Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar guru mempunyai tugas untuk memilih model pembelajaran berikut media yang tepat sesuai dengan materi yang disampaikan demi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Dalamproses belajar mengajar di kelas terdapat keterkaitan yang amat erat antara guru, siswa, dan sarana. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan subyek penelitian siswa kelas XII IPA. 2 SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir semester 1 tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Data keaktifan siswa dikumpulkan dengan pedoman observasi dan data tentang hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan tes hasil belajar. Pelaksanaan tindakan diawali dengan membagi kelas atas 6 kelompok, menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran, menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan media VCD,kerja kelompok dalam menyelesaikan soal, presentase kelompok dan tes. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw melalui Media VCD sebagai media pembelajaran listrik statis dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dari rata-rata 69,58 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 71% pada siklus I menjadi 77,50 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 88% pada siklus II. Dari hasilpenelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw malalui Media VCD sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika siswa, sehingga dapat dijadikan alternatifpilihan pada pembelajarn fisika.

Abstract

The term literacy began to become a lot of discourse in the mass media and the world of education after Anies Baswedan, compilation into the Minister of Education and Culture, launched the School Literacy Movement (GLS). Currently following global change, the Indonesian revolutionary era is also developing a creative industry, an era of revolution that is in dire need of creative industry products. The creative industry can be defined as an industry based on expertise, talent and creativity; such as fashion, crafts, published (books and print media), music, film, and advertising. Literature, literary works and creative industries, both based on talent and creativity and together with cultural nuances. The difference is that the process of publishing literary works is more oriented to literary interests, while creative industries are more oriented to market interests. Language literacy becomes very important in the era of creative industries, so there are products based on creative industries that are language-based. This paper begins to reveal steps that can be taken so that literacy culture or GLS can continue to run in accordance with the development of the existing creative industry. The method used is of course descriptive and through qualitative consultation. In conclusion, the Indonesian literacy movement still needs to be encouraged, and Indonesian language learning in schools and colleges is still necessary, so that people become more proficient in supporting Indonesia and still love Indonesian as a communication tool, cultural imagery, and national identity reinforcement. The low ability of students in the art of poetry proves the need for empowerment to write poetry for students. This article discusses how to empower the literary writing culture of students in the struggle of the creative industrial revolution.

Abstract

Selain lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja juga merupakan faktor yang penting dalam produktivitas pegawai. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 60 responden sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan evaluasi maka disimpulkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan Regresi Linear berganda berupa uji t (Parsial) antara Lingkungan Kerja (Xı) secara uji f (Simultan) diperoleh thitung <ttabel,  yaitu sebesar 0,994 < 1,672 terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai (Y) sedangkan hubungan atau korelasi parsial antara Kepuasan Kerja (X2)  terhadap Produktivitas Pegawai (Y) dan secara uji f (Simultan) diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 9,830 > Ftabel = 3.16. karena Fhitung > Ftabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima,  Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap variabel terikat Produktivitas Pegawai.Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Produktivitas Pegawai. ABSTRACTWork environment can be interpreted something that is around the workers who can influence himself in carrying out the tasks charged. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to increase the result of learning mathematics on IV grade student of SDN 147 Pekanbaru through application model Quantum Teaching. The main question in this research is can application of model Quantum Teaching improve the result of studying mathematics of IV grade SDN 147 Pekanbaru students??. Hypothesis of this research is : if applying model Quantum Teaching can increase learning outcome. This research consist of three cycles. Percentage of teacher?s activities in cycle I was 68,75% (good chategory), in cycle II was 81,25% (good chategory), in cycle III was 93,75% (very good chategory). Percentage of student?s activities in cycle I was 60,41% (good chategory), in cycle II was 79,16% (good chategory), in cycle III was 93,75% (very good chategory). Based on analysis data and discussion of the research the mean score of student?s learning outcome was increased. The mean of student?s outcome from 62,83 point in cycle I was 68,78 point, in cycle II increased to 76,37 point, in cycle III increased to 83,86 point. From that data is can be coucluded that the application of model Quantum Teaching can increase the result of studying mathematics of IV grade students in SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Model, Quantum Teaching, Mathematics achievement

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar mata Fisika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran WMF ( Wall Magazine Fisika). Hasil belajar mata pelajaran fisika diharapkan dapat meningkat, sehingga Kompetensi Dasar yang hendak dicapai dalam proses pembelajaran dapat dikuasai oleh siswa secara maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Mandau, jalan Pipa Air Bersih Mandau. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Teknik Pengelasan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 yang berjumlah 26 orang siswa yang semuanya laki-laki. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Banyak tindakan sebanyak dua kali dalam dua siklus. Tiap-tiap siklus terdiri atas empat tahapan meliputi perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan hasil tindakan, dan refleksi hasil tindakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi pascatindakan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa siklus I= 81,28 (73,08%), dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus II= 84,88 (88,46%), maka dari kondisi pratindakan dibandingkan siklus II sudah meningkat . Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengunaan model pembelajaran Stand Welding dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mata diklat pemeriksaan dan pengujian hasil las khususnya materi Metode dan Prosedur Pemeriksaan Hasil Las. Berdasarkan simpulan penelitian ini perlu diuji coba pada mata pelajaran yang lain. Perlu dilakukan pengembangan model pembelajaran Stand Welding pada materi yang berbeda.

Abstract

This research is a development research which aims to (1) produce matematic module numeric method is valid and practical at STKIP Muhammadiyah Pagaralam. The research method consist of two stage: (1) preleminary, includes analysis and design of teaching materials in the form of module, (2) formative stages of study includes self evaluation, experts review, one to one and small group. The research subject were student of STKIP Muhammadiyah Pagaralam. Data collection was done by walk trought, documents, and observations. All data collect were analyzed descriptively. Based on the result of the data analysis, it was concluded that (1) this research has produced in a product in the form of module numeric methode is valid and practical. Valid drawn from the assessment and advice of validators, which otherwise well-developed  module according to content (corresponding curriculum SBC), construct, and language (in accordance with EYD). Practical drawn from the test result, which module easy to wear, with the track students minds, not to cause a variety of interpretations and can be supplied and used by the students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThis research is an experimental research, while the problem formulation in this study is the Problem Posing learning model is effective against the results of learning straight line equation material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Posing model for student learning outcomes in the material of Straight Line Equations in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 agaralam, with a sample of students including 21 experimental class students and 21 control class students, to measure student mathematics learning outcomes in research This is a written test in the form of essays which amounts to 5 questions. The hypothesis of this research is that the Problem Posing learning model is effective on the learning outcomes of straight-line equations in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. The results of students' mathematical test data with the Problem Posing learning model obtained an average of 70.5 and the average mathematics learning outcomes of students not with the Problem posing model of 65.08. By using the t-test statistical formula, we obtained a tcount of 3.50 and a table price of 1.725 with a significance level of 5%. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis formulated by researchers proved to be accepted, namely the Effective Problem Posing learning model for solving straight line equation problems in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. Keywords: Problem Posing learning model, Student Learning

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keefektifan penggunaan model Reciprocal Teaching dalam pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. yang ditinjau dari aspek (1) hasil belajar siswa, (2) aktivitas siswa, (3) respon siswa. Metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes, observasi, dan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kls VII SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam, dan  Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII.A yang dipilih secara random sampling ? acak. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis aktivitas siswa dalam 3 pertemuan diperoleh rata-rata 82,6% yaitu dalam kategori baik, sedangkan analisis hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas yaitu sebesar 87% termasuk kategori baik. Dan hasil analisis respon siswa dengan rata-rata 4 termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis data diperoleh informasi bahwa aktivitas pembelajaran siswa setiap aspek yaitu aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran, hasil belajar siswa dan respon siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran memenuhi kriteria baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan model Reciprocal Teaching adalah efektif.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Reciprocal Teaching, Hasil Belajar AbstractThe goal of this study was to see how efficient the Reciprocal Teaching methodology was in helping students learn mathematics at SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. which considers (1) student learning outcomes, (2) student activities, and (3) student replies.The data gathering methods are test, observation, and questionnaires, and the research approach is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The study's population consisted of all seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam, with the research sample consisting of grade VII.A students chosen at random. Quantitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The examination of student activities in three meetings yielded an average of 82.6 percent, which is considered good, while the analysis of student learning outcomes yielded an average of 82.6 percent, which is also considered good. which is in the good group, whereas the total study of student learning outcomes, which includes the good category, is 87 percent. Also in the good category are the findings of the study of student replies with an average of 4.According to the findings of the research and data analysis, every area of student learning activities, including student actions during learning, student learning outcomes, and student replies after participating in learning, fulfilled good criteria. It may be concluded that employing the Reciprocal Teaching paradigm to learn mathematics is effective.Keywords: Effectiveness, Reciprocal Teaching, and Learning Outcomes
