Abstract

Differentopinion on Islamic law among Islamic scholars is such a relity and it also a part of God’s disposition that has to be taken wisely. Moslems ouht to learn and try to build a scientific athics that has been taught by fuqaha al-salaf. They taught about tolerance and respecting others opinins. Open mindedness is important to be learned to those different opinions. By learning those ethics, a peaceful and harmonious life might be realized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh  Iklim Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Studi ini menggunakan obyek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP Negeri 1 di wilayah Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati yang berjumlah 136 orang guru. Dari 136 responden yang mengembalikan kuesener sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah sampel jenuh atau teknik sensus yang memakai populasi sebagai sampel. Hippotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan regresi. Model regresi dapat digunakan kalau memnuhi syarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi multikolineritas dan heterokedastisitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Iklim Organisasi  tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap    Komitmen Organisasi pada Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati.  Motivasi terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru  pada guru SMP  Negeri 1di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati . Komitmen Organisasi guru tidak terbukti secara signifikan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru pada guru SMP Negeri 1 di Sub Rayon 04 Jakenan Kabupaten Pati. Pengaruh Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja guru lebih efektif bersifat langsung tanpa mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Motivasi berpengaruh  terhadap kinerja guru secara langsung lebih efektif dari pada dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasi. Kata kunci : Iklim Organisasi, Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Community development is a process of directing people toward a stage or condition which society becomes more competent to ptroblems and conditions of the community and environment. The increasing competence of community members is expected to generate development activities based on their own initiative. In the current context, community development are most in based on religious and cultural values, including local wisdome, in order to ovver come various problems within society. Relevant studies of community development should in line with higher educatin institutions throght the implementation of “Tridharma PT”, which consist of : education, research and service. Moreever, within this milleneal era, community development has significant influence on education, politics, economics, social, as well as on culturePengembangan masyarakat proses bergerak ke arah suatu tahap atau kondisi di mana masyarakat menjadi semakin kompeten terhadap permasalahan dan kondisi komunitas maupun lingkungannya. Kompetensi masyarakat yang semakin meningkat ini diharapkan dapat menimbulkan aktivitas pembangunan atas prakarsa masyarakat (komunitas) sendiri. Pengembangan masyarakat juga sebagai gerakan, yang berusaha melakukan reformasi terhadap kondisi yang dianggap kurang menguntungkan. Dalam konteks saat ini tentu pengembangan masyarakat (community development) didasarkan pada nilai-nilai agama, budaya dan kearifan masyarakat lokal menuju kemajuan dan kesempurnaan dalam menjawab permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul di era globalisasi. Kajian yang relevan dalam community development adalah kajian pengembangan masyarakat yang sejalan dengan peran lembaga Perguruan Tinggi yaitu memfungsikan Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang terdiri pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat. Orientasi tersebut tentu menjadi harapan apabila dilaksanakan secara sungguh-sungguh. Faktor lain, spesifikasi keilmuan sebagai besis intelektual dan keahlihan pengembangan masyarakat mendapat tempat penting dan strategis di era mellineum saat ini baik dari segi pendidikan, politik, ekonomi, sosial maupun budaya.

Abstract

Pembuatan alat peraga ini berlatar belakang pada permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA. Kurangnya media alat peraga pembelajaran di sekolah, kesulitan mendapatkan alat peraga, serta letak sekolah yang jauh dari pantai menyebabkan pembelajaran kurang menarik dan mengakibatkan peserta didik tidak bisa memperoleh pengalaman langsung . Fokus masalah penelitian ini pada pembuatan alat peraga kotak konveksi dari bahan daur ulang dengan prinsip reduce, reused,recycle dan dampaknya bagi pembelajaran. Penelitian pembuatan alat peraga ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan menggunakan alat peraga kotak konveksi udara dari kaleng roti untuk membuktikan peristiwa perpindahan energi panas secara konveksi dengan contoh terjadinya angin darat dan angin laut. Simpulan : hasil pengamatan menunjukkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran I sebesar 37,5% dalam kategori baik, 62,5 kategori sangat baik. Pada pembelajaran II sebesar 39,5% dalam kategori baik, 60,5 kategori sangat baik serta pencapaian hasil belajar sebesar 76,7%.. Saran: 1) bagi rekan-rekan guru yang mengalami permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas dengan karakteristik yang sejenis, dapat menjadikan laporan ini sebagai bahan referensi untuk mengatasi permasalahan di kelasnya, 2) media alat peraga yang saya gunakan hanyalah salah satu dari banyak media yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kondisi dan karakteristik kelas tersebut.Making these teaching aids has a background on the problems faced by teachers and students in science learning. The lack of media teaching aids in schools, difficulties in obtaining teaching aids, and the location of schools far from the coast causes learning to be less attractive and results in students not being able to gain direct experience. The focus of this research problem is on making recycled box props from recycled materials using the principles of reduce, reused, recycle and their impact on learning. The research on making these teaching aids is to improve the quality of learning by using air convection box props from bread cans to prove convection heat transfer events with examples of land winds and sea breezes. Conclusion: the results of the observation show that the learning activeness of students in learning I was 37.5% in the good category, 62.5 in the excellent category. In learning II amounted to 39.5% in the good category, 60.5 categories were very good and the achievement of learning outcomes was 76.7%. Suggestions: 1) for fellow teachers who experience learning problems in the class with similar characteristics, can making this report as a reference material to overcome the problems in its class, 2) the media that I use is only one of the many media that can be used to overcome learning problems in accordance with the conditions and characteristics of the class.

Abstract

This article studies the thought of al-Qarafi who lived in (626-684 H/ 1228-1285 M) in al-Qarafah - Kairo, Eqypt about the pluralistic ideas in giving fatwa (legal opinion). Al-Qarafi’s pluralistic ideas in giving fatwa include several issues. First, if a fatwa is requested by someone or a community that is not affiliated or committed to (taqlid) imam maz\hab (a mazhab leader), mujtahid or a certain opinion, a mufti (a scholar who gives fatwa) has freedom to give fatwa based on law opinion of which he believes to have the most excellent fundamental law. In contrast, if the fatwa request is from someone or a certain community that has made a pledge, affiliated, or socially identified to a certain maz\hab or tend to a certain law, mufti serves as an agent to choose a law opinion that is suitable with their maz\hab, belief, and religious social identity. Second, for those who request fatwa (mustafti) who want to change to other maz\hab (intiqal) or the result of other ijtihad (ideas) that he believes, there are no hindrances for him and that he deserves to get fatwa in accordance to the maz\hab that he believes. Among the implications of al-Qarafi’s pluralistic ideas in giving fatwa on the development of thoughts of contemporary Islamic law is giving the pragmatism principle foundation in the application of law. The implementation of the al-Qarafi’s ideas is also meaningful in establishing maz\hab tolerance, creating respectful situation in facing different opinion, and making harmony in interaction among Moslems.

Abstract

The development of student’s creativity was to answer the challenges of the 21st century curriculum. To know the aims of learning were reached, it was needed valid and reliable assesment. Research was conducted instrument development. The total sample testing instrument need 43 students from two schools who have used 2013 curriculum. Rater reliability data analysis using Hoyt’s formula with SPSS software application . Validity and reliability items analyzed using Rasch model with Winstep program. Results: The 22th items tried out form 2 dimensions factor, they were namely the figural and verbal factors. Conclusion: results from test run on reliability was 0,94. The instrument based on the catagories was of good quality item. Based on the analysis factor it was will necessary to do improvement toward the arrangement of measuring instruments. The instrument consisted of two dimensions of the main dimensions which were figural and verbal dimension. Figural dimension had 10 measuring items, while verbal dimension had 12 measuring items. Instrument was arranged based on the lowest to highest logit. Sugestion: it required test run using larger sample. Items was arranged rom the easiest to hardest items based on logit number on each dimension. The benefits of this study: to arrange the model formula to assess the ability of acting and thinking creatively based on comic in the learning.

Abstract

The era of regional autonomy that has been going hand in hand since the new millennium has implications for the demand to improve the quality of public services because one of the mandates of reform is to improve the performance of public services. Idealism to provide excellent quality public services does not seem to be in line with empirical reality. In reality, up to now there are still many citizens who complained about the services provided by the service providers. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze public satisfaction with public services presented by Dindukcapil, Banyumas Regency. This research was conducted in Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency using survey methods. The object of research is the satisfaction of the service user community. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Validity testing uses product moment correlation while reliability testing uses Cronbach's Alpha. Data analysis techniques use Important Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the service user community was satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency because the service performance received / felt was higher than its expectation. This is evidenced by the value of each item in the performance attribute which is entirely higher than the value of each item in the expectation attribute. Overall, the percentage ratio of the total score of the performance attributes is also higher than the percentage score of the total expectation attribute, which is 108.9%. Based on these results, the hypothesis which states: "People are satisfied with the public services presented by Dindukcapil Banyumas Regency", was accepted.
