Abstract

Peringkat pendidikan Indonesia di tingkat ASEAN maupun dunia masih pada posisi yang kurang baik sehingga menunjukkan mutu pembelajaran di Indonesia yang masih rendah. Perihal ini terkait dengan standar kompetensi pendidik yang mempunyai kaitan erat dengan mutu pendidikan. Guna menumbuhkan mutu pendidikan ke arah lebih baik, maka kualitas tenaga pendidik wajib ditingkatkan. Guru selaku tenaga pendidik handal memiliki tanggung jawab besar sehingga kinerja guru jadi tolak ukur keberhasilan pembelajaran di Indonesia. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru diantaranya gaya kepemimpinan serta supervisi. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif yang menempatkan kepemimpinan transformasional, supervisi akademik selaku variabel bebas serta kinerja guru selaku variabel terikat. Populasi berjumlah 153 guru yang tersebar di SD Negeri Gugus V Kecamatan Kemayoran. Perolehan sampel merujuk pada tabel ukuran sampel oleh Krejcie dan Morgan dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, perolehan sample sebanyak 108 guru. Perolehan data berasal dari pengolahan data kuesioner menggunakan program SPSS, hasil wawancara, evaluasi hasil observasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi uji korelasi, uji t serta uji F dan koefisien korelasi yang kuat. Evaluasi hasil wawancara serta observasi variabel menampilkan keadaan yang cukup baik. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru baik secara positif serta signifikan pada SD Negeri di Gugus V Kecamatan Kemayoran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya pengaruh variabel (1) motivasi terhadap kinerja guru, (2) disiplin terhadap kinerja guru, (3) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) motivasi, disiplin, motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Responden penelitian adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 3454 orang dengan sampel 97. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,028, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,017, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,029. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

Teachers have a significant contribution to the learning success in schools. In creating conducive school, having good quality and generating graduates with integrity, good teachers’ performance is needed. Good teachers’ performance is affected by several factors including the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture. This study aims at analyzing whether there is a relationship between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture with teachers’ performance. This research was conducted on classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District with a population of 116. The sample used was the total population of 116. The independent variables in this study were the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture, while the dependent variable was teachers’ performance. The measurement of the variables was carried out by using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the simple regression test and multiple linear regressions, the test results show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables, the principal's leadership, work motivation and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that teachers’ performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of the principal's leadership (X1), work motivation (X2), and school culture (X3) by 65%, while the remaining 35% is affected by other factors outside of this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping Subdistrict.

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan kemampuan seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan dan bertanggung jawab atas peserta didik di bawah bimbingannya. Kinerja guru ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya ditentukan oleh kompetensi manajerial dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi manajerial dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Cibeber Kabupaten Lebak. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 178 orang guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kompetensi manajerial dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berada pada kriteria cukup, sedangkan variabel kinerja guru berada pada kriteria baik. Hasil uji statistik secara parsial dan simultan kompetensi manajerial dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, dengan kontribusi sebesar 17%. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan ataupun parsial antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru

Abstract

Children with special needs require more optimal handling from teachers, but the reality in the field is that learning services for children with special needs are still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze how learning services for children with disabilities through the role of teachers. The subjects in this study were teachers in inclusive school. This research is descriptive qualitative research with interview and documentation as data collection. Data analysis is carried out in 3 (three) stages there are data reduction, data coding, and data tabulation. The results showed those services for children with special needs carried out at the primary school for inclusive education organizers, the school provides services in the form of identification and assessment. Life skills development activities at the primary school organizing inclusive education are still limited to extracurricular activities, there are no special life skills development activities for children with special needs, extracurricular activities at the primary school organizing inclusive education already have several activities to develop the abilities and talents of students. Extracurricular activities are already running and are carried outside of school hours.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze relationship between power and authority, perception of fairness, public trust, and tax rate policies on taxpayer compliance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Bulungan Regency. The method applied to conduct this research is a quantitative approach method using primary data and secondary data. In this study, the population is taxpayers who have registered and have a 2021 Regional Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWD) of 33,164 taxpayers. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. By using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained is 395 respondents. In this study, data collection techniques were used which included questionnaires, literature studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that partially there is no significant influence of the tax authorities and tax rate policies on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the variable perception of justice and public trust has a positive and significant relationship to taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, it simultaneously shows that there is a strong relationship between the power of the tax authorities, perceptions of fairness, public trust and tax rate policies on taxpayer compliance at Bapenda Bulungan Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak Guru mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dapat terjadi jika guru mempunyai inovasi dalam mengajar. Inovasi pembelajaran guru dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan supervisi akademik terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru SD di Kecamatan Salam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian adalah guru SD di kecamatan Salam sebanyak 104 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS untuk menganalisis hubungan variabel X1 Terhadap variabel Y dan variabel X2 terhadap varibael Y dan dengan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel Y dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan kompetensi manajerial terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru. Hasil uji-t uji korelasi X1 dan Y menunjukkan bahwa t hitung sebesar 4,815. Nilai t tabel untuk df 101 adalah 1,660. T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan kompetensi manajerial (X1) terhadap inovasi pembelajaran (Y), dengan besar sumbangan adalah 52,299 (52,299%). Hubungan Supervisi akademik terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru menunjukkan bahwa t hitung sebesar 2,979 lebih besar dari t tabel (1,660) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh supervisi akademik (X2) terhadap inovasi pembelajaran (Y) dengan besar sumbangan supervisi akademik (X2) terhadap inovasi pembelajaran (Y) adalah sebesar 31,93%. Terdapat hubungan positif antara kompetensi manajerial dan supervisi akademik secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru dengan estimasi sebesar 0,843 atau sama dengan 86,1% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa hubungan kompetensi manajerial (X1) dan supervisi akademik (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap inovasi pembelajaran (Y) sebesar 84,3%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial dan supervise akademik terhadap inovasi pembelajaran guru. Abstract

The implementation of child-friendly city policies plays a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and optimal development of children within urban environments. This article explores the significant involvement of the business sector in supporting the implementation of child-friendly city policies in the context of Depok City. The engagement of the business sector, facilitated by the Association of Indonesian Child-Friendly Companies (Asosiasi Perusahaan Sahabat Anak Indonesia or APSAI), along with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), forms a crucial partnership with the government and the community to create an environment that nurtures the growth of children. This article discusses the multifaceted contributions of the business sector, focusing on financial investments, infrastructural development, educational initiatives, and collaborative efforts aimed at enriching the lives of children in Depok City. It delves into the model of Van Meter and Van Horne (1975) to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of child-friendly policies and elaborates on the distinctive roles APSAI and CSR play in supporting this endeavor. By examining these roles comprehensively, the article underscores how collaborative efforts among the government, the community, and the business sector can holistically foster a city that prioritizes the rights and well-being of its youngest inhabitants. Ultimately, this article highlights the significance of leveraging business resources, expertise, and commitment to contribute to the realization of a child-friendly urban environment. It underscores the importance of fostering partnerships, effective communication, and continuous coordination between these stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and sustainability of child-friendly city policies in Depok City
