Abstract

Situs web merupakan media penyampaian informasi yang efisien dan efektif digunakan saat ini. Penyediaan konten yang memenuhi standard website perlu terus dilakukan seiring perkembangan organisasi dan kebutuhan pengguna. Pada makalah ini kami memperlihatkan analisa perilaku pengunjung dan statitistik website Program Pendidikan Vokasi Universitas Halu Oleo (PPV-UHO). Kami menggunakan Google Analytics sebagai alat untuk pengambilan data. Periode pengambilan data berlangsung selama 60 hari dimulai dari 1 Februari 207 – 31 Maret 2017. Data query, statistik halaman, dan perangkat penelusuran digunakan untuk analisa deskriptif terhadap perilaku pengunjung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa query: uho, uho.ac.id, www.uho.ac.id, vokasi, ujian lsp merupakan query yang paling banyak dicari. Selanjutnya laman http://ppv.uho.ac.id/content.php?read=83 merupakan laman yang paling banyak dibaca setelah laman utama http://ppv.uho.ac.id/. Perangkat yang paling banyak mengakses adalah perangkat dekstop disusul dengan perangkat mobile. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk memperbaiki situs web dari sisi penyajian informasi dan struktur kontentnya.Kata kunci—Perilaku Pengunjung, Statistik Website, PPV-UHO

Abstract

Equitable distribution of electricity needs a framework of PT. PLN (Persero) Manado region in an effort to improve the quality of customer service. To improve the service developed a WEB based information system that supports the activities of PT. PLN. Information systems processing and customer service PT. WEB-based PLN was built to serve the customers and the general public in terms of obtaining information, applying for the installation of electrical, power changes and other information. Its use is intended for the public, especially our customers to communicate with PLN Region Manado. System development process begins with the stage of analysis then perform design, including process design and database design. The design process is done by using the Use Case Diagram. From the use case then transformed into the program modules for implementation. While the database design was done by the method of modeling an Entity Relationship Diagram (ER-Diagram). Implementation of this information system development using Dreamweaver MX, PHP as the interface system and uses MySQL as its database. Web server used is Apache and the browser using Mozilla Firefox for Web applications.
