Abstract

Permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaiamanakah kondisi sosial, kondisi ekonomi orang tua siswa dan motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 2) Adakah pengaruh kondisi sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 3) Adakah pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III, 4) Seberapa besar pengaruh kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 siswa. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proportional sample  sebanyak 97 siswa.. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program statistik SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan regresi = 15,528 + 0,398X1 + 0,143X2. Uji keberartian persamaan regesi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 25,982 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti  Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kondisi sosial dan kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas III SMA PGRI I Kebumen Tahun Ajaran 2005/2006 sebesar 35,6%. Besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variabel yaitu kondisi sosial orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 12,4%, pengaruh kondisi ekonomi orang tua terhadap motivasi melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 9,5%. Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find and to test the model of characters education in Learning Evaluation Subject through deep approach to learning. The subject of the study is the class of Learning Evaluation of Office Administration Program, Economics Education Department, Economics Faculty, Semarang State University. The data are collected by a test, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The result of this study showed that the model of characters education through deep approach to learning could improve students’ self awareness in learning the subject.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the class assessment from many aspects; aspect and technique of class assessment, procedure of class assessment, they way to determine the students’ score rank, and the opinions of teachers, the principal, students about the practice of class assessment. The research is an evaluation research with a formative model. The subjects of this study were 3 teachers, 1 principal and 146 students of Office administration department. The data were collected with questionnaire, documentation and interview. The result showed that (1) aspect and technique of class assessment conducted by the teacher, based on students’ opinion was on poor category, based on the teachers’ opinion was on good category and based on the principal’s opinion was on very good category. Therefore, it was on good category, (2) assessment aspects conducted by the teachers were only cognitive and psychometric aspects; while affective aspect has not conducted yet. Thus, it was not comprehensive assessment, (3)the techniques of assessment used by the teachers were written test, oral test, practice, observation and task, however, portfolio assessment, journal, self-assessment and peer- assessment have not conducted yet in this subject, (4) the procedure of assessment based on students was poor, meanwhile the teachers and principal said it was good. (5) procedure of assessment conducted by the teachers did not fulfill the standard as stated in Panduan Penilaian Mata Pelajaran Produktif (The Assessment Guidance of Productive Subject) by Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP), (6) determining students’ end score is by combining students’ daily test, mid test, midterm test and final test and then divided into three, while all tasks are only the supporting score, and (7) the principal, the teachers and students expect the class assessment in still conducted since it gives benefit and improve students’ development significantly in education world.

Abstract

The aim of devotion is (1) designing the letter management basedon need analysis of school; (2) training in implementing the result of design; (3) arranging the classification of archive; and (4) implementing the electronic letter management. The main priority of devotion is providing knowledge about handling of incoming and outgoing letter. In addition, the dedication is realizing to create the good administration for school, so that it can be supporting the accountability of school with authentic document. The implementation of devotion through socialization and training about management of letter based on need analysis. To overcome the obstacles of implemention in handling letter, we would evaluate from mentoring activity.

Abstract

CTL adalah suatu konsep belajar di mana guru menghadirkan situasi dunia nyata dalam kelas dan mendorong siswa membuat hubungan antara pengetahuan yang dimiliki dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan, sementara siswa memperoleh pengetahuan sedikit demi sedikit, dan dari proses mengkonstruksi sendiri, sebagai bekal memecahkan masalah dalam kehidupannya. Dari hasil observasi awal kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Japara, diperoleh bahwa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran kompetensi dasar Menemukan Peluang Baru dari pelanggan kurang berkembang, hal tersebut karena proses pembelajaran tersebut hanya terjadi satu arah atau hanya berfokus pada Guru yaitu menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional, sedangkan rata-rata nilai ujian tengah semester tahun pelajaran 2010 sebesar 60,32 dimana terdapat 14 siswa yang nilainya belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah Model pembelajaran CTL (Contextual Teaching Learning) berbantuan media kliping dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar menemukan peluang baru dari pelanggan kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Japara?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas Media kliping dengan model pembelajaran CTL guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa  Kompetensi dasar menemukan peluang baru dari pelanggan Kelas XI Pemasaran SMK Negeri 1 Japara Kabupaten Kuningan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 1 Japara  yang terdiri dari 2 siswa laki-laki dan 29 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ditempuh dalam 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II, tiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan adalah tercapainya tujuan penelitian ini sesuai dengan alokasi waktu yang dirancang dalam penelitian untuk membahas materi yang ditunjukkan dengan terlampauinya nilai sesuai dengan KKM yang diterapkan Sekolah yaitu 7. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil tes siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata skor sebesar 66,45 dan termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Tes siklus II menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 73,71 dan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Jadi, telah terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 7,3 atau sebesar 10,9%. Perolehan hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kompetensi dasar menemukan peluang baru dari pelanggan dengan model pembelajaran Kontekstual berbantuan media kliping telah berhasil.CTL is a concept of learning in which the teachers bring a real world situations in the classroom and encourage the students to make connections between the knowledge that they have and its application in the life, while the students gain the knowledge bit by bit, and from the process of constructing themselves, as a basis to solve problems in their life. From the result of the first observation class XI Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Japara, obtained that on the implementation of learning basic competence discovering New Opportunities from customers was less developed, it was because the learning process only occured in one direction or focused only on the teacher, namely, using conventional learning, while the average value of the midterm test of academic year 2010 was 60.32 where there were 14 students whose values ​​did not meet the Criteria of Minimum Completeness (KKM). The Problem in this study is "What is CTL learning Model (Contextual Teaching Learning) assisted clippings media can improve student learning achievement on basic competence discovering new opportunities from customer class XI Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Japara?". The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of clippings media with CTL learning model to improve student leaning achievement of basic competence discovering new opportunities from customers Class XI Marketing SMK Negeri 1 Japara Kuningan District. The subject of this study is the student of SMK Negeri 1 Japara that consists of  2 male students and 29 female students. The study is done in 2 cycles, namely, cycle I and cycle II, each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The success indicator is the achievement of the objective of this study in accordance with the allocation of time that designed in the research to discuss the material that indicated with the exceeding value ​​ in accordance with KKM that applied by the School that is 7. The result of this study can be concluded that the test result of cycle I shows the average score is 66.45 and including in the low category. The test of cycle II shows the average score is 73.71 and including in the high category. Thus, there has increased from cycle I to cycle II as many as 7.3 or 10.9%. Obtaining this result shows that the learning of the basic competence discovering new opportunities from customer with contextual learning model assisted clippings media has succeed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa UPT Pepustakaan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna jasa UPT Perpustakaan Unnes dengan sampel sebanyak 177 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan variabel-variabel penelitian. Teknik pengambilan data dengan Non-Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa UPT Perpustakaan Universitas Negeri Semarang. This research conducted in order to analyze the quality dimension which is a tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy that affect user satisfaction of library Semarang State University. The research is users of library Semarang State University that are 177 respondents. The data taken uses questioner arranged according to research variables. The data taken uses Non-Probability Sampling techniques with Accidental Sampling approach so that the sample taken accidently. The analysis data technique are percentage descriptive, multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing analysis. Multiple regression analysiss shows there is an influence of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of user satisfaction of library Semarang State University.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi internal, motivasi kerja, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Wonoboyo, Kabupaten Temanggung  baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 159 orang perangkat desa di seluruh wilayah Kecamatan Wonoboyo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 24,810 + 0,479X1 + 0,205X2 + 0,405X3. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh secara simultan komunikasi internal, motivasi kerja, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja perangkat desa sebesar  56,8%. Secara parsial besarnya pengaruh komunikasi internal sebesar 12,53%, besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja sebesar 5,19%, dan besarnya pengaruh fasilitas kerja sebesar 9,30%.The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of internal communication, work motivation, and working facilities to the village councilors performance in the district of Wonoboyo, Temanggung Regency either simultaneously or partially. The population in this research are 159 people of the village councilors. The data collecting method is observation, questionnaire and documentation. The analysis data technique are percentage descriptive, multiple linear regression, the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing analysis. Result of the analysis shows the multiple linear regression equivalent Y = 24,810 + 0,479X1 + 0,205X2 + 0,405X3. The result of the calculations showed the influence simultaneously of internal communication, work motivation, and working facilities to the village councilors’ performance was 56.8 %. Partially, the influence of internal communication is 12.53 %, work motivation was 5.19%, and work facilities amounted to 9.30%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, kesiapan belajar, dan disiplin belajar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI IPS mata pelajaran ekonomi di MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung secara simultan maupun parsial. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS di MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung yang berjumlah 76 siswa. Semua siswa sejumlah 76 dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi ganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis. Hasil dari analisis regresi ganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 5.555 + 0.229X1 + 0.265X2 + 0.761X3. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 67,0%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial untuk lingkungan  keluarga sebesar 6,708%, kesiapan belajar sebesar 8,41%, da disiplin belajar sebesar 44,756%.The purpose of this research was to know is there any influenced of family environment, readiness to learn, and disciplinery learning of the students' learning motivation in class XI IPS for the subject economic in MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung simultaneously or partially. The population in this research were students of class XI IPS in MA. NU Raudlatul Muallimin Wedung totaling 76 students. All 76 students is used to be sample in this research. The data was collected using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of the percentage, multiple regression analysis, analysis of classical assumption and hypothesis testing analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis of this research was Y = 5.555 + 0.229X1 + 0.265X2 + 0.761X3. There is a simultaneous influence as much as 67.0%, whereas partially the influence of family environment as much as 6.708%, readiness to learn 8.41%, and the disciplinery of learning 44.756%.

Abstract

Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif..Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 65,50% dalam kategori cukup partisipatif, keterampilan siswa sebesar 68,38% dalam kategori cukup terampil, ketuntasan klasikal 65,50% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar 73,25. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus II menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 69% , keterampilan  siswa sebesar 73,30%, ketuntasan klasikal 61,29%, menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,96. Untuk hasil penelitian siklus III menunjukkan partisipasi siswa sebesar 82,87%, keterampilan siswa sebesar 82,01%, ketuntasan klasikal 77,41% dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar 79,48. The subjects were students of class XI Administrative SMK Bhakti Persada Kendal. The design of this study is a class action with three cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection methods used in this research is the method of testing, observation, and documentation. The results of the study in the first cycle shows student participation of 65.50 % in the category of participatory enough, the skills students 68,38% in the category of skilled enoug, classical completeness 65.50% with an average of 73.25 learning outcomes. For the second cycle study results showed a 69% student participation, student skills at 73.30, 61.29% classical completeness, showed an average of 79.96 students' learning outcomes. For the results of the third cycle studies show student participation by 82.87%, 82.01% of the students skills, classical completeness 77.41% with an average of 79.48 students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kinerja perangkat desa di Kecamatan Limpung Kabupaten Batang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di lingkup wilayah Kecamatan Limpung yaitu sebanyak 189 orang perangkat desa. Sedang sampel yang diambil sejumlah 128 orang perangkat desa yang didapat dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif persentase, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,669 + 0,274X1 + 0,271X2 + 0,268X3. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan fasilitas kantor terhadap kinerja perangkat desa yaitu sebesar 52,8%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri untuk kepemimpinan yaitu sebesar 9,48%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 9% dan fasilitas kantor sebesar 16,48%. The purpose of this study was to identify whether the leadership, office environment and office supply contributes to the performance of the village officials in the district of Limpung, Batang Regency. The population of the study was all of the village officials in the district of Limpung, as many as 189 officials. The sample taken was 128 officials based on the Slovin Formula with 5% standard error. The data was obtained through questionnaire, then was analyzed using percentage descriptive analysis, miltiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using SPSS. The result of multiple linear regression has been shown by the equation Y = 3,669 + 0,274X1 + 0,271X2 + 0,268X3. The influence of leadership, office environment, and office supply to the employee’s performance was 52,8%, while in partial, leadership contributed as much as 9, 48%, office environment 9% and office supplies 16,48%.
