Abstract

PD Impressa Mulia is a company that produces carton based display goods. To be able to compete with other competitors the company plans to save by using aggregate planning currently in process in the company. With aggregate methods companies can use the most optimum type of manufacturing process planning. In addition, in order to provide products on the market with the right amount, it can use historical estimates from data collected. Thus, production can be controlled so as not to exceed or far below demand.
