Abstract

PEMBERDAYAAN PENDIDIKAN ANAK-ANAK PKL DI SURAKARTA  Yetty Sarjono1, dan Suyatmini2 1,2Dosen Pendidikan Akuntansi FKIP, dan Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Pascasarjana, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.  AbstractThe purpose of this study is expected to be able to find the exact model of the arrangement of street vendors can optimize their income. With proper arrangement of street vendors are expected to provide constructive solutions to empower their childrens education level. The method used was qualitative, with the perspective of phenomenology, the research subjects of the street vendors, children, and city officials. Medium types and data sources are the words and actions, data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, making field notes, and use documents. Data analysis starts from the collection of data, arrange the points of findings, presentation of data and drawing conclusions with an analysis of the phenomenology of Schutzbecause motive and in order to motive.The results of this study is that the model of vendor arrangement using a persuasive approach and consider the human element. In the structural model of the arrangement of street vendors is done through five types of models, namely: a. Shelter, b. Tents Umbrellas, c. Ordinary tents, d. Gerobag, and e. Roads, according to the condition of each street vendors. Vendors understanding of the empowerment level of education of their children is: Because are: First, because during this time many of their children are neglected and can not continue their education due to lack of school fees. Second, because of the increased revenue then there is a strong willingness to continue the education of their children to pursue higher degrees. Third, because they are on average willing to improve and add to his wares. According to in order to motive are: First, in order not to move at any time, thus making their efforts can be successful to be able to finance their childrens schooling. Second, that the children stay in school, so that later is better than the fate of his parents. Third, that the future of her children more independent because of the increased motivation to learn them, especially for completing vocational education level.  Key words: settlement model, empowerment, education level.

Abstract

The study was aimed at describing the thematic teaching and learning management in first Grade at RSDBI Purworejo Academic Year of 2011/2012. This is qualitative research. Data collection technique used was observation, interview, and documentation. The research results are as follows: (1) In the planning activity includes identification of basic competency of mapping activities. The mapping activity is conducted to obtain a thorough and complete all the standards of competence, basic competence and indicators of the subjects that combined. The second stage is the determination of the adjusted standard theme and basic competencies in the subjects taught. The next stage is creating a theme network based on basic competencies and indicators of the subjects taught. The final stage is planningg the syllabus and lesson plans. (2) The implementation of thematic leaning proceeds through three stages: introduction, implementation and evaluation activity. (3) Evaluation of thematic leaning was performed three times: in the beginning of the course, during the course, and at the end of the course. The evaluation was carried out in oral and written activities. Evaluation in writing (normative evaluation) assessed students’ attitudes and actions after joining the teaching and leaning process in the classroom.

Abstract

The research  has  five proposed: 1) to describe personal mastery of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 2) to desribe mental methods of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 3) to describe shared vision of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi, 4) to describe system thinking of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi. 5) to describe team learning of leadership in english departement at STKIP PGRI Ngawi. The skill is descripƟve qualitaƟve research; study case. The source of the data research from the chairman, lecture and students. The result of the research shows that are: 1) personal mastery: a) commitment; personal and a shared commitment, b) creativity, innovative and priorities; good creativity, innovative and priorities. 2) mental methods: a) criticism and suggestions; received and evaluated of the criticism and suggestions, b) Behavior;   discipline, responsible and friendly. 3) Shared vision: a) motivation and oppeness; good motivation and slightly open, b) Vision; shared vision. 4) systems thinking has not been so appears. 5) Tim learning: a) position; the position isn’t an obstacle to maintain good relations between the others, b) dialogue and discussion; to improve communication.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the contribution of education infrastructure, environmental conditions, and work discipline teacher performance UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Brati  simultaneously and partially. This research is quantitative. The population of this study were 188 elementary school teachers then retrieved a sample of 128 teachers through proporsional random sampling. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, test the accuracy of the model, test the accuracy of parameter estimators (t test), donations predictors and classical assumption. Results of the study: 1) the infrastructure of education, the environment and simultaneously work discipline has contributed to the performance of elementary school teachers in the District UPTD Brati with α 5% is a significant level of value 1,657 0,000 <0,05 and the effective contribution of 74.68%. 2) Means of education infrastructure showed a significant influence on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 <0.05 and the effective contribution of 25.93%. 3) Environmental conditions showed no significant effect on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 <0.05 and the effective contribution of 11:03%. 4) Discipline work shows significant effects on the performance of teachers with sig 0.000 <0.05 and the effective contribution of 37.72%. 5) The independent variable a contribution of 84.4% of the performance of teachers and 15.6% are influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) Planning of school operational funds (BOS) (2)the implementation of school operational funds (BOS) (3) accountability of schooloperational funds (BOS) on Elementary School of Kemasan I Surakarta. This studyused a qualitative research with a ethnographic approach. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and dokumentasi. Data analysis technique is done by using several stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Testing the validity of the data using triangulation techniques sources and methods. The results of the study concluded (1) in the planning process components involved, among others, the principal in charge, the school treasurer, board of teachers and school committee. The planning process begins with preparing RAKS (2) The implementation of BOS management begins with withdrawals made treasurer as required by leaving a minimum balance in the bank. Expenses that are not included in the 13 items in the governance of the BOS funds using dues infak students held every Friday. (3) The accountability of the BOS through a report done gradually every day. In the BOS management there are several books of governance must be made that the public treasury Books, General Treasury Ledger, Ledger and Ledger Bank Tax.

Abstract

Dalam membelajarkan matematika diperlukan suatu metode pelajaran yang dapat mengubah persepsi matematika yang sulit menjadi matematika yang menyenangkan. Metode math master merupakan metode dalam membelajarkan matematika yang menekankan pada pemahaman konsep dengan peraga mainan atau media lain yang sesuai dengan dunia anak sehingga pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini, yaitu 1) Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus di Boyolali, memahami dan menguasai metode math master dalam pembelajaran matematika; 2) Siswa-siswa Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus di Boyolali tidak lagi memiliki Numeric phobia terhadap pelajaran matematika; 3) Siswa-siswa Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus di Boyolali memiliki peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan berhitung (matematika) dari sebelumnya. Metode pelaksanaan ini melalui tiga tahap, yaitu workshop, implementasi, dan evaluasi metode math master. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan: 1) Guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus di Boyolali menggunakan metode math master dalam membelajarkan matematika; 2) ) Siswa-siswa Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Program Khusus di Boyolali tidak lagi memiliki Numeric phobia, hal ini dikarenakan guru menggunakan alat peraga atau media lain yang menunjang dalam pembelajaran matematika sehingga siswa lebih mudah dalam memahami konsep matematika; 3) Ada peningkatan hasil belajar matematika setelah adanya implementasi metode math master.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the attitude of patriotism planting in extracurricular activities scouts on the General Terms and Conditions Skills Special Skills in Dabin 5 UPTD Wirosari Subdistrict Grobogan. Type ethnographic qualitative research design. The research subjects principals, teachers and students. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of data collection, data reduction, display, and verification, conclusion. The validity of the data sources and data triangulation. The research result is habituation attitude of patriotism at the General Proficiency Requirements can memorize at least three daily prayers, prayers can carry, can maintain the cleanliness of the room school or place of worship, is able to help someone in the vicinity, following the flag ceremony with wisdom. Exemplary attitude of patriotism at the General Proficiency Requirements can use Indonesian well and correctly, not littering, can show true deference to the Red and White Flag, can be memorized to sing the national anthem Indonesia Raya. SKK is used to apply the attitude of patriotism is SKK singer, conductor SKK, SKK P3K, SKK Explorer / Searching for Traces, SKK Camping, SKK Greening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji dukungan: 1) kualitas inputsiswa, komitmen guru, dan sarana prasarana, 2) kualitas input siswa, 3) komitmenguru dan 4) sarana prasarana terhadap kemandirian belajar kimia di SMK Pancasila1 Wonogiri. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan desainkorelasional menggunakan proporsional random sampling yang populasinya seluruhsiswa kelas XI, sebanyak 502 siswa. Data diambil melalui angket tertutup. Teknikpengumpulan data dibantu dengan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik Analisis Datamenggunakan Uji Regresi Linear Ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) DukunganKualitas Input Siswa, Komitmen Guru, dan Sarana dan Prasarana secara serentakberpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa yaitu dipengaruhi adanya sarana prasarana, dalam hal ini perangkat lunak komputer, 2) Dukungan Kualitas Input Siswaberpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Siswa yang bermakna jikasumber daya manusia dapat efektif dan efisien maka suatu organisasi akan menjadimaju, 3) Dukungan Komitmen Guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KemandirianBelajar Siswa yaitu mempengaruhi kinerja salah satu wujudnya muncul kemandirianbelajar siswa dan 4) Dukungan Sarana dan Prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadapKemandirian Belajar Siswa yaitu mendukung metode guru dalam pembelajaran yangsalah satu tujuannya membangkitkan sifat kemandirian belajar siswa.

Abstract

Kemandirian merupakan suatu sikap atau perilaku dan kemampuan seseorang untuk  melakukan aktifitas tanpa adanya ketergantungan dengan bantuan orang lain. Mandiri adalah sifat tidak bergantung pada orang lain untuk mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya Syarbini dan Arbain (2014: 72), Sedangkan menurut Wibowo (2013: 45) Kemandirian adalah sikap dan perilaku untuk tidak mudah tergantung pada orang tua dan orang lain dalam  menyelaikan tugas-tugas. Masing-masing individu mempunyai tingkat kemandirian belajar  yang berbeda-beda, tetapi belum ada aturan yang baku untuk menentukan hal itu. Siswa yang mempunyai kemandirian belajar dapat dilihat dari kegiatan belajarnya, dia tidak perlu disuruh untuk belajar akan tetapi kegiatan belajar dilaksanakan atas dorongan dan inisiatifdirinya sendiri.Wibowo (2013:45)menjelaskanbahwa kedisiplinan adalah tindakan yang menunjukkan perilaku tertib dan patuh pada berbagai ketentuan dan peraturan, Sedangkan menurut Syarbini dan Arbain(2014: 71) disiplin adalah ketaatan atau kepatuhan terhadap suatu aturan yang  berlaku.Kedisiplinan diartikan sebagai perilaku seseorang mengikuti pola-pola tertentu yang  telah ditetapkan atau disetujui terlebih dahulu baik persetujuan tertulis, lisan maupun berupa peraturan-peraturan atau kebiasaan.Menurut Sugihartono, Fathiyah, Harahap, Setiawati, dan Nurhayati (2015:3) menjelaskan tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua di bagi menjadi 3 kategori, yaitu: kategori tingkat social ekonomi tinggi, kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi sedang, dan kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi rendah. Kategori tingkat sosial ekonomi sedang dan rendah memiliki pengaruh pada kemandirian siswa dalam mengembangkan ilmu matematikanya. Tidak sedikit dari siswa yang memiliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi rendah harus ikut bekerja mencari biaya sendiri untuk membiayai pendidikannya sendiri bahkan membantu keluarga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, sedangkan yang memiliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosisal ekonomi sedang tidak begitu besar pengaruhnya pada tingkat kemandirian siswa dalam belajar, berbeda pula siswa yang memliki orang tua dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi yang tinggi karna siswa tidak perlu lagi memikirkan akan biaya dan semua kebutuhan pendidikan yang ia butuhkan, jadi ia hanya perlu untuk fokus pada pendidikan yang ia tempuh saja.Hipotesis dalam penelitian: “Terdapat kontribusi tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua dankedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian”. Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kontribusi tingkat sosial ekonomi orang tua dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian.
