Abstract

Evaluasi program kebersihan lingkungan pasar di Kota Banjarmasin adalah penelitian yang di latar belakangioleh buruknya tingkat kebersihan di Kota Banjarmasin, khususnya kebersihan di lingkungan pasar. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas program kebersihan lingkungan pasar di Kota Banjarmasin, yangmeliputi: pertama Mengetahui output program antara harapan dan kenyataan. Kedua, Mengetahui outcomeprogram antara harapan dan kenyataan. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan teori evaluasi formal yangmenekankan pada efektivitas program, dan teori governance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahpendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan evaluasi formal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknikobservasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan menerapkan strategi triangulasi. Kuesioner untuk menilai persepsimasyarakat tentang kebersihan lingkungan pasar. Teknik analisisnya meliputi analisis sebelum kelapangan,analisis ketika dilapangan menggunakan teknik miles and Huberman, dan analisis setelah selesai dilapangan,jenis evaluasi single program before after.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kebersihan lingkungan pasar di Kota Banjarmasin yangdilaksanakan sendiri oleh Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan belum berhasil, karena output dan outcome tidaksesuai harapan. Sebaliknya, program kebersihan lingkungan pasar yang melibatkan elemen governance, yaituLSM Lingkungan, Pengelola Pasar, Pedagang pasar, dan DKP berhasil meningkatkan kebersihan lingkunganpasar Kalindo dan Kesatriaan.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Program, Kebersihan Lingkungan Pasar

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini berkaitan tentang efektivitas pemberdayaan kelompok pengolahan hasil perikanan di Kota Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles and Huberman dengan 3 tahapan analisisnya, yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah efektivitas Pemberdayaan kelompok pengolahaban hasil perikanan di Kota Banjarmasin yang difokuskan di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Timur belum efektif. Hal itu dilihat berdasarkan program pembentukan kelompok berdasarkan potensi bahan baku, maka tujuan ini sudah terlaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kelompok, namun kadang terkendala musim yang berakibat pada kelangkaan bahan baku. Berdasarkan konsep daya dukung lingkungan, bahan baku perikanan sangatlah besar, yaitu dekat dengan sungai besar dan sedang, dan dilewati banyak kelotok penjual bahan baku tangkapan perikanan tawar maupun laut. Namun, daya dukung lingkungan ini belum diimbangi dengan etos kerja para anggota kelompok secara berkelompok dan lebih memilih mengolah secara individu, dan tidak didukung manajerial kelompok serta administratif yang baik (manajerial dan administratifnya buruk). Kendala efektivitasnya terdiri dari tiga; 1) Karakteristik Organisasi Kelompok yang masih lemah, 2) Karakteristik Lingkungan sudah baik, tetapi belum termanfaatkan dengan baik potensi lingkungan lahan basahnya, 3) Karakteristik anggota cenderung individual Kata Kunci: Efektivitas, Pemberdayaan, Kelompok

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Motorized Vehicle Testing Service Quality at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur and to analyze what are the supporting factors and inhibitors of Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at the UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur.The research approach used is descriptive qualitative method, to describe the condition of the subject / object of research based on facts that appear or as they are. Data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation techniques.Motorized Vehicle Testing Services at UPT PKB at Barito Timur Transportation Service is one of the public service institutions that carries out services on vehicle feasibility testing. As a public institution, it is mandatory to provide quality services, so as to provide satisfaction to the recipients of the service. The definition of Motorized Vehicle Testing (PKB) itself is an examination of the vehicle condition, whether the vehicle meets the requirements of land-worthy or not, including the completeness of vehicle documents, given the enormous benefits of public or non-public transportation equipment helping mobility of community activities.The results showed that the service quality of UPT PKB Kabupaten Barito Timur was inadequate or still low, because it was found that most of the five quality indicators were still low, especially indicators of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The factors that influence are internal factors and external factors . Internal factors consist of organizational structure, human resources / apparatus, small service and financial systems, while external factors are in the form of budgeting policies and placement of personnel from related institutions without looking at needs and competencies.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effectiveness of collaborative leadership styles at STIA Tabalong by using qualitative research methods Sampling techniques using purposive sampling, i.e. chosen with specific considerations and objectives. The informants in this study are employees or academic community in STIA Tabalong. Data collection using interviews in depth. Data analysis techniques, meanwhile, use interactive models. The results showed that the collaborative leadership style at STIA Tabalong was effective. This is illustrated from the findings of research showing that the collaborative leadership style is well received by employees, increased leadership capabilities, leaders who are able to read the work climate situation, factors that influence leadership skills such as educational factors, experience, and the wide range of associations, as well as employees who are willing to adjust their way of thinking and act in the interests of together. Abstract

This research is counducted in order to analyce and to give a description about the service Quality of the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin and the understand any obstacle which interferes the Service Quality of the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin Qualitative approach is used with qualitative descriptive research type. The informan selected were the library student. The data used in this research were the primary data directly gained from the informan and the secondary data were gained indirectly. The technique of collected the data was done by the interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data will be described and analyzed by a descriptive analysis technique which give the description about the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin. The result of the research showed that the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin can be said to be in acceptably good quality. This result can be seen from the indicatiors: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The obstacles. found in this research were lack of book collection provided in the library the lack of facilties, the lack of human resources and the lack budget limitations. This research recommends to the University Library Technical Implementation Unit Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin expected to hold a collection of books, facilities and infrastructure facilities, add library technical staff, carry out budget priority scales.
