Abstract

AbstractGlobalization era and the information revolution as a major phenomenon that continuesto roll,has encouraged a change a fundamental change in the order and space in a countryIndonesia is no exception ,of these phenomena can not be avoided anymore that has occurredinterdependence and interpenetration of power. Strength is moving through the nationalboundaries between their respective countries, this gives the sense that in this era will never haveto live their own country. Indonesia as a nation will be able to benefit, while avoiding losses, ifable to use the right to national interestsThe spirit of the world to establish trust between the government and the internationalpublic in Indonesia should continue to have embarked, what a beautiful and formulated into atotal of diplomacy, which in essence, the public holds an increasingly vital role in the diplomaticmission of a country especially in a situation that increasingly integrated with a variety of fieldsvery varied Government jobs will be light if the process of shaping world public opinion in orderto instill the image / image is totally supported by internal and the public as an effort to reachmeaning world sympathy for the Indonesian national destination.Keyword : Total Diplomacy, Image Building
