Abstract

Peningkatan produksi padi pada daerah irigasi, erat kaitannya denganketersediaan air dan pengelolaan irigasi. Ketersediaan air harus ditunjang dengansarana dan prasarana irigasi yang baik. Daerah irgasi (DI) Wawotobi merupakandaerah irigasi terbesar di Sulawesi Tenggara saat ini, yang awal rencana akanmengairi sawah seluas 18.000 ha namun sampai dengan saat ini baru dapatmengairi sawah seluas 9.447,80 ha. Daerah irigasi Wawotobi berkontribusiterhadap 6 (enam) kecamatan dalam wilayah Kabupaten Konawe. Evaluasiterhadap kinerja daerah irigasi Wwotobi dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkangambaran kondisi saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui debit (Q)andalan sungai saat ini, 2) Mengetahui besarnya kebutuhan air untuk luas areal18.000 ha, 3) Mendapatkan informasi penyebab keterbatasan dalammenditribusikan debit (Q).Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tahapan meliputi:pengumpulan data, dilanjutkan dengan pengujian kepanggahan data danperhitungan debit (Q). Nilai debit (Q) pengukuran langsung dan debit (Q) simulasidibandingkan terhadap kebutuhan. Perhitungan dengan memperhatikan polatanam existing berdasarkan Kriteria Perencanaan dibandingkan dengan polarenacana berdasarkan kebutuhan air dengan software Crop Water Requirement(CWR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan air saat ini sangatmemadai, namun dalam sistem pengelolaan irigasi yang masih minim.Ketersediaan debit andalan (Q80) rerata bulanan secara rasio masih memenuhikebutuhan yaitu: 100,30 m3/detik. Kejadian defisit pada periode I bulan Julisebesar 14,28 m3/detik, Namun dari penilaian indeks kinerja tingkat kerawananberada pada range 0,75-1,00, artinya dari up normal akan cepat kembali kenormal.Kata kunci: daerah irigasi, debit andalan, indeks kinerja

Abstract

ABSTRACK                Pekalongan Fish Auction Place has adequate equipments and facilities, but the auction activity for the catch above eighty tons can not be done in one auction. The problems that arise are the existence of facilities and equipments in TPI that are not used optimally, in addition there are some regulations in the fishing port that has not been fully implemented, especially landing activities and port securities. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of utilization of facilities and equipments and constraints that exist in the TPI. The benefit of this study is as a consideration in taking policy regarding the level of utilization of facilities and equipment TPI. Thus the research needs to be done related to the study of the utilization of facilities and equipment TPI Research conducted at Fishery Port of Nusantara Pekalongan, on 19th-26th October 2017. The method used in this research is survey method. By collecting data as much as possible about TPI facilities and equipments that support the auction activity. The facilities in TPN PPN Pekalongan are TPI office and TPI building and equipments in TPI are baskets, auctioneer seats, carts, sorong, scales, loudspeakers and lamps. After analyzed, the results obtained are equipments and facilities utilized/optimized about 80.01-100% (very good) which is slide and loudspeakers, while equipments and facilities in the utilization process about 40,01-60% (medium) that is building, chair of auctioneers and scales. Further equipments and facilities utilized/optimimized about 0-40% (very less good) which is TPI lamps, baskets, and carts. Keywords: Fish auction place, PPN Pekalongan, Facilities and equipment, Utilization

Abstract

ABSTRACT   This research is conducted on 11-18 December 2017 inBungus Fishing Port, West Sumatra Province. The object of research is a shipyard in Bungus Fishing Port which is aimed to describe the management of shipyard in Bungus Fishing Port. The method used in this research is survey method during the process of collecting data. As information, the shipyard in Bungus Fishing Port is owned by government and specifically focused in maintenance and repair. This shipyard also using vessel lift type dock.  The shipyard in Bungus Fishing Port also supported the fishing vessel and non-fishing vessel with maximum weight up to 30 GT and main material consisted from wood and fiber. The shipyard in Bungus is categorized as traditional shipyard. From the appliance that used during the maintenance and repair, this shipyard encountering several problem which are the limited production of new ship and the lack of dock facility. This problem caused by the lack of the worker ability in making new ship due to the rare of training and inappropriate of docks size as area for building new ship. These problems can be seen as the obstacles in the modernization and development of the shipyard in Bungus Fishing Port. Keywords: Management, Shipyard, Bungus Fishing Port

Abstract

This research combines static and behavior analysis to detect malwares on Android system. The analysis process was completed by implementing analysis process on a malware-infected application running on an Android device. The analysis process was implemented based on specific stages, started from implementing behavior analysis on a malware-infected application running on Android device. Moreover, this behavior analysis ran the application on an Android emulator; afterwards, the file processing running on Android would be analyzed using the tool designed on this research to determine whether or not the executed application has been infected by malware. By utilizing behavior analysis, this research aimed to construct LiME kernel module being able to be executed on Android to collect data running on Android memory. This collected data would be analyzed further using volatility as data scanning. The second analysis utilized static analysis by checking the application on android system before running. During the static analysis, the application extraction was executed to generate some files to be analyzed to verify malware infection.

Abstract

                                                AbtracPier is one of main facilities at Cilacap Fishing Port which is very needed for a port. The importance of the pier for fishing port can be seen by the pier’s separation according to the activities. The success of a fishing port in operational can be seen from the activities on the pier. The purpose of this study is to determine the utilization of the pier and the utilization rate of the pier at the Cilacap Fishing Port. This research has been conducted at Cilacap Fishing Port using survey method by conducting observation and direct interview with local port and fisherman. The results showed that the utilization of the pier at the Cilacap Fishing Port spesifically the I’s Pier has the utilization of loading and unloading pier for 105.66%, while the utilization rate of loading and unloading at II’s and the last is III’s Pier has the number of utilization rate about 121.27%. The percentage of utilization level of both pier is categorized as very well.Key words: Pier, Cilacap Fishing Port, Rate of Utilization.

Abstract

Cost Analysis of Seed Drying Rice (Oryza sativa) in PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Branch shavings. PT. Sang Hyang Seri (Persero) Branch shavings used as the study site because here is a branch that has a rice seed breeding area under study and activities are drying by the method referred to in the study. This study uses field observations using a questionnaire and interview research instruments, this kind of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all employees and unit leader drying rice seeds PT. Sang Hyang series (Persero) Branch shavings. The model used data analysis is descriptive and quantitative analysis. To test for differences in the cost of drying rice seeds used analysis of different test-score score (T test) with the help of software SPSS version 17.  The results of this study are: 1) There is no significant difference in the cost of drying method of drying floor open (natural) plain rice and rice seed Ciherang candidate, Mekongga and PB There is a significant difference 42. cost of drying method of drying floor open (natural) plain rice and prospective rice seed varieties Impari 13. 2) there is no significant difference method box dryer drying costs and potential ordinary paddy rice seed Ciherang, Mekongga and Impari 13. there were significant differences in the cost of drying method box dryer ordinary rice and rice seed varieties candidate PB 42. 3) There are significant differences drying costs and the open method of drying floor box dryer ordinary rice and rice seed Ciherang candidate, Mekongga and Impari 13.  Keywords :    Rice Seeds, Dryer

Abstract

So far, the methods used by teachers in the learning process tend to conventional teaching methods which only includes students come , sit, write material that has been written by the teacher on the board , listening to the teacher explaining the material and do the work , using the lecture method . The impact, learning tends to be passive and bored quickly. This kind of learning situation is almost no opportunity for students to express their creativity, so the quality of the quality of learning also becomes low. Constructivism learning model seems to be one of the answers to these problems. Therefore, in this learning model students are preferred. Teaching and learning process in constructivism model student centered more colored than teacher centered. Constructivism model is more empowering for the class as a learning centered not for teaching; not teaching process but learning process. This is in accordance with the curriculum 2013, is autenthic assessment; assessment process and results.

Abstract

ABSTRAK This research was conducted in May 2018 at Fishing Port TanjungTiram by using a survey method. Data analysis used facility requirements analysis and facility utilization analysis. The facilities available at PP TanjungTiram are basic facilities, functional facilities, and supporting facilities. Of the 10 facilities available at PP TanjungTiram, 3 facilities are calculated for utilization, namely the loading dock length at pier II because loading and unloading activities of fishing boats are only carried out at dock II, port pool area, and the depth of the port pool. It was obtained that PP TanjungTiram dock utilization rate of fisheries activities amounted to 81,46%, meaning that the facilities in the category were utilized, the utilization rate of the port pond area was 57.72%, it could be said that the utilization rate was classified as underutilized while the depth of the port pool had a utilization rate of 114,28% so it can be concluded that the utilization rate for the port pool is included in the highly utilized category. Keywords:Fishing Port, Tanjung Tiram, utilization of facilities

Abstract

National Exams at the High School level are conducted online using computers so that all High Schools are required to be ready in terms of devices or resources, as well as the Multimedia Tumpang Vocational High School which is now ready with a number of moodle-based computers and systems that are only used consecutively. The conditions faced makes it difficult for students to get perfect scores so that a learning system that is in accordance with Government standards in the National exams is needed. Some things that make it difficult for students to get perfect scores are limited numbers of computers, limited use of e-learning, habits of students to do exam questions manually, not accustomed to applications used for examinations, the absence of e-learning systems that can be accessed in an together in large numbers, the system can be used interchangeably. Problem solving is done systematically including analyzing the conditions of the hardware they have, analyzing the conditions of the software used to support learning, building e-learning according to needs, e-learning installation so that it can be used by teachers and students as needed , training in e-learning use and management, tryout trials using e-learning, evaluating the use and management of e-learning. The final result obtained is that all students and teachers can use and utilize e-learning.
