Abstract

AbstractNeonatal mortality rates is quite high in Indonesia, where one of the main problem causing it was low birth weight babies (LBW). Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) is an intervention that can be done to reduce mortality in LBW, by making direct contact between the skin of the baby and the mother. The purpose of this study was to identify knowledge, attitudes, and roles of community health workers in KMC practice. This research was qualitative study. The informants in this study were 5 community health workers and 5 health workersin Tanjung Priok Subdistrict, North Jakarta. Informants was collected purposively. Data was collected by in-depth interviews and analyzed by content analysis. Community health workers understood about benefit and how to practice KMC, and had positive attitudes regarding benefit of KMC. However, they did not know about the duration of KMC and people who can do KMC. The role of community health workers was to provide information about exclusive breastfeeding and KMC practices, motivate and remind mothers to practice KMC; monitor infant weight; and help mothers to do KMC. In carrying out its functions, community health workers need to get training in advance regarding KMC. Community health workers can play a role in monitoring KMC practice. Keywords: knowledge, attitudes, role, community health workers, Kangaroo Mother CareAbstrakAngka kematian neonatus cukup tingi di Indonesia, dimana salah satu penyebab utamanya adalah bayi berat lahir rendah (BBLR). Perawatan Metode Kanguru (PMK) merupakan salah satu intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi kematian pada BBLRdengan melakukan kontak langsung antara kulit bayi dengan ibu.Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan, sikap, dan peran kader kesehatan dalam PMK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 5 orang kader kesehatan dan 5 orang petugas kesehatan di Kecamatan Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. Pengambilan informan dilakukan secara purposive. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan analisisi data dilakukan secara content analysis. Secara umum, kader kesehatan memahami mengenai manfaat dan cara mempraktekkan PMK, serta mempunyai sikap yang positif mengenai manfaat PMK. Namun kader kesehatan kurang mengetahui mengenai durasi PMK dan orang yang dapat melakukan PMK. Peran kader kesehatan dalam praktek PMK yaitu memberikan informasi mengenai ASI eksklusif dan praktek PMK, memotivasi dan mengingatkan ibu untuk praktek PMK, memantau berat badan bayi, dan membantu ibu mempraktekkan PMK. Dalam menjalankan fungsinya tersebut, kader kesehatan perlu mendapatkan pelatihan terlebih dahulu mengenai PMK. Kader kesehatan dapat berperan dalam pemantauan praktek PMK.Kata Kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, peran, kader kesehatan, Perawatan Metode Kanguru

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Loyalitas pasien merupakan kesediaan pasien/pelanggan untuk secara terus menerus menggunakan jasa pada penyedia jasa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas ialah bauran pemasaran (Marketing mix 7P). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) 7P (product, price, promotion, place, process, people, dan physical evidence) dengan loyalitas pasien unit rawat jalan di RS St. Carolus Summarecon Serpong Tahun 2021. Metode: Desain penelitian cross sectional dengan besar sampel 371 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik systematic random sampling dan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Data sekunder didapatkan dari rekam medis rumah sakit. Hasil: Hasil univariat menunjukan proporsi tertinggi pasien loyal 261 (79,4%), proporsi tertinggi marketing mix 7P baik 221 (59,6%),  proporsi tertinggi product lengkap 255 (68,7%), proporsi tertinggi price terjangkau 236 (63,6%), proporsi tertinggi promotion mudah didapat 229 (61,7%), proporsi tertinggi place mudah dijangkau 266 (71,7%), proporsi tertinggi process sesuai standar 265 (71,4%), proporsi tertinggi people baik 265 (71,4%), dan proporsi tertinggi pysical evidance baik 305 dengan (82,2%). Hasil bivariat menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara marketing mix 7P dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 2,48, terdapat hubungan antara product dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 5,35, price dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR= 2,94 , promotion dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 2,32, place dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 4,80, process dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 3,61, people dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 2,68 , Pysical Evidance dengan loyalitas pasien nilai PR = 4,97. Kesimpulan dan saran: Terdapat hubungan antara marketing mix 7P, product, price, promotion, place, process, people dan pysical evidance dengan loyalitas pasien di unit rawat jalan rumah sakit St. carolus summarecon serpong tahun 2021. Diharapkan kepada managemen rumah sakit untuk menambah produk unggulan, dan menambah lahan parkir demi menunjang kenyamanan pasein dalam mendapatkan pelayanan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of transformational leadership and flexible work arrangements. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of competence and role conflict on perceived productivity with work motivation as an intervening variable for general practitioners at Type A Hospital. Data collection was done using survey methods and online and offline questionnaires. The population in this study were general practitioners at the Type A Special Hospital in West Jakarta, who had been appointed as hospital employees. Instrument test for the validity of the questions and reliability using Product Moment Correlation Coefficient from Pearson and Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis technique is Path Analysis (path analysis). The results of the study show that there is an influence of competence and role conflict on work motivation and perceived productivity. Competence and role conflict through work motivation on perceived productivity. The suggestion from this study is that a leader must be able to inspire and motivate his employees towards the quality of work according to the vision and mission that the Hospital has made in achieving the Hospital's goals to improve the quality of service to patients.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of organizational climate and workplace conflict on workplace deviant behavior through perceived organizational support at Konawe Kepulauan General Hospital. Data collection using survey methods and online questionnaires. The population in this study were Type D Hospital employees in Southeast Sulawesi. Test the instrument for the validity of the questions and reliability as well as data analysis using the partial least squares - structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results of this study show that there is a negative influence of organizational climate and a positive effect of workplace conflict on workplace deviant behavior. Organizational climate and workplace conflict are mediated by perceived organizational support for workplace deviant behavior. Suggestions from this study are that it is necessary to focus group discussions to create mutual trust, choose leaders who are capable in managing differences of opinion and monitor periodic evaluations.

Abstract

One of the problems of school-age children is a change in lifestyle from traditional life style to sedentary life style which is the cause of lack of physical activity that can increase the risk of obesity. The practice of regular physical activity is very important to improve body health which can have an impact on student achievement. Communication, information, and education among students about the importance of practicing regular physical activity are needed to improve knowledge, attitudes, and practices of physical activity. The purpose of this activity is to provide health education about physical activity and consumption of nutritious food, practice aerobic gymnastics together, and health examinations and consultations. The targets of this activity are students, parents, teachers, and employees of SD Lazuardi Cordova GCS, West Jakarta. These activities were carried out in the form of health education through lectures and discussions, practice aerobic gymnastics together, health checks such as height, weight, blood pressure, nutritional status, blood sugar, and uric acid, as well as health consultations. Regular health education in schools is needed to improve health knowledge, attitudes, and practices in students.
