Abstract

This paper measured the effect of export value from agricultural, mining, manufacturing and direct investment through the value of Indonesia’s non oil and gas Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from 2005 to 2013. By using ordinary least squre method, it showed that export from agricultural and minimg sector have significat effect to the value of non oil and gas Indonesia’s GDP. Abstract

The influence between the GDP growth number and stock price moves is tenuous. But drilling down to the growth rate in various sectors of GDP can provide some useful insights to investors. This study analyzes the relationship between Gross Domestic Product (GDP), domestic and foreign interest rate and stock prices in Indonesia in the context of Pooled Least Square model. Data were collected quarterly from I/2013 to II/2015 from agricultural, mining, manufacturing, financial-insurance and property-construction sector. The study finds that all variables have negative impact on stock price index. The limitation of this study are lack of other variables such as macro economic indicators which influence the fluctuation of stock price index due to the period of observation was too short.Keywords: GDP, stock price index, interest rate, pooled least square

Abstract

Homestay or dormitory is one of primary needs student who studied far from their home town. This demand for home stay have been responding by residents around the campus by promote an empty space or room at their home to be rent. As one of strategy to expand the quality of service and generate a new income channel, campus or university have been also providing homestay for their student which used to call dormitory and it’s managed by professional management building. A tight competitiveness in this business have made the management building need to explore what factors will cause increase satisfaction and loyalty from dormitory’s tenant. This paper investigated impact of quality product and quality service to loyalty intention with satisfaction as a moderating variable among 102 tenants of student dormitory from University X. The findings was product quality wasn’t affect the satisfaction and loyalty intention, meanwhile service quality was significant at α 1%. Implication of these findings management building dormitory from University X must improve their service quality to attain loyality from tenants. Abstract

The advance in food technology and the effort from producer to fulfill the need of customers, have had produces a wide variety of products. Each of these products competes in the market to grab the attention of consumers. For example is the instant noodle product in packaging. There are currently fifty brands of instant noodle in packaging with variety of flavours and sizes.Buying instant noodle products is classified to low involvement process. This research will discuss what factors determine brand loyalty, as well as mapping the posisition of each brand in the market today in a map of perceptions.The results of calculation by using the regression analysis showed distribution, brand awareness, and brand image are the main determining factors of brand loyalty.To win the competition, the manufacturer should always put on a marketing strategy that includes: accessible on the stalls or shops nearby (availability), good quality products and brand well known or popular among consumers (acceptability), determination of price range, should be proper to consumers affordability, memorable but not cheap (affordability).Keywords : positioning, loyalitas merk, peta persepsi, low involvement.

Abstract

The measurement of consumer’s satisfaction level can be assigned by comparing the important level of factor with the satisfaction of the attribute. The aim of this study to compare the important and satisfaction of attribute from the tenant’s dormitory X. Population of this study are the students who become a tenant of dormitory. Samples of 105 tenants were choosen by non probability sampling technique. Result showed that primary factor in evaluating the service quality are maintain cleanliness at the public space (q1), tables and chairs neatly organized at the public space (q2) and the capability of building management staff keep the good atmosphere for rest and study. These three factor as a primary considerations and being attraction for the tenants.Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, Importance Factors

Abstract

Diberlakukannya ketentuan upah minimum terbaru, Jakarta menjadi propinsi yang tingkat upah minimumnya tertinggi dibandingkan propinsi-propinsi disekitarnya. Dampaknya adalah beberapa industri merelokasi pabriknya keluar Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak kenaikan upah minimum di sektor industri pengolahan di Jakarta terhadap peningkatan keluaran (output) dan permintaan tenaga kerja sekaligus melihat dampak keterkaitan dan kebelakangnya antar subsektor dengan menggunakan tabel Input dan Output. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kenaikan upah sebesar 9 persen berakibat pada naiknya permintaan terhadap output disubsektor makanan sebesar Rp. 283 miliar, subsektor minuman Rp 9,32 miliar, tekstil Rp. 31,65, miliar. Demikian juga Subsektor yang paling tinggi penyerapan tenaga kerjanya akibat kenaikan upah adalah subsektor pakaian jadi 11.573 orang, diikuti oleh subsektor Karet dan Plastik 5.082 orang, Makanan 4.403 orang dan Kendaraan Bermotor3.444 orang. Dengan demikian subsektor pakaian jadi merupakan subsektor yang paling padat karya dibandingkan subsektor industri lainnya. Hal ini cukup menjelaskan mengapa perusahaan garmen dan tekstil banyak yang merelokasi pabrik nya keluar Jakarta. Kata Kunci : Input, Output , Pertumbuhan, Tenaga Kerja, Upah

Abstract

This study examined the antecendets of Customer Based Retail Brand Equity (CBRE) such as retail brand awareness, retail brand association, retail brand perceived quality and retail brand loyalty on retail brand equity. Results of testing the hypothesis (t-test) found that variables retail brand awareness and retail brand association does not significantly influence on retail brand equity. While the other variables are retail brand perceived quality and retail brand loyalty has significantly influence on retailer brand equity.Retail brand perceived quality and retail brand loyalty must be considered by the retail businesses because it has a greater influence in creating the Retail Brand Equity (RBE). Abstract

Indonesia is one of the Ten Countries with Largest Organic Area 2012 in Asia. Permentan No. 64 tahun 2013 on organic certification aims to make organic farmers protected in their organic activities. But the fact is, the number of uncertified organic farmers in Indonesia is still high at 48%. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of market concentration, scale of production and length of product chain to preference by using logistic regression model. Respondents in this study are 100 organic producers that have uncertified organic land.Keywords: organic certification, preference, market concentration, scale of production, length of product chain
