Research conducted at the Honda Dealers Menara AgungPayakumbuh aims to determine the promotion and impleme t ion of strategies that becomeinhibit ing factors and support in the implementat ion o promotional strategies in theMenaraAgung Cabang Payakumbuh . Data obtained in writing sci t if ic papers obtained bydistribut ing quest ionnaires to some consumers Menara A ung Cabang Payakumbuh selectedrespondents . Data analysis technique used is descript ve analysis techniques , whereafter thedata is collected , the data can be classif ied according to the indicators used in this study .Fromthe research that has been done , it is known tha the implementation of promotionalstrategies in theMenara Agung Cabang Payakumbuh can b categorized as "good enough ".It can be seen from the responses given by the respondents in the study . Abstract

This study raises the issue of the relationship of motivation on employeeperformance in Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. The companies need to motivateemployee performance can be increased, therefore the management companyshould provide different forms of motivation to pay attention to needs ofemployees. This study refers to the ERG theory of Clayton Alderver (1972) whichsays that there are three human needs, namely eksistence, relatedness and grow.Population in this study was a hotel employee Resty Menara Pekanbaru, while thedata collection is used questionnaires, interviews and documentation.measurement technique using a likert scale with answers that were given a scoreof 1-5, while the tools of statistical tests in this study is the correlation coefficient.Calculation based on SPSS version 17 for Windows value of the correlationcoefficient of 0.716 which has a value of 0.716 level means there is a strongrelationship. strong relationship of motivation to employee Resty Menara hotelPekanbaru. By t test can be know that t test by (8,706) > t table (3,431) with Sig.(0,000) < 0,05. With the result of t is greater than t table, this means that the workmotivation variables significantly influence job performance. The conclution ismotivation in view of the need existence, relatedness and needs grow undertakenResty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru be effective and can be good categorized. overallemployee has been carrying out duties in accordance with operational standardsprosedure that have been set by Resty Menara Hotel.Keywords : motivation, performance, human resources

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the leadership style and work satisfaction of frontliner employee at Metro Plaza Pasar Swalayan Pekanbaru.This research takes place in Metro Plaza which located at Harapan Raya street no 201 Pekanbaru. This is qualitative research with case study data; investigate the correlation between selling leadership style and work satisfaction of frontliner employee at Metro Plaza pasar Swalayan Pekanbaru, population of this research is the frontliner employee in the and of year 2012, they are 80 persons. Sample taken is the whole population by using sensus technique. Analyzing the data using correlation rank spearman formula.The finding of the research shows that tenponses of respondent about work satisfaction in category agree, where some frontliner employees feel satisfy with the leadership that applied at Metro Plaza Pasar Swalayan Pekanbaru, responses of the respondent about selling leadership style in category good, for most of employess agree with leadership style applied by the company.The result of correlation between selling leadership style and work satisfaction of frontliner employee using rank spearman formula shows that there are great and positive correlation.Keywords: Leadership, Selling Leadership style, work satisfaction

Abstract

Supervision is series activity that be done consciously and systematicy by manager to ascertain that all operational action be run truly according to plan that had to be made previous. Supervision can be done in form direct also undirect by Manager or people who be gave authority by company.Performance is level succeedness someone according to entirely as long as one surest periods inside to execute it task to be compared with various possibility, like work result standart, target or criteria. As indicator of working performance individualy is: working quality, pressal quality, quantity, correctness time, effectivity, and stand aloneness.In ritel's business, frontliner's employee has role that very big that is as company spear end. Frontliner’s task working is interact directly to consumer, must able to give it a optimal service so that consumer can feel satisfy. Existence the supervision that be done will make employee to work according to what was have been decided by company and ascertain that the job be done to goodly.This research Result show that the influency supervision execution in working performance. It can be seen from result be knowing t count (6,833) >; table (3,120) and Sig (0,000) < 0,05. So hypothesiical that to state it that existence supervision execution influence in performance can be accepted.key word : Influence, Supervision, Performance.

Abstract

In an economy that has been advanced, the manufacturers do not sell their products directly to the end user. Many options can be used to distribute goods and also to the buyer. A company may distribute goods directly to consumers though is quite large, while other companies distribute their products through intermediaries. And not a few companies that use some combination of distribution channels to reach different market segments .A competition for the company can be an opportunity to develop the company's business and can be a threat to the company. Therefore, the management company is required to always be responsive in adapting to environmental changes that continue to occur and have an influence on economic enterprise. The company should have a strategy to excel in the market. This research was conducted at PT. Prima Sejahtera Barelang Pekanbaru located at HR.Soebrantas No. 89. Abstract

This research was conductedin Riau Kepri Bank, Pasir Pengaraian branch. this research aimsto determine the effect of service quality loward customer satisfaction. Service quality as independent variable(x) and customer satisfaction as independent variable (y). The research sample are 99 respondents of the population by using the slovin formula. Data was obtained from the questionnaire and subsequently processed to then be tested with the help of statistics through SPSS. Abstract

This research aims to find the implications of leadership on keep spirit of nurses in Santa Maria Hospital Pekanbaru. Leadership as an independent variable (X) consist of leadership telling, selling, participating, and delegating. And keep spirit as the dependent variable (Y) cosist pf salary, incentive and allowance and improvement of welfare.The research used sample of the nurses in Santa Maria Pekanbaru. The number of this sample is 67 persons with slovin. This research is also used Stratified proportional random sampling. Data of this research is primary data, with spread questions to the nurses. The data analysis of this research is statistical analysis with SPSS program.This research shows that leadership as independent variable is positive implications for the nurses who worked at Santa Maria Hospital Pekanbaru as coefficeents determination value (R2) is 0,40, it mens that 40% and 60% is not served in this researvh.Keyword : Leadership Situational, Keep sprit, nurses

Abstract

The issue of this research is the decline in the number of customer had visited and lodged Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru in the last 3 years. This indicates the occurrence decrease in customers satisfaction so that customers switched to other hotels. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the strategy differentiation and determine customer satisfaction in Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. The collection of data through questionnaires to 100 customers Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel Pekanbaru. Results of a study of the strategy differentiation Ratu Mayang Garden Hotel considered is good. So also with the satisfaction of customers considered to be enough satisfaction. Results calculated with SPSS. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Corporate Reputation on Customer Loyalty of PT Insurance BSAM branch Pekanbaru.corporate reputation as an independent variable (X).while costumer loyality as the dependent variable (Y). study was conducted on customer Non Captive in PT.Insurance BSAM Branch Pekanbaru by 99 people.Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and tested using statistical analysis such as simple regression analysis , t test, correlation analysis and determination using SPSS program.The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing. tcount(22.558) >ttable (1.66071). This suggest that the corporate reputation affect the costumer loyality. The magnitude of the corporate reputation on costumer loyality in PT.Insurance BSAM Branch Pekanbaru is 84%.Keyword:the company reputation and costumer loyality

Abstract

Promotion is the seller of all the efforts made to introduce products to potential customers and persuade them to memebeli, and remind consumers long to make repeat purchases. With the promotion of good eating will enhance the positive corporate image of the service at the company, and can lead to the satisfaction of the customer. This research was conducted at PT. Insurance Jiwasraya (Persero) Pekanbaru branch in Jalan Sudirman No. yangberlokasi 341 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research was conducted to analyze the effect of the promotion, corporate image on customer satisfaction. In this study the methodology used descriptively and quantitatively using SPSS, where samples diguankan that customers Jiwasraya Life Insurance. To determine the number of samples using the formula slovin. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. Results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test fsehingga can be seen that the variable stress work negatively affects customer satisfaction (H1), that the company's image significantly influence customer satisfaction (H2), and the significant influence between promotion and corporate image of the customer satisfaction (H3).Keywords: Promotion, Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction
