Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan hijauan kacang pintoi (Arachis pintoi) dengan panjang stek dan dosis pupuk organik cair (POC) yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 November 2011- 12 April 2012 di lahan Ilmu Tanaman Makanan Ternak, Fakultas Peternakan dan Pertanian, Universitas Diponegoro, Semarang. Bahan yang digunakan adalah stek batang tanaman kacang pintoi (Arachis pintoi), pupuk organik cair (Herbafarm), air dan tanah. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah timbangan kapasitas 5 kg, timbangan elektrik analitis kapasitas 100 g dengan ketelitian 0,001 g, sekop, cangkul, ember, penggaris/meteran, alat tulis, isolasi, gunting, cutter, kertas label, dan plastik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan Acak Lengkap berpola Faktorial 2 x 4 dan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah panjang stek yang dipotong sepanjang 2 ruas dan 3 ruas. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk organik cair, yaitu 0 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, dan 15 ml. Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang tanaman, jumlah tunas, produksi hijauan segar dan produksi bahan kering. Data yang diperoleh dengan análisis ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Wilayah Ganda Duncan pada taraf 5%. Hasil analisis ragam memperlihatkan bahwa perlakuan panjang stek dan dosis POC yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang tanaman dan produksi bahan kering, tetapi panjang stek yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap jumlah tunas dan produksi hijauan segar Arachis pintoi. Panjang tanaman, produksi segar dan produksi bahan kering tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan S2P3, sedangkan jumlah tunas tertinggi pada perlakuan S2P1. Panjang stek 3 ruas (S2) dapat memberikan produksi hijauan yang lebih tinggi dari pada perlakuan panjang stek 2 ruas (S1). Tidak terdapat interaksi antara panjang stek 2 ruas dan dosis Pupuk 5 ml. Pemberian dosis unsur esensial bagi tanaman agar pertumbuhannya optimal harus sesuai kebutuhan tanaman. Apabila kurang atau berlebih menimbulkan efek negatif. Perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui jenis dan kebutuhan unsur hara bagi Arachis pintoi.Kata Kunci: Arachis pintoi, Panjang Stek, Dosis Pupuk Organik Cair (POC)

Abstract

Humic acid modifying magnetite particles (Mag-HA) were developed for recovery of gold from chloride solution (HAuCl4). The Mag-HA particles were prepared by co-precipitation procedure with Fe(III) and Fe(II) chloride salts, sodium hydroxide, and humic acid. FTIR characterization for Mag-HA after modification indicated the presence of the specific absorption for functional groups of humic acid and Fe-O bonds, though with lower intensity. The Mag-HA particles exhibited a typical superparamagnetic characteristic with a saturation magnetization of 66.99 emu/g. The Mag-HA particles were applied for AuCl4- adsorption and results showed that the optimum adsorption of [AuCl4]- onto Mag-HA was found at pH 3. The adsorption kinetics can be described by a pseudo-second order equation and the adsorption isotherm of the Mag-HA particles agreed well with Langmuir adsorption equation. The maximum adsorbed amount of [AuCl4]- was 0.62 mmol/g and the XRD analysis confirms that the adsorption of Au(III) by Mag-HA was accompanied by the formation of elemental gold.

Abstract

With the rapid pace of infra-structure development to be followed by the return of soil water conservation efforts (pikiran rakyat.com &amp; kompac,com). Construction of absorption wells is very effective for improving soil water uptake. Absorption wells construction to be more practical if using Buis Beton. This research is to review of concrete to mix by minimal sand proportions with the addition of fly ash and ijuk fibers, so it has good permeability and good strength. This research used laboratory exsperiments by making specimen samples, the specimen with a mixture of cement, sand, Split, Ijuk fibers and Fly Ash. Variations mixture chosen to do research there are six variations based on the weight ratio, in varying amounts of ; 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 5BP, 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 6BP, 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 7BP, 1 PC : 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 8BP, 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 9BP, and 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 10bp. the results is : The best of mixture is by ratio; 1 PC: 1PS: 0.5 SRIJK: 0,1FS: 5BP, to the Content?s Weight is 1.99 Kg / Lt, and have Compressive Strength 130 Kg / cm3 have permeability values k = 1.21 (medium permeability).

Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect motivation on organizational commitment; (2) significance effect job satisfaction on organizational commitment; (3) significance effect motivation on employee performance (4) significance effect job satisfaction on employee performance; (5) significance effect organizational commitment on employee performance; (6) effect motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location in State Treasury Service Office/KPPN Solo Raya, using sample of 109 employees. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1) motivation have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (2) job satisfaction have a significance effect on organizational commitment; (3) motivation have a significance effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction have a significance effect on employee performance; (5) organizational commitment have a significance effect on employee performance; (6) effect of motivation on employee performance mediated organizational commitment (7) effect of job satisfaction on employee performance mediated organizational commitment.

Abstract

Organizational performance is largely determined by the performance of human resources that contribute to it. The high work performance of employees is the achievement achieved by the employee at a certain level. Employee performance is not just a coincidence, but many factors influence it. Several factors affect employee performance, namely employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee placement, individual characteristics, and work stress on performance of Non Civil Servant Employees at The Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. Data collection in the form of answers to the questionnaire as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 80 employees with a sampling method using random sampling. Data analysis methods used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of multiple linear regression calculations using the t test showed that the placement of employees and individual characteristics significantly influence the performance of Non Civil Servant Hospital Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0.05. While work stress does not have a significant effect on the performance of Non Civil Servants Hospital Dr. Harjono S Regency Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, price perception and promotion program of the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta. The population of this research is all arbain honey customers in all sub-districts in Surakarta city by using a sample of 100 respondents, which are limited to customers only by purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments through testing validity and reliability. Processing data using spss version 21. Regression requirements test using classical assumption test while hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The test results using the t test can be concluded that brand image, product quality, and promotion program partially have a significant effect on the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta, with the three of p-value < 0.05. But based on the results of the t test also states that the perception of prices does not significantly influence the loyalty of arbain honey customers in Surakarta with a p-value of 0.309 > 0.05. The test results also show that the brand image has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty of arbain honey products in Surakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.320.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence of the influence of workplace leadership and work discipline compensation on the performance of the Ponorogo district health office employee data collection in the form of questionnaire answers as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples as many as 74 employees with the sampling method using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test, the hypothesis test, the F test, and the coefficient of determination test. The regression calculation results show that the work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the district health office in Ponorogo. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While compensation and leadership have insignificant effect on the performance of employees of the Ponorogo district health office. This is indicated by the significant probability value > 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect of leadership, motivation, training, discipline tothe performance of nursing at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency.Data collection in the form of questionnaire answers as primary data and documentation as secondary data. The number of research samples is 100 employees with sampling methods using saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, hypothesis test, F test, and test coefficient of determination.The results of regression calculations indicate that the motivation and discipline have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is indicated by the significant probability value of each variable < 0,05. While the leadership and the training does not have a significant effect on the performance of financial staff at the RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. This is indicated by a significant probability value > 0,05.

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Training and Compensation on Nurse's Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable (Survey on nurses at Dr. Harjono S Hospital, Ponorogo Regency)". The purpose of the study was to analyze the significance of the effect of training and compensation on the performance of nurses with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in nurses at the RSUD Dr. Harjono S Ponorogo Regency. The benefits of practical research can be taken into consideration in making management decisions to improve the quality of service in the future and academically can increase knowledge, especially regarding the development of human resource management. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents from a population of 375 nurses with the calculation of the number of respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The results of this study found that Training and Compensation had an effect (P < 0.05) on Job Performance and Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has an effect (P < 0.05) on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of the Regional Secretariat of Ponorogo Regency. Research this uses descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Retrieval of data in this study using census techniques, where all employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat, amounting to 30 employees, were made the subject of this study. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is continued by testing R square and testing hypotheses partially and simultaneously with t test and F test. From the analysis of multiple linear regression tests conducted, the results show that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of t test (partial) and F test (Simultaneous) shows that the Work Environment and Work Discipline have a significant and positive influence on employee performance, where the work environment has a greater influence than work discipline. This explains that if the work environment can be created well and supported also by high employee discipline in carrying out tasks, it will be able to improve employee performance in the Public Relations and Protocol Section of Ponorogo Regency Regional Secretariat.
