Abstract

Employees who have a good performance orachievement isthe hopeof everycompany. Good performancecan beachieved ifavoid stress, discipline, andthe motivation of the employer. The purpose of this study was to analyze thesig ni ficanteffects of job stress, discipline, and motivation either partiallyor simultan eouslyand toanalyze the dominant independent variables and their effects onemployee performance staff. The research methodis a survey. The type of databeing usedis qualitative and quantitative. Source of data used is primary data and secondary data. The population was amounted to 109 employees staff employees. Samples take namounted to 33 respondents. Testinstrumentsusing the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Advicecan begiven leaderships hould increase motivationby providing hope, and incentives to employees to bemore vibrantworks. Corporate leaderss houldresolveas early as possible or keepthings that canlead tojob stress, with thecamdid not provide atough work load and excessive, and to provide remunerationis not toolow. And leaders should further enhance the discipline factorth at better employee performance, discipline by setting preventive, corrective and progressive discipline discipline. Abstract

The purpose of this study is: Analyze and explain the influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes, as well as Analyze and explain the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes. This research was conducted at the Office of PDAM Regency Brebes. According to the existing population in  Office taps about 151 employees, researchers took a sample of 90 respondents to the research process. After distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents, overall questionnaires were returned with true and good there are 90 respondents. From this study, organizational commitment and motivation to work equally positive influence on job satisfaction, but higher levels are influencing organizational commitment. This means about attitudes and organizational behavior as an indicator of organizational commitment are able to provide direction to employees in identifying themselves in the company and is responsible for his work. Abstract

Work motivation that grows from within high employee will improve performance and job satisfaction in completing a job. And higher employee motivation in completing the work it will improve performance and employee satisfaction. This study aimed to analyze the effect of variable motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 62 respondents, object of research that will be used in this research is Semarang Disaster Management Agency. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection in this study was through koesioner. Analysis of the data used include test validity, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing that includes the F test and t test. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that in partial motivation (X1) and a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Variable Kepuaan work (X2) and no significant negative impact on employee performance (Y). Results of regression analyzes Motivation (X1) positive value of 0.971 and job satisfaction variable is negative for 0.069. The test results are known variables determination and motivation Job satisfaction describes the value of adjusted R square of 0,920 (92%) of the employee performance while the remaining 8% is influenced by other variables that were not analyzed in this study.Keywords: motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of elementary school teachers job satisfaction moderation. Location of the study in the Technical Implementation Unit Office of the District Educational Resources District Apex. In this study population of 124 with a sample of 121 respondents with a purposive sampling method. With a minimum education level criterion D2, minimum age 21 years, minimum term of 4 years, and rank / class minimum gelongan II. Measurements using a Likert scale of 7 (seven) jawaban.Uji alternative instruments used are validity and reliability, while the test model used is the coefficient of determination, F test (Goodness of Fit) and t test (t-test). Hypothesis test used in this study is a regression analysis with the t criteria. Hypothesis testing used the t test at significance level frequency distribution (a) 5%.   The results showed 12.6% of the change can be explained by the variable performance of work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction was 87.4% outside of the model is described. The results of the hypothesis test result that (1) motivation have a effect on performance teacher, (2) the discipline of work have not the effect on performance teacher, (3) job satisfaction have not the effect on teacher performance, (4) Principal’s leadership can increase work motivation on tea cher’s performance, (5) principal’s leadership can not decrease work discipline on teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze that job satisfaction memodiasi motivation and discipline to the performance of the primary school teachers in the district Sluke Rembang. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers working in elementary schools in District of Rembang Sluke numbering 124 man. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and testmediation. The results showed that; motivation has no effect on job satisfaction, work discipline and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers, labor discipline does not affect the performance of teachers, job satisfaction does not affect the performance of teachers, motivation mediation does not affect the job satisfaction teacher performance,    discipline mediation work with job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers in publik primary schools in District Sluke Rembang. Abstract

This study aims to examine the moderating influence of the principal supervision of organizational commitment and personal competence of the teachers performance in MTs.N Pati . The research was conducted on the teacher at MTs in Pati as many as 109 respondents , using the data collected by the census technique . A statistical technique is used to test the validity of the component matrix , Cronbach alpha reliability test , test with the adjusted r ² r square and t tests .   Test results obtained hypothesized that 1 ) no significant effect of organizational commitment on teacher performance , 2 ) the competence of the teacher s personality and a significant positive effect on teacher performance , 3 ) supervision of the principal positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers , 4 ) Supervision of the principal does not moderate the effect of commitment to teacher performance , and 5 ) the principal supervision does not moderate the effect of teacher competence on teacher performance in MTs N Pati . Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze : 1) Supervision of the principal mediating effecct of competence and motivation, 2) Supervision principal have mediating influence on the performance of competence and motivation of teachers. The locationof research is in elementary school measurement school in the Sluke district Rembang regency with the sample totaled 124 respondents using census method of measurement using a likert scale with live is alternative answer: Veryagree; Agree; Fast agree; Not agree and Very not agree Theresult of the regression analysis for the first model generales coefficient of determination of 0,035, which means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the variable idependent (variable supervision of the principal amount of 3,5%, of the remaining 96,5%, is explained by other variables autis ide the model while the second, model obtained coefficient of determination of 0,150 means that the ability of the independent variables in explaining the variation in the dependent variable(variable performance of teachers) by 15%. of the remainder by 85% is explained by other variables outside the model. This study shows that the 1)Pedagogicalcompetence does not affect the performance of teachers. 2) Motivation affect on teacherperformance. 3) Supervision of the  principal  does not positive effect on theperformance of teachers, 4) Supervision of principal does not moderates the pedagogical competenceof teacher performance, 5) Supervision of the principal motivation moderates on teacher performance . Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find and examine the effect of professional competency and work motivation towards teacher’s performance in mediation of work’s satisfaction which is taken from MA teacher in Margoyoso sub district, in Pati regency, as the object. This research is an explanatory research, which is aiming for explaining relevant variables with phenomena that being observed, this research also called population study or census study. Population that being used in this research is 143 teachers. Data testing in this research consists of validity test with factor analysis and reliability test with alpha cronbach formula. Before analyzing the data, the requirements examination is needed through classic assumption test, such as: normality test, multi co-linear test,  heterosketastisitas test , and double linear regression test to find whether the dependent and independent variable are influencing each others or not, determination coefficient to find how many effects of dependent variable towards independent variable, t-test to find the model’s expediency, hypothesis test to find whether the hypothesis is acceptable or not, and also mediation regression test. The research’s result shows that the professional competency has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Work motivation variable has positive effect and significant towards work satisfaction. Professional competency doesn’t have positive effect and insignificant towards teacher’s performance. Work satisfaction mediating the effect between professional competency towards teacher’s performance, and work satisfaction mediating the effect between work motivation towards teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study examined the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang ). The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the the effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction (Case study in SMA Negeri in  Pemalang) . The purpose of this study is to explain and extend previous research on the Effects of Competence and Intrinsic Motivation  on Performance Teacher intervened by job satisfaction. The population in this study were high school teachers in Pemalang. The samples of 116 teachers were determined using the Slovin formula and Proportional Random Sampling technique. In this study used primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research using questionnaire in a question form of high school teachers in Pemalang. This method research using computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test an intervening. The results shows that competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Intrinsic motivation has not significant effect on job satisfaction. Competence has a positive and significant impact on  performance of teachers. intrinsic motivation is not significant  on teachers performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant on teacher s performance . Keywords : competence, intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and mediation .

Abstract

This study aims to examine and describe the effect of school climate and leadership to work motivation influence on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers in the private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency totaling 66 persons used as a sample. Mechanical testing data used in this study include testing the validity of the factor analysis, reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula, the multiple regression analysis, and tests of significance, the coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis of research and testing mediation. The results showed that; 1) School climate has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 2) the school leadership has positive and significant effect on work motivation of teachers (0,000), 3) school climate has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.016), 4) school leadership has positive and significant effect on teacher performance (0.019), 5) Motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers (0,000), 6) Work motivation mediates the effect of school climate on the performance of teachers in private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency, 7) Work motivation mediates the effect of school leadership on teacher performance in a private vocational high schools at District Tayu of Pati Regency.
