Abstract: The aims of this research to determine the effect on the performance of labor discipline employees part of production PT Panca Agro Lestari. The population in this this research were 300 employees. The sample size of 75 people by using proportional stratified. Collecting data in this study using the technique of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the discipline of a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees part of production PT. Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to know the influence of education against the effectiveness of the learning process of economic education courses Undergraduate Faculty of teacher training and educational sciences of the University of Riau. The population in this research is active students host 2013 – 2016 as much as 330 peoples, and become a sample as many as 77 people. Measurement data using the question form and documentation. The analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression. Research results based on simple linear regression shows the use of educational means to keefektivan the process of learning and PEDAGOGY in Education undergraduate student of Economics, it can be seen from constanta (a) value of 38.566 and the value of the regression (b) coefisien of regresinya equations with 38.566 0.514 + 0.514. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained the value of 0.326. It means is that the donations influence the use of educational means against efektivan the learning process of 32.6%.Key Word : Educations Facilities, Effectiveness of the Learning Process

Abstract

Abstract : Company Amplang shrimp is a company engaged in ready-to-eat foods, through the field observation shrimp firms do marketing using a strategy of concentration is a strategy that specializes some markets in sales because of lack of existing natural resources. So the company only sells products within the region and performs production only to the existing order. With the problems that exist then this research using SWOT Matrix to know the right marketing strategy for company to be able to run its business well, so get profit or profit. The result of the research concludes that the strategy used by the company and suggested for the company is 1. Growth oriented strategy if the company has SO strategy, that is strategy with internal strength strength and excellent opportunity 2. Stability Strategy if the company has WO strategy, that is strategy Which minimizes the weaknesses to seize the opportunities that exist, 3. Defense Strategy if the company has a WT strategy, a strategy that minimizes the weaknesses to overcome the threat.Key words : SWOT, Marketing Strategy, Strategy Analysis

Abstract

Abstract: This research was for analyzing the satisfaction of customer at Giant Ekstra in Panam, Pekanbaru. The population of this research were all customers who shopping at Giant Ekstra. The sample that used in this research were 100 respondents. For analyzing the data using Important Performance Analysis (IPA) to seen how far the customer feel satisfied .That have been seen from the result of testing the level of members satisfaction used the method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) there were five attributes included in A quadrant (Top Priority), which was means considered important by members but didn’t maximized nor satisfied. And the range of the all factors result which was equal to 78,64%.Key words: Customer Satisfaction, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).

Abstract

Abstrack: This study was aimed to determine the effect of capital structure and dividend policy on firm value both simultaneously and partially in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. The population of this study was all manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017 which have the necessary data, namely the capital structure, dividend policy and firm value, which amount to 14 companies. This study used secondary data sourced from ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory). The technical analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of the study was indicated that the capital structure and dividend policy simultaneously influence the value of the company. Capital structure partially has a negative effect on firm value. While dividend policy has a positive effect on firm value.Key Words: Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Firm Value

Abstract

Abstract : This research was motivated by consumers are now beginning to be selective and smart in choosing a product, so they will get the usefulness or benefits they seek from a product such as a product of L'Cheese Factory. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at L'Cheese Factory District of Sukajadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study is the customer L'Cheese Factory Pekanbaru grand total is 65 with a sample of 39 people. Based on the analysis concluded that the known value of significance at the table coeffisients 0,000 less than the critical value of 0.05. Then obtained 0.000 <0.05 and these results show that the Marketing Mix (Marketing Mix) effect on Consumer Purchase Decision on L'Cheese Factory Pekanbaru. Regression model in this study is Y = -47 266 + 1.531X1 + 1.040X2 + 1.035X3 + 1.451X4, the magnitude of the constant coefficient is -47 266, which means if the marketing mix (marketing mix) and the purchase decision has no effect, the size of the customer's decision is -47 266. Regression coefficient value product is +1531, meaning if the product has increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,531. The coefficient of price is +1040, meaning if the price increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,040. A coefficient value is +1035, that if the place is increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,035 and the promotion of the regression coefficient is +1451, meaning if the sale increased by 1%, then the customer's decision will also be increased by 1,451 , Judging from R Square of 0.472, indicating that the independent variables used in this study can affect the dependent variable 47.2%. Thus it can be said that the ability of independent variables in influencing the dependent variable is influential.Key Words : Product, Price, Place, Promotion, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of economic subjects class X SMA Negeri 2 kelayang. The population of this study is all students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Kelayang with the number 90 with the sample that is 48 people, the sample is taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used is Descriptive Analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis processed through SPSS 17 program. For Windows student motivation in this research belong to high category that is 37,5% while student learning result is classified into good category once 62,5%. The results of this study indicate that the motivation effect on the results of learning subjects economy class X SMA Negeri 2 Kelayang. This means that the higher the students' learning motivation will also improve student learning outcomes. Thus, to improve student learning outcomes, the support of the teacher and the student's environment is motivation.Keywords: Motivation learning, learning outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTCV. Mahkota Motor Pekanbaru is one company engaged in the distribution and marketing of two-wheelers under the brand Yamaha . The diversity of price and the type presented by the company in order to compete in meeting consumer demand for motorcycles and make a decision to buy a motorcycle . To attract the attention of consumers , companies provide after sales service as genuine Yamaha parts . The company also provides convenience in terms of payment of the products sold by way of cash and credit. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether the factors that affect customer satisfaction with the sales of Yamaha motorcycles in CV. Mahkota Motor Pekanbaru . The sample used in this study are all consumers CV. Mahkota Motor which still have dependents with as many as 60 companies . Data collection techniques using observation , documentation , and questionnaires . Analysis using quantitative descriptive method and linear regression. The results showed that the partial product and service quality significantly affect sales of Yamaha motorcycles in CV . Motor crown with a value of F = 3.349 and F table = 2.9113 so that the larger F value of F table and a significance value of F is 0.790 greater than the value of α of 0.05 . Keywords : Quality of Products , Services , Sales
