Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah merancang alat yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan menentukan golongan darah. Pendeteksian kelompok darah dan rhesus biasanya dapat dilakukan secara manual melalui proses pengujian sel darah merah dengan antisera (serum) untuk melihat apakah darah yang telah diberikan antisera (serum) terjadi aglutinasi (penggumpalan) atau non-aglutinasi (tidak menggumpal). Dalam penelitian ini, pendeteksian golongan darah dan rhesus dirancang secara elektronik menggunakan golongan darah ABO dan sistem Rhesus. Alat ini dirancang dengan menggunakan tiga pasang sensor cahaya, sensor LED sebagai pemancar dan Photodioda sebagai penerima, rangkaian komparator dan mikrokontroler arduino mega 2560. Sensor aglutinasi atau reaksi non-aglutinasi dari sampel darah yang telah dicampur antisera. Selanjutnya, ia akan mengirim tegangan untuk dikondisikan oleh rangkaian pembanding kemudian dikirim ke mikrokontroler untuk diproses dan hasil golongan darah dan pembacaan rhesus akan ditampilkan pada layar LCD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kejadian ISPA balita pada keluarga yang merokok didalam rumah dengan keluarga yang tidak merokok. Metode penelitian ini mengunakan desain studi perbandingan dengan pendekatan case-control. Penelitian ini dilakukan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Rejosari Pekanbaru terhadap 68 keluarga yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 34 keluarga (50% dari total sampel) yang angotanya merokok didalam rumah dan mempunyai balita yang sering terserang ISPA adalah sebesar 58,8%, sedangkan 34 keluarga yang anggotanya tidak merokok sama sekali dan mempunyai balita yang sering terserang ISPA sebesar 29,4% dengan derajat kemaknaan 0,05 diperoleh p < 0,05 yaitu 0,028 serta nilai OR 3,429. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kejadian ISPA balita pada keluarga yang merokok di dalam rumah dengan keluarga yang tidak merokok dimana keluarga yang anggota keluarganya merokok di dalam rumah memiliki resiko 3,429 kali lebih besar dibandingkan keluarga yang tidak merokok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan bagi Puskesmas melakukan upaya promosi secara berkala tentang bahaya asap rokok didalam rumah terhadap kesehatan balita.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a system e-commerce in transact sales and reservations handicrafts rattan that is there the .Hopefully with a e-commerce this can save such as the operational costs , time and energy .E-commerce system is designed by using programming language html and php .To embellish of a display web used bootstraps .Of the system resulting can be concluded that is , ease in terms of the selling process products , information products , and the process of reservations intended products by consumers.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to design the tools used to detect and determine blood type. Blood and rhesus group detection can usually be done manually through a process of testing red blood cells with antisera (serum) to see if blood that has been given antisera (serum) occurs agglutination (agglutination) or non-agglutination (not clot). In this study, blood type and rhesus detection was designed electronically using ABO blood type and Rhesus system. It is designed using three pairs of light sensor, LED sensor as transmitter and Photodioda as receiver, comparator circuit and arduino mega 2560 microcontroller. Agglutination sensor or non-agglutination reaction of blood sample mixed with antisera. Next, it sends the voltage to be conditioned by the comparator circuit then sent to the microcontroller for processing and the blood type and rhesus readings will be displayed on the LCD screen.

Abstract

Scientific writings in Indonesian language&nbsp; must the rules of the General Guide to the Reformed Indonesian Spelling especially in terms of word spacing. good word spacing is proportional to the width of the typeface. generally use the align right facility in order to have article look neat in typing, but causes space from word to word over space. Additionally, according to the General Guide book for the updated Indonesian spelling, there are rules that use the distance of words with punctuation after and before punctuation. This research is intended to make for detecting applications using word spacing of the Regular Expression String algorithm and to comment on articles based on principles that are in accordance with the General Guidelines for Indonesian Reformed Spelling.

Abstract

The fresh water in Indonesia has signifikan potential To be exploited as fish cultivation. Food as a component of waters is a ecology factor and have an important role in determining the rate of populations density, population dynamics, growth, reproduction and fish condition. This research aimed to know the composition of three spot gourami’s food ,and broad niche. This research was held on November-December 2013 In Marindal village of Swamp Subdistrict Patumbak, North Sumatera. This study use a grap nets, and fishing trap. The Data analysis was index of the stomach, The frequency of occurrence and niche.The result showed that foods found in fishes intestinal consists of 13 genera Bacillariophyceae, 4 genera Chlorophyceae, 1 genera Conjugatophyceae, 4 genera Coscinodiscophyceae, 3 genera Cyanophyceae,1 genera Euglenophyceae, 1 genera Filosia, 1 genera gastropoda. 1 genera monogonta, dan 1 genera secernentea. The main food is Bacillariophyceae. Chlorophyceae, Cyanophyceae, Conjugatophyceaeas were complements food and Coscinodiscophyceae, Euglenophyceae , Gastropoda, Filosia, Monogonta, Secementea were additives food.Keyword : Swamps, Food composition, Food habits, Trichogaster trichopterus, Patumbak.

Abstract

In today's online technology, we have to learn various things so that we can adjust to social behavior, for example, buying and selling activities that cover all walks of life, now everyone doesn't hesitate to shop online. The online market is growing fast, especially in Indonesia. Anyone can sell and buy goods easily through online stores, so that people's purchasing power and sales increase due to the proliferation of online stores, XYZ stores are still beginners in terms of sales strategies so they try all efforts without careful preparation, one of the ways to do this is to expand its market coverage even to export goods abroad. the process of exporting goods in the current era is not a difficult thing to do, but it requires knowledge and preparation of a good strategy. from existing sales data can be analyzed to determine the right strategy in marketing goods. Data Mining is a science that helps analyze large amounts of data with the aim of gaining new knowledge that can be utilized. In Data Mining Analysis there is the FP-Growth algorithm which is a data mining technique for finding association rules from lots of data. This is known as the Association rule, where the rule will be determined from the minimum support and confidence results. the rules that are formed produce 10 rules out of 51 existing data, these rules help determine the export sales strategy at the XYZ store.
