketplace. And digital marketing has an indirect influence on repeat purchases through customer value and customer engagement in the marketplace.

Abstract

Penyandang disabilitas selalu terkait pada perlakuan diskriminatif yang sering mereka terima dari orang-orang di lingkungan sekitar setiap hari. Dengan di sahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2016 memberikan harapan bahwa penyandang disabilitas memiliki kesempatan yang sama dan bisa mendapatkan pemenuhan berbagai hak-hak mereka. Salah satunya yaitu adanya jaminan akan keberlangsungan hidup para penyandang disabilitas. Untuk bertahan hidup, seorang penyandang disabilitas harus berusaha dan bekerja ekstra keras. Banyak faktor permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh para penyandang disabilitas untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang baik dan berkualitas, permasalahan tersebut tidak hanya datang dari diri mereka sendiri namun juga dari luar diri mereka, seperti masyarakat sekitar yang tidak mendukung dan cenderung tidak percaya akan kemampuan para penyandang disabilitas tersebut. Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Sosial bagi Penyandang Cacat ditegaskan bahwa penyandang cacat berhak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan dan penghidupan yang layak sesuai dengan jenis dan derajat kecacatan, pendidikan dan kemampuannya. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesempatan kerja serta membuka peluang bagi para penyandang disabilitas untuk menyadarkan mereka bahwa mereka juga bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan yang layak dengan segala keterbatasan yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Webinars are an alternative taken by agencies/organizations to provide information and knowledge during the pandemic COVID-19. Although webinars are often held by agencies or organizations, few are held by students. This community service aims to foster students to be able to organize webinar activities during the pandemic COVID-19. This activity was attended by 15 final semester students who were selected based on their interests and talents. The selection of participants by convenience sampling technique. Before and after the service activities, interviews and questionnaires were distributed to participants. The results of the interviews before the webinar revealed that none of the participants had experience in hosting a webinar, and only 27% thought that the webinar could be held. After the service activities were carried out, all participants (100%) stated that this service activity was useful. and has honed the hard skills and soft skills of students that were not obtained during lectures.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of women in entrepreneurship, especially in the culinary field in Pekanbaru, by using the variables of capital, independence, and education to analyze their influence on entrepreneurial motivation. The population in this study are all women who carry out home-based businesses engaged in home-based culinary businesses in Pekanbaru City whose numbers are not known with certainty, for an unknown population the number of samples in this study using the Wibisono formula and obtained a total sample of 97 people. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of statements directly to the respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is operated through the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of the study indicate that either simultaneously or partially, the variables of capital, independence, and education have a significant effect on the motivation of women who are culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the expected value of strategy (expected payoff) from the promotional strategies carried out by two Indonesian e-commerce companies, Tokopedia and Shopee. It is intended to generate maximum profit or minimal loss caused by the competition between the two companies through game theory simulation. The research design uses quantitative data with an applied research design. The analytical method used in this research is the Game Theory approach. The data was processed using the POM-QM application for Windows V5.2. The results show that completing the competitive payoff matrix in both e-commerce companies uses a pure strategy. The calculations and data processing results show that the maximum value is the same as the minimum value, which means that the saddle point has been reached and is the Optimal Strategy for the game value of -24.11. Because the game value from the payoff matrix is negative, the game is won by the column player, namely Shopee, using a promotional strategy in the form of free shipping. Meanwhile, to minimize the loss of row players, Tokopedia can use a promotional strategy in the form of cashback

Abstract

Menjadi Penyandang disabilitas bukanlah halangan untuk maju dan berkembang menjadi seorang wirausaha. Banyak usaha yang bisa di lakukan oleh seorang penyandang disabilitas agar tetap mandiri dan menghasilkan. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggandeng dan berkolaborasi bersama platform yang telah dikembangkan oleh beberapa komunitas dalam mengolah usaha kuliner maupun usaha kerajinan dan keterampilan yang mampu memberikan solusi bagi para penyandang disabilitas agar bisa menjadi seorang wirausaha. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang strategi-strategi berwirausaha kepada para penyandang disabilitas yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan-pelatihan keterampilan baik itu kerajinan, tata rias dan kuliner selama berada di UPT Pemberdayaan Penyandang Disabilitas Daksa dari Dinas Sosial Provinsi Riau. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini, di harapkan para penyandang disabilitas mampu tetap bertahan dan mampu menyusun strategi jitu dalam membangun usaha/bisnis yang menjadi minat mereka serta bisa memanfaatkan peluang lingkungan sekitar untuk mulai berpikir menjalankan bisnis yang sebenarnya. Dengan menjadi seorang wirausaha, penyandang disabilitas bisa bertahan, mendapatkan penghasilan dan tidak lagi menjadi beban keluarga apalagi di rendahkan oleh orang-orang sekitar mereka

Abstract

Abstrak Kehidupan dunia organisasi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kemampuan dari pemimpin organisasi tersebut dalam membina organisasi dan juga kemampuan dari pegawai dalam menyeimbangkan antara kehidupan pribadinya dengan pekerjaannya, yang pastinya akan berdampak terhadap kinerja pegawainya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan strategis dan work life balance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Samosir yang berjumlah 118 pegawai, hasil dari uji validitas ditemukan bahwa seluruh variabel memiliki kriteria valid dan untuk uji reliabilitas variabel penelitian memiliki kriteria handal. Untuk uji normalitas seluruh variabel memiliki distribusi normal dan untuk koefisien determinasi kemampuan dalam menjelaskan variabel penelitian besarnya 55% dan korelasinya dinyatakan kuat. Hasil uji hipotesa kepemimpinan strategis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, demikian juga work life balance memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Ketika kepemimpin strategis dan work life balance dapat diterapkan dengan baik maka kinerja juga akan baik. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Strategis, Work Life Balance, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract The life of the organizational world cannot be separated from the ability of the leader of the organization in fostering the organization and also the ability of employees to balance their personal lives with their work, which will certainly have an impact on the performance of their employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of strategic leadership and work-life balance on employee performance in employees of the Samosir Regency Regional Secretariat which amounted to 118 employees, the results of the validity test found that all variables had valid criteria and for the reliability test the research variables had reliable criteria. For the normality test all variables have a normal distribution and for the coefficient of determination the ability to explain the research variable is 55% and the correlation is expressed strong. The results of the strategic leadership hypothesis test have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as well as work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. When strategic leadership and work-life balance can be applied properly, performance will also be good. Keywords: Strategic Leadership, Work-Life Balance, Employee Performance
