Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek erhadap prestasi belajar  matematika ditinjau dari kemampuan numerik pada Kelas V di gugus 1 Gianyar.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas V di gugus 1 Gianyar dengan menggunakan rancangan Post Test Only Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 180 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis varians (ANAVA) dua jalur melalui uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil penelitiannya menemukan bahwa: (1) prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional (FA = 7,2 > F tabel =3,94), (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pendekatan pembelajaran dengan kemampuan numerik terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa (FAB = 31,5 > F tabel =3,94). (3) untuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik tinggi, prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional (Q = 8,29> Q tabel= 3,74), dan (4) untuk siswa yang memiliki kemampuan numerik rendah, prestasi belajar  matematika siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan pendekatan Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek (Qhit = 3 > Q tabel = 2,83),Dari hasil temuan penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar  matematika ditinjau dari kemampuan numerik pada siswa kelas Vdi gugus 1 Gianyar. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi antara lain :  pendekatan  pembelajaran Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek merupakan pembelajaran yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika, dan dalam penerapan pembelajaran Kontekstual berbantuan asesmen proyek hendaknya mempertimbangkan tingkat kemampuan numerik siswa.   Kata-kata kunci :pendekatan kontekstual, asesmen proyek, kemampuan numerik, prestasi belajar matematika.     ABSTRACT Sutrisno, Budi, The Effect of Contekstual on Project Assessment on the Increase of Learning Achievement as Viewed from Numeric ability Skills in Mathematic Teaching and Learning at Class V Gugus 1 Gianyar.     This study aimed at finding out the effect of contextual on project assessment on the increase of mathematic learning chievement as viewed from numeric ability skills in mathematic teaching and learning. This study was conducted at five grade in Cluster 1 Gianyar with Post Test Only Control Group Design. The sample of this study consisted of 180 students  that were selected by using Random Sampling. The data obtained were analyzed by ANAVA two path (Analysis of Varians) with F test, which was followed by Tukey test. The result of the study show the followings : (1) the  achievement of mathematic of the students who studied by problem based learning based on portfolio assessment was higher than those who studied by conventional (FA value of  7,2 at >F cv = 3,94, (2) there are was an interaction effect between the use of teaching learning model and numeric ability skills (FAB value 31,5 > Fcv = 3,94). (3)  the student who had high numeric ability skills and studied by contextual on project assessment a had higher on mathematic learning achievement  than those who had high critical thinking skills and studied by conventional (Q value of  8,28 > Qcv =3,74), and (4) the student who had low numeric ability skills and studied by conventional had higher on mathematic learning achievement  than those who had low numeric ability skills and studied by contextual on project assessment (Q value of  3 > Qcv = 2,83),From the result of the study, it can be concluded that the contextual on project assessment effected the increase of learning achievement as viewed from numeric ability skills in mathematic teaching and learning at five grade in Cluster 1 Gianyar. Some implications of this study were : the contextual on project assessment is one of the teaching learning model must be used in learning mathematic, and  in applying contextual on project assessment, one should consider the numeric ability skills.   Key Words : contekstual, project assessment, numeric ability, mathematic learning achievement

Abstract

Problem of label foods product very important because a part consumer is in muslim circle whereas in statistics more than 80% Indonesian occupation is Islam religion Consume activity certain of material foods for muslim it just not only for fulfill hungry but more than worship to God. For ensure the permitted of product then by producer, that product must imploring certification of permitted before marketing for muslim consumer. For every produser going to having include label product in their product it must following process or stage to get permitted instruction consist of pre registration and registration up to publication of permitted certificate graduated by MUI after permanently of permitted status by instruction commision of MUI. Consequences law for producer carry out inclusion of permitted label of product illegal from clause of UU Consumer Protection although UU No. 7 years 1996 about Label and Foods and PP No 69 years 1999 about Label and Foods Advertising there are three categories, producer can be allowed acted crime, civil although administratif. Besides that consequences law for producer that include permitted label of foods roduct, illegal actually really adverse the muslim consumer is like responsibility from producer to consumer, in other wise responsibility of producer like product responsibility it means responsibility product for that product bring along in currency that have made or included loss because flawed at that product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of: planning, implementation and supervision of the production unit based product innovations developed in SMK Negeri 7Purworedjo. This research was qualitative by ethnography design. The research was was SMK 7 Purworedjo focusing on innovation sanitary napkins that can be washed and reused brand “Siklus”. Data collection was conducted in a natural setting and techniques of data collection were through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques were done through four phases namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of the study are (1) Planning UPJ (Unit Production/Services) consider factors: purpose, type of production, targeting, marketing, resources, sharing, managing, availability of raw materials and place of execution, (2) Implementation of UPJ includes : organizing, production, delivery and implementation prakerin students, (3) Supervision UPJ includes: the quality of the product by the management, administration by the principal, and students prakerin by tutors. This study recommends that the product innovations of UPJ SMK 7 Purworedjo are circulated out of the city product innovations of UPJ SMK 7 Purworedjo are circulated out of the city.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe characteristics of (1) education planning; (2) education organizing; (3) education implementation; (4) education evaluation; and (5) supporting and inhibiting factors for education bridal makeup at LKP Mon- car. Type of research is a qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Implementation research in LKP Moncar Surakarta. Informants were chosen are the owner of LKP Moncar, learners, instructure. The validity of the data using source triangulation tech- niques and triangulation method. The conclusions of this research are characteristics of education bridal makeup in LKP Moncar Surakarta (1) education planning through ideas, acceptance of new students, and preparing educational bridal makeup materials are arranged in the form of Teaching Education (Unit Satuan Ajar Pendidikan/ SAP); education organizing done by placing instructors to handle incoming new students and handling facility management skills institutions, infrastructure, media learning and personnel and the distribution of skill levels of learners to all instructors and organize training agenda and organize training agenda and competition schedules based on each competition to the instructor; (3) education implementation in are procurement, usage, maintenance, and removal of owned skills institutions and achievement social- ization to new students also move instructors to carry out activities to achieve the target graduation; (4) education evaluation is done through planning and implementa- tion of admission new students and refers to skills attainment, graduation rates, and acquisition grades of student while monitoring the performance of team success; and (5) Factors supporting education at LKP Moncar is the support of family (husband and children), cost of teaching and learning needs is low, learning facilities bridal makeup does not always use the media and certain brands, and inhibiting factor for education is the difficulty of obtaining student.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) organizational climate influence to lec­turer productivity; (2) satisfaction influence work to lecturer productivity; (3) interest influence to lecturer productivity; (4) motivation influence to lecturer productivity; and (5) influence by simultaneous between organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to lecturer productivity. Research Method used is quantitative method by causal design. This research popu­lation is all lecturers remain at Veteran Bangun Nusantara University of Sukoharjo a number of1 09 people. Research sample counted 86 one who is taken by using formula from Slovin, and to each faculty taken by proportional. Data collecting technique uses the questioner. The data are analyzed by Double Regress. The result indicates that: (1) organizational climate gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence gives a organizational climate to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,505X1; (2) work satisfaction gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is a work satisfaction to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,425X2; (3) interest gives positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is given by interest to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress Y = 5,105 + 0,594X3; (4) motivation positive and significant influence to lecturer productivity. Level of influence is given by motivation to visible lecturer productivity through the equation of regress = 5,105 + 0,479X4; (5) there is simultaneous in organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to have an effect on lecturer productivity. This matter is proved from result F test, got F calculated 124,802 with the level significance 0,000. Level of influence by simultaneous are organizational climate, work satisfaction, interest, and motivate to have an effect on to lecturer productivity is equal to 86%, the rest that is 14% representing incoming influence from other factor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to describe the preparation of the acceptance of the new students in SD Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Boyolali, described the process of the acceptance of the new students, efforts in maintaining the process of the the process of the acceptance of the new students. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study. The data used in the study is primary and secondary data. The source of data:  infor- mants, events and activities led by the sources informants. The data collection techniques used in the study was interviews, observation and analysis of documents. The validity of the data used in the study was data triangulation. The data analysis used in the study was inter- active model. Based on the result of the research, can be concluded that: 1) the preparation of teaching and learning process consisted of: a) the committee arrangement of the accep- tance, b) the arrangement of work program, c) the preparation of administration documents d) the preparation of infrastructure. 2) The process consisted of: a) the determination of the implementation stage of the acceptance of new students: the retrieval of the registration form b) the implementation of observation test of  new students (spoken and written), c) the implementation of  interview test of parents from new students, d) the selection process and assessment of observation test, e) the announcement of the acceptance result of new students, f) the administration of pre-register activity. 3) The efforts done to maintain the acceptance process: a) doing the preparation of the acceptance of new students earlier, b) enhancing the quantity of students by doing the promotion, c) maintaining a good relation- ship with the society, d) fostering active communication and discussion with the foundation leader, e) improving of the quality of schools and the human resources.

Abstract

This study is to describe the developent of pedagogical competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence of the International Standard Pioneer School in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung. The focus in this study were teacher professional development  of the international  standard pioneer school in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung, by observing the development of pedagogical competence, competence professional, personal competence, and social competence of the international   standard pioneer school in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung. The study is the qualitative research with the ethnography approach. This research was conducted in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung year 2010/2011, the source of the data  obtained  from  the  principal,  vice  principal,  head  of  the  International  Standard Pioneer School programs, teachers, librarians, and students. Data collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Validity of the data was done by triangulation techniques. Analysis of the data used is a model of interactive analysis.   The results of this research can be concluded that the development of pedagogical competence of teachers  of the international   standard pioneer school in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung teachers include longer emphasizes the management aspects of learning, the development of  professional competence include the  aspect  of  improving the  skills  and  aspects of knowledge, competence development aspects of personality include mental, spiritual, and the  formation  of  professional  ethics  that  provides  a  change  in  attitude  teachers  in managing learning, while the component that was developed in the social competence includes the development of emotional intelligence, and development of teachers roles in professional organizations (MGMP). Developed in the fourth aspect is the competence of the teacher professional development efforts that improve teacher quality, and improving the quality of the learning process that led to improved quality of learning outcomes in schools  RSMABI. Strategi  used  in  the  professional development of    the  international standard pioneer school in State Senior High School 1 Temanggung teachers is through training activities  conducted both  central  and  local  government, or  in-house training workshops held in schools, mentoring subject teachers by the facilitator / lecturer, teacher participation in professional organizations MGMP;   procurement S-2 scholarships for further studies in Mathematics and Science teachers. Constraints are found covering the internal factors are lack of motivation of teachers, school layout, and inadequate infrastructure, as well as external factors are lack of support from Temanggung District government in improving the educational qualifications (S-2).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development paedagogical com petence to school quality at SDN Banaran 1 described in two subfocuses, namely: 1) Assess the characteristics of the development of curriculum related to the subject matter teachers, 2) Assessing the educational characteristics of the learning organization. Data were col lected through interviews (indepth interviews), observation and document. Data analysis was carried out in the field before and during the field with Miles and Hubberman models interactively through a process of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Results and discussion concluded that the profiles of development paedagogical competence toward school quality at SDN Banaran 1 is the development of theories that exist in previous studies. The development of the theory can be aware of the characteristics of development paedagogical competence performed SDN Banaran 1 as: placing the school commit tee and education experts as partners, to establish communication with parents / guardians, provide training to teachers in selecting appropriate learning strategies and to develop learning materials, as well as reducing the burden of additional teachers. Moreover, in implementing educational learning, SDN Banaran 1 provides enrichment and improvement as well as the addition of the grade six class hours in particular, carry out learning inter action optimally position the child as a subject of learning, contextual learning materials, learning through small group and the maximum using facility to stimulate student learning.

Abstract

Tourism development is an effort directed, planned and sustainable, and is influenced by various factors. Therefore, the development of tourism not only need a strategy but also a model that can be applied in accordance with the characteristics of the region. Based on the analysis of the various existing models, most of give attention to regional development and economic aspects (production, distribution and marketing) while giving attention to the macro-structural and cultural environment that affect tourism (social, economic, political, cultural). This model in addition to emphasize the authenticity of which is tourism that takes into account the locality and characteristic regions also emphasize the involvement/participation in tourism development. However, this model also has the disadvantage that does not have a clear stages and steps should be taken to develop an area/region which has the potential for tourism. This model also does not explain how the process of community involvement in self-help in developing tourism as well as components of social capital that can be used. Based on that later drafted a model of the development which is a refinement of the model developed by Nasikun. Models with a pyramid-shaped stages are sequential, starting from organizing society is the core in community empowerment and ending with marketing. The model is built in this paper based on the results of a comparative study that is in Kampung Sarongge which has become a tourist village and village Jayagiri which has the potential to be developed into a tourist village.Keywords: tourism development, tourism pyramid model, tourism village, community

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik aspek soft-skills yang dibutuhkan oleh industri dan bisnis dan internalisasi nilai-nilai sof-skills dalam model intuksi dan assesmen. Penelitia etnografi ini menggambil setting di SMK Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan interview mendalam dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan interaktif . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1. SMK di Surakarta telah secara utuh mengadopsi Jenis soft-skills yang diterapkan DU/Di, perbedaan aplkasinya terletak pada aspek intensitasnya, di mana SMK Negeri lebih intensif dibanding SMK Swasta. 2. Internalisasi nilai-nilai soft- skills dalam pembelajaran akuntansi yang diselenggarakan di kedua kelompok SMK tersebut cenderung tidak berbeda, SMK Negeri mengguakan pendekatan “Integratif”, sedangkan SMK Swasta menggunakan pendekatan “Komplementatif dan integratif”, dan 3) Model evaluasi yang diadopsi SMK Negeri menggunakan pendekatan Authentik, sedangkan SMK Swasta secara bertahap dan berjenjang mengadopsi pendekatan Konvensional untuk selanjutnya diterapkan pendelatan Authentik.
