Abstract

Mediation is one of the means and efforts to resolve disputes that occur between husband and wife in a peaceful manner that is appropriate, effective, and can open wider access to the parties to obtain a satisfactory and just settlement. In response, the Supreme Court release the regulation of supreme court governing mediation procedure in proceedings in court. Beginning with the SEMA (Surat Edaran Mahkamah Agung) or Supreme Court Circular Number 1 year 2002 on the Empowerment of the First Tribunal Applying the Peace Institution, instructed all the judges who tried the case, in order to sincerely seek peace among the litigants. However, because some basic matters have not been explicitly stipulated in the SEMA, the Supreme Court issued Perma (Regulation of the Supreme Court) RI Number 2 Year 2003 on Mediation Procedure in Court, which was then revised and refined by Perma Number 1 Year 2008, which further reinforce the obligation to pursue mediation procedures related to litigation in court. And its peak on February 4, 2016 Supreme Court renewed by ratifying Perma Number 1 Year 2016 on Mediation Procedure. This paper discusses about how the implementation of this Perma, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the success of mediation and the extent of its effectiveness in the settlement of divorce cases in the Religious Court of Palu.

Abstract

The behavior and habits of residents in disposing of waste by not distinguishing between recyclable and nonrecyclable waste can lead to new problems. This paper is the result of community service to increase public knowledge about environmental cleanliness in Singkawang City. The author sees the need for efforts to increase this insight through action or by providing information about behavior in disposing of waste in temporary landfills so that the problem of minimal waste can be reduced. Kegiatan is done by the method of socialization and is part of qualitative methods. Collecting data through a closed questionnaire which in this questionnaire has presented answers in such a way, so that respondents are asked to choose an answer that suits their characteristics by giving a cross or a checklist. The question-and-answer method is also used, this method makes the activity more interesting because of interactions such as explaining and followed by a question and answer session between the officers, the community who are on-site, and the presenter. It is also hoped that this can add to the national insight of the participants who receive socialization about Disposing of Garbage in Temporary Garbage Shelters in Singkawang City.

Abstract

Airplanes are a very fast and time efficient means of transportation. In Indonesia itself, because the country is an archipelago and has a tropical climate, rainwater and seawater are the main problems in the aviation world, this is evidenced by the corrosion that occurs in every aircraft maintenance. Factors that cause corrosion and corrosion rate are acidity, environmental conditions, and materials used. The material that is often used in aircraft is 2024 T-3 aluminum material which is strong, lightweight, and also resistant to corrosion, but because 2024 T-3 aluminum has several mixtures of other materials such as iron, copper, and copper,other materials, then aluminum can also be exposed to corrosion and corrosion rates. Corrosion and corrosion rate can be determined using the weight loss method which is used to measure the rate of corrosion that occurs, it is proven in 72 hours the material has experienced a corrosion rate of 0.002 mpy and the corrosion rate continues to increase every day, and to see the corrosion that occurs on the material used micro photos to see the type of corrosion. But the weight loss method is not very accurate because the weight loss that occurs from the material is the result of abrasion when sanded. In addition, seawater is the biggest influence on the corrosion rate problem when compared to rainwater.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk 1). Mendeskripsikan kebiasaan belajar siswa berprestasi. 2). Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang membentuk kebiasaan belajar siswa berprestasi. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini subjek penelitiannya yaitu siswa berprestasi sebanyak 5 orang yang merupakan siswa dengan peringkat 1,2,3,4,dan 5 di kelas V di SD Negeri 83 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket kebiasaan belajar dan teknik wawancara mendalam (In Depth Interview). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar angket kebiasaan belajar dan pedoman wawancara mendalam (In Depth Interview). Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data ( data reduction), data display ( penyajian data), san verifikasi ( conclusion drawing/verification). Hasil penelitian 1). Kebiasaan belajar siswa yang dominan adalah mengerjakan tugas dan konsentrasi. 2). Faktor yang mempengaruhi terbentuknya kebiasaan belajar yang dominan adalah faktor psikologis, faktor kelelahan, faktor keluarga dan faktor sekolah. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebiasaan belajar memiliki kaitan erat dengan prestasi belajar siswa Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan belajar, Prestasi belajar.

Abstract

The use of bioethanol as an alternative fuel with a purity of more than 99.5% wt has prompted research on bioethanol purification. One of the promising methods used for bioethanol purification is pervaporation membrane. This research is aimed to prepare and characterize zeolite membranes for pervaporation membrane. The membrane preparation consisted of two stages, namely support preparation and zeolite deposition on the support. In support preparation, α- alumina and kaolin with specific composition (50:30; 40:40; 50:30) was mixed with additives and water. After pugging and aging process, the mixture became paste and extruded into tubular shape. The tube was then calcined at temperature of 1250 °C for 3 hours. After that, zeolite 4A was deposited on the tubes using clear solution made of 10 %wt zeolite and 90 %wt water and heated at temperature of 80 °C for 3 hours. Furthermore, the resulting zeolite membranes was washed with deionized water for 5 minutes and dried in oven at temperature of 100 °C for 24 hours. Characterization of zeolite membranes included mechanical strength test, XRD, and SEM. In the mechanical strength test, the membrane sample with α- alumina:kaolin = 50:30 (membrane A) has the highest mechanical strength of 46.65 N/mm2. Result of XRD analysis for the membrane A indicated that mullite and corundum phases were formed, which mullite phase was more dominant. Meanwhile the result of SEM analysis shows that zeolite crystals have been formed and covered the pores support, but the deposition of zeolite has not been optimal yet. The performance examination for bioethanol purification showed that the membrane could increase the purity of bioethanol from 95% to 98.5% wt. © 2013 by Authors, Published by BCREC Group.
