Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhikinerja pegawai pada Kantor DIPENDA Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bertugas pada KantorDIPENDA Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, yang berjumlah 60 orang. Jumlah sampelpenelitian sebanyak 59 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, yangdikecualikan untuk kepala DIPENDA. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yangdigunakan adalah analysis Path atau analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berdasarkan uji F = 6.233 pada signifikansi 0,000<0,05 berarti secara bersama-sama semua variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadapkinerja pegawai dan hasil hipotesisnya adalah pertama, bahwa terdapat pengaruhloyalitas pegawai (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai, kedua, bahwa terdapat pengaruhdisiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai, ketiga, bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruhkepemimpinan (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan keempat bahwa tidak terdapatpengaruh pengawasan (X4) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor DIPENDAKabupaten Indragiri Hulu.

Abstract

Abstrack: this study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning interest on student learning outcomes in class VIII social studies learning. As for the things that want to be discussed in this study is: how learning facilities and student learning interests affect student learning outcomes in social studies class VIII at SMP Negeri 5. The research sample was taken by 76 respondents. The results of this study are learning facilities and students' learning interest have a positive effect on student learning outcomes and lead to good learning outcomes. With R2 (Square) learning facilities and interest in learning have an influence of 28.5% on student learning outcomes at SMP 5. The remaining 71.5% are influenced by other factors. Therefore, there is an influence between facilities and learning interest on student learning outcomes at SMP 5 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Learning Facilities,Learning Interest, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship of parenting to student learning achievement in class XI subjects of Muhammadiyah Bangkinang High School The population of this study is all students of class XI of Muhammadiyah Bangkinang High School with a total of 20 people. The sample in this study using the census method was taken as a whole for class XI students in 2019/2020 which amounted to 20 people Data analysis techniques used using editing and scoring techniques, namely checking the completeness and filling of questionnaires or questionnaires that have been collected and providing scores on each questionnaire answer as follows: in this time there are five answer categories, namely: strongly agree, agree, hesitate, disagree, and strongly disagree. The items are scored based on the selected answers and the types of positive and negative questions. For positive questions the score moves from the answer the score is 3, 2, 1. for negative questions the suspension moves the opposite. The correlation between parenting (variable X) and economic learning achievement (variable Y) goes in the same direction. In other words, there is a positive correlation between the two.Key Words: Parenting and Learning achievements

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of online learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economics class XII at SMA N 2 Mandau. The sample in this study were students of class XII social studies at SMAN 2 Mandau for the academic year 2021/2022 which consisted of 5 classes with a total of 117 students using the slovin technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the research, it was found that online learning and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in Economics class XII Social Studies at SMA N 2 Mandau. So online learning and learning motivation together will improve student learning outcomesKeywords: Online Learning, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of rewards and the school environment on student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The population in this study was all class XI social studies students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu as many as 138 students and in this study used a proportional sample technique, namely the display of samples from several sub-populations with a proportional number. To determine the size or number of samples from the population using issac tables with an error rate of 10%. Based on the table with an error rate of 10%, if the population in this study was 138, then the sample was 92 students. Data was collected using questionnaires about rewards and school environment that were distributed to respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test data analysis. Based on the results of the study, the effect of rewards and school environment on the learning outcomes of class XI social studies students in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu was 0.231 or 23.1% while the remaining 76.9% was influenced by other factors that were not studied in this study such as physical factors, fatigue, family conditions, and society.Key Words: Reward, School Environment, Learning Outcomes.
