Abstract

Onions is one of the vegetable commodities that has a high economic value and can be developed in low plains to the highland. The need for Onions in Indonesia is big enough, but these needs have not been met by producers. This study is meant to see the influence of the bokashi waste of agriculture and the best dose of  growh and the yield of onions on the ground PMK. This research began on May 8 to July 4, 2018 on the land of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. The method used is a completely randomized complete design (CRD) with 5 doses of treatment for agricultural waste (0 tons / ha, 10 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha, 30 tons / ha and 40 tons / ha) with 5 replications. Each test consists of 4 plant samples. Observation variables consisted of plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, fresh weight of bulb, dry weight of bulb and number of bulb. Based on the results of the study, The use of bokashi`s of agricultural waste shows an increase in growth and results that are getting better. The treatment of bokashi doses of agricultural wastes of 40 tons / ha showed an increase in growth and improved yield on variable plant height 47.24 cm, number of leaves 23.95 strands, number of tillers 7.13 tillers. Fresh weight of tuber was 68.52 g, dry weight of tuber was 64.42 g and number of tubers was 8.65 tubers. The results of this study indicate an increase in growth and results are getting better than other treatments. Keywords : Spanish onion, compost agricultural waste, PMK.

Abstract

Background: Job satisfaction will improve the nurseperformance in hospital. This occurs when the nurses perceiveintrinsic rewards (e.g. feel something has achieved) andextrinsic rewards (e.g. salary/incentives) which have beenreceived were fair and reasonable. The job satisfaction innurses will raise motivation in the workplace so that the numbersof absence will be decreased. The job satisfaction can alsoimprove physical and mental health status that has impact onphysical fitness, high work morale and motivation so that thenurse performance will be increased.Objective: To identify relationship between job satisfactionand nurses perceptions about leadership with the nurseperformance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in PKUMuhammadiyah Hospital Gombong.Method: Explanatory quantitative research methods withsurvey and cross-sectional approach. Data analysis wasperformed with linear regression test. The independentvariables were job satisfaction and nurse perceptions aboutleadership and dependent variable was the nurse performance.Samples were 95 nurses who worked in PKU MuhammadiyahHospital Gombong. The research instruments use modifiedLikert’s scale, questionnaires and interview guides. The datasources are nurses, patients and several informants.Result: The analysis result of ANOVA test was found F count26.44, significance level of 0.000. With relationship value of0.44. There was a significant positive relationship betweenjob satisfaction and nurse perceptions about leadership withthe nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 inPKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. The closeness ofrelationship is moderate category while R Square value(determination coefficient) was 36.5%. This means that thejob satisfaction of nurses and nurse perceptions aboutleadership is jointly affect the nurse performance about 36.5%Conclusion: There was a significant positive relationshipbetween job satisfaction and nurse perception about leadershipwith the nurse performance of post certification ISO 9001/2008 in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Gombong. To improvethe nurse performance, nurses should make some innovationsin their work. The management of hospital should improve thecontrol function and the comfort of work environment in thehospital.Keywords: job satisfaction, leadership, performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT Outreach Counseling Group to lose the aggressive behaviour of the students In Class VII A MTs Al - Ma'arif Wuluhan Jember Years 2017/2018 Lessons. with the respondents examined as many as 26 students. Data collection methods used are observation and question form, data analysis used are descriptive data analsis. Based on the results of preliminary observations by the now major data and obtain the percentage by number of self concept of students in all schools amounted to73%,  after being  given  the action  cycle  I aggressive behavior of students  in schools has decreased by a large percentage 42%, having resumed on cycle II level of aggressive behavior has decreased with a large percentage of 20%. Thus the conclusion, delivery of counselling services group indicates that aggressive behavior of students in schools has decreased. Research activities have been successfully categorized karna percentages under the indicators of success that has been set by 25% percentage of aggressive behavior in schools. Thus with the granting of group counseling services can reduce aggressive behavior of students in  Class  VII  A  in  MTs  Al  -  Ma'arif  Dukuh  Dempok  Wuluhan  school  year2017/2018.Keywords: Group Counseling, aggressive behavior

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh peran keluarga dan dukungan sosial dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita di Kabupaten Banyumas.Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik pre and post test design pada satu kelompok, dan sampel diambil secara purposive (34 orangtua balita). Lokasi penelitian di RW 3, Desa Rempoah, Baturraden, Banyumas. Tahap I, dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi keluarga dalam melakukan stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita, membentuk panduan stimulasi dan video stimulasi untuk balita, melatih kader kesehatan/relawan untuk pendampingan stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita. Tahap II, dilakukan dengan implementasi model; (1) memberikan pelatihan stimulasi tumbuh kembang balita dengan media video dan modul, (2) demonstrasi dan pendampingan stimulasi menggunakan alat permainan edukatif, (3) implementasi dengan kunjungan rutin setiap 2 minggu sekali selama 5 bulan. Instrumen: kuesioner pra-skrining perkembangan dari Depkes, lembar observasi dan alat pengukuran antropometri (BB, PB, LILA, dan LK). Hasil penelitian adalah peran keluarga dan dukungan sosial mempengaruhi proses tumbuh kembang, uji paired t test menunjukkan model pemberdayaan berdampak terhadap pertumbuhan balita baik pada indikator berat badan, panjang/tinggi badan, lingkar kepala, lingkar lengan (masing-masing dengan p value 0,00). Pemberdayaan keluarga terbukti mampu meningkatkan perkembangan balita, baik pada indikator personal sosial, bahasa, motorik halus, motorik kasar (masing-masing dengan p value 0,00). Kesimpulan adalah peningkatan peran keluarga dan dukungan sosial dapat memberikan efek positif terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan personal sosial, bahasa, motorik pada balita. Identifying the effect of family role and social support in growth and development process of toddler in Distric Banyumas. Research was done by using pre and posttest design technique to a cluster, sample was taken by purposive sampling (34 parents of toddler). Research located in RW 3 Rempoah Village, Baturraden, Banyumas. Phase 1, done by identifying the families in growth stimulation toddlers, creating stimulation manual and video stimulation for toddlers, training the health cadres / volunteers in order to mentor the growth and development stimulation of toddlers. Phase II, done by model implementation; (1) giving growth stimulation training toddler with video and media modules, (2) demonstrate and stimulation mentoring using educational toys; (3) implementation with regular visits for 5 month in every 2 weeks. Instruments : pra-skrining development questionnaire from department of Health, observation paper and Anthropometric measurement tools (Body Weight, Body Length, Upper Arm Circumference, and Head Circumference). Family role and social support effect the growth and development process. The test of Pair T-test indicate empowerment model impacts in toddlers growth both in body weight, body length, upper arm circumference, head circumference (each with p value 0,00). Family empowerment proven to improve toddlers development, both in social personal indicator, language, fine and gross motor (each with p value 0,00). CONCLUSION. Family role and social support enhancement can give positive effect on personal growth and development on social, language, and motor on toddlers.

Abstract

Inventory is a resource that is stored for the production process or for the sale of a business process. The purpose of this paper is to study and analyze current procedures and business in the information system implemented in the company’s inventory, measure the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory control information system that is applied, knowing the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of information systems inventory by the company, so it can provide recommendations and suggestions for improving the existing weaknesses. The method used in preparing this paper the writer is literature study, observation, interviewing relevant parties, check list, application testing, and documentation study. Observations collected will be analyzed, evaluated and compared with the theory of internal control. Based on the results of evaluation writers, inventory information system procedures performed PT Sumber Mandiri was good enough, although there are still some weaknesses. In this case the company should fix these weaknesses to improve operations and performance.Keywords: evaluation, information systems inventory, general control, application control

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the project management and make suggestions to the problems being faced by the company. Many companies or individuals working on a project basis (project based), but many of those who do not manage the project well, even with no management at all and let the project flow as it is. Therefore, it needs a proper guidance and methods to support a project management information system. The research method used is the method of data collection, covering literature from books, articles from the internet, and study the documentation to PT ACM through direct interviews with the parties concerned with the project. The data analysis technique used is based on the 9 knowledge areas and 5 stages in project management. The results are the company’s project is proposed to be closed (closing) so as not to increase corporate spending on the project. The conclusion of this scientific work is a project run by the 2 parties have a higher risk of failure.Keywords: evaluation, management, project

Abstract

Abstract:The objectives of research were to find out the influence of climate change on agri­cultural production and farmer’s adaptation strategies in drought-prone land in Semarang district.The data used in this research are primary data collected through interviews and observations. Simple random sampling is used to take sample of this research. The sample in this research were 90 farmers in the village Jatirunggo, 27 of them are farmers in drought-prone areas and 63 farmers in normal areas. Based on the results of a log linear regression analysis, showed that the variables: land, capital, labor, and farmers' group membership are influence the agricultural production positively and significant. While drought areas is influ­enced negatively. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the farmers in drought areas, gender, farmer group membership, and the use of fertilizer has a significant influence on the chances of crop failure. While farmers who suffered a decline in product agri­cultural, and farmers in drought areas have a significant influence on farmers’ decision oppor­tunities in changing cropping patterns and shifting the time of planting as a form of adapting the climate changes. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh perubahan iklim terhadap produksi pertanian dan strategi adaptasi yang dilakukan petani pada lahan rawan kekeringan di Kabupaten Semarang. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel pada studi ini adalah 90 petani di Desa Jatirunggo, 27 diantaranya adalah petani di daerah rawan kekeringan dan 63 petani di daerah normal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi log linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel: luas lahan, modal, tenaga kerja, dan keanggotaan kelompok tani berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi pertanian. Sedangkan variabel daerah kekeringan berpengaruh secara negatif. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa petani yang berada di daerah kering, jenis kelamin, keanggotaan sebagai kelompok tani, dan penggunaan pupuk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang kegagalan panen. Sedangkan petani yang mengalami penurunan hasil, dan petani yang berada di daerah kering memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peluang keputusan petani dalam mengubah pola tanam dan menggeser waktu tanam sebagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap perubahan iklim.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the condition of employee relations from the point of view of communication. How employees express themselves to the environment both as a communicator and as a communicant. This study uses a qualitative approach to describe the actual conditions occur in more depth. The informants in this study are leaders and employees of the cooperatives in Pangandaran Regency. Triangulation techniques are used in order to test the validity of data.The results showed that the ability of employees in maintaining relationships between employees both vertically, horizontally and diagonally quite well. In terms of communication they are able to act as active communicators and listeners. However, there is an interruption when the other person has not finished talking and some employees are less able to deliver the message descriptively.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kondisi employee relations dari sudut pandang komunikasi. Bagaimana karyawan mengekspresikan dirinya terhadap lingkungannya baik sebagai komunikator maupun sebagai komunikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan kondisi yang sesungguhnya terjadi secara lebih mendalam. Adapun informan pada penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan para karyawan koperasi-koperasi di Kabupaten Pangandaran. Teknik triangulasi digunakan dalam rangka menguji keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan karyawan dalam menjaga hubungan antar karyawan baik secara vertikal, horisontal dan diagonal cukup baik. Dalam hal komunikasi mereka mampu berperan sebagai komunikator dan pendengar yang aktif. Namun demikian masih terjadi interupsi ketika lawan bicara belum selesai bicara dan beberapa karyawan kurang mampu menyampaikan pesan secara deskriptif.

Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah organisasi atau lembaga ditentukan oleh banyak faktor, salah satu di antaranya kompetensi sumber daya manusia. Dalam konteks lembaga/instansi pemerintah, maka faktor keberhasilan pencapaian produktivitas/kinerja pegawai adalah bagaimana tingkat kompetensi PNS-nya. Apabila kompetensi PNS berada pada level di atas rata-rata, maka hal itu dipastikan akan mendukung pencapaian produktivitas organisasi. Sebaliknya, apabila kompetensi SDM atau PNS rendah maka pencapaian produktivitas akan berjalan lambat atau bahkan tidak tercapai. Persoalan lain dalam pengukuran produktivitas/kinerja adalah tentang instrumen pengukuran yang tidak mampu menggambarkan capaian sesungguhnya. Namun, terbitnya PP No. 46 Tahun 2011 diharapkan dapat menutupi kelemahan-kelemahan pengukuran yang dilakukan sebelumnya yakni pada saat menggunakan PP No. 10 Tahun 1979 (DP3). Abstract

Menikmati masa tua yang sejahtera merupakan harapan semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan hal ini pulalah yang menjadi salah satu motivasi ketika mereka melamar kerja, yakni untuk memperoleh pensiun. Pensiun merupakan satu aspek penting dalam manajemen kepegawaian yang dimaksudkan untuk menghargai dan mensejahterakan PNS ketika mereka memasuki usia pensiun. Di Indonesia, jaminan sosial dan tunjangan hari tua dikelola oleh PT. Taspen, sebuah badan usaha milik negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang asuransi tabungan hari tua dan dana pensiun PNS. Secara konseptual, terdapat dua sistem pendanaan pensiun yakni sistem pay as you go dan fully-funded. Sistem pay as you go adalah sistem pendanaan pensiun yang dibiayai secara langsung oleh pemerintah melalui APBN pada saat pegawai memasuki masa pensiun. Sedangkan fully funded adalah sistem pendanaan pensiun yang bersumber dari iuran yang dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh PNS sebagai pekerja dan pemerintah sebagai pemberi kerja. Saat ini Indonesia menggunakan sistem pay as you go dalam membiayai pensiun PNS. Sistem ini bagi organisasi dinilai membebani APBN dan tidak memberikan manfaat pasti bagi PNS. Berdasarkan hal itu, sistem pendanaan pensiun perlu direformasi dengan mengubah sistem pay as you go ke sistem fully-funded, dengan kelemahan dan kelebihannya. Penerapan sistem fully-funded mensyaratkan kontribusi pekerja (PNS) dan pemberi kerja (Pemerintah) serta manajemen kepegawaian yang transparan dan akuntabel. Kata kunci: manajemen kepegawaian, pensiun, kesejahteraan PNS.
