Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of farmers in Bengkol Village, Manado City. Quantitative data analysis methods to determine the income of coconut farmers in Bengkol Village. The number of respondents 20 0 the sampling was done deliberately (purposive sampling). The results showed that the average income category of farmers who own land and sell coconuts in the form of copra is Rp. 15.654.536 categories of farmers who own land and sell coconuts in the form of coconuts Rp. 773,400 and for the category of farmers who do not own land but have capital to sell coconuts in the form of copra and coconuts Rp. 7,330,500

Abstract

ABSTRACTAZIEF PUTRA DUNDA. Poor in Rural Population Mobility Touure TompasoMinahasa District with Supervisor Ir. Welson M. Wangke, MS as Chairman,Dra. Martha M. Sendow, Msi and Ir. Celsius Talumingan, MP as a Member.This study was aimed to determine the relationship of the mobility levelbetween poor and poverty people in sub Village Touure Tompaso Minahasaregency.This study was done for three months, beginning in August to October2012 in Touure Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa regency. The data wereconsist of primary and secondary data. The first data were obtained byinterviewing the respondents and the second were obtained from the CentralStatistics Office and District Tompaso. Respondents totaling 60 people chosen atrandom by using Simple Random Sampling.This research was shown that the mobility level is low and made bothends meet in Village Touure. The test resultsusing Chi-Square analysis shownthat there are relationship between the mobility level and poverty where thepoverty rate is low or not a personis poor then performeda high level of mobility.On the contrary that the poor people were low in mobility level.Residents who has a job outside the village have high mobility, becauseof the mobility for working. While the villagers who have low mobility only worksas a farmer, although there is a desire to make mobility out of the village to get abetter job, but from an economic standpoint is not possible to perform mobilityout of the village.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlfioni Wandira Langoy. Analysis of Farming Potatoes in Sinsingon Village, East Passi Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, under the guidance of Eyverson Ruauw, as a chairman, Gene H.M. Kapantow, and Celsius Talumingan, as members.The objective of this study is to analyze farming potatoes in Sinsingon Village, East Passi Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The benefit of this research is a source of information for farmers in order to develop better farming potato. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through direct interviews with farmers techniques based on questionnaire and secondary data obtained from other agencies such as the Sinsingon Village office. The data obtained in this study is analyzed descriptive, and collected data are presented in tabular form and proceed with the calculation of revenues, expenses, income, analysis of (R / C) and breakeven point analysis (BEP).The results showed that the average revenues each hectare potato farm in the Sinsingon Village was Rp.57.503.700, 00. The production process cost of the average each hectare was Rp.21.399.065, 55. So that the average income of farmers per hectare in a single production process was Rp.36.104.634, 45. Potato farm income in the Sinsingon Village Subdistrict, East Passi, Bolaang Bolaang Regency seen from the results of analysis of Return Cost Ratio (R / C) was more than 1, is 2.68 shows that farmers received income in production process was benefit and breakeven point (BEP) were achieved at the level of production of 5836.1 kg and at a price level of Rp.1.405, 06 /kg.

Abstract

ABSTRACTRice production of North Sulawesi province in recent years has increased , but it can not compensate for the increase in demand for rice due to the increase in population and per capita consumption of rice. Therefore, until now North Sulawesi is still a deficit-rice region and this2affects the achievement of self-sufficiency in rice. The objective of research is to determine the conditions of production and the needs of current and projected rice production and rice needs in period 2012-2030 . The data used in this study is time series data from 1996 to 2011. Population growth , crop area , production and productivity . are analyzed descriptively using the table , the tool used in data processing program is Microsoft Excel 2007 .The result of the research showed that development of production and demand for rice in North Sulawesi fluctuated from year to year tend to increase very year . During the 16th -year period of North Sulawesi still could not cover the needs of rice .projection and production and need for rice in North Sulawesi at the average population growth of 1.42 percent per year during the 2012-2030 was deficit .the average population growth of 1.28 percent per year in 2012-2020 North Sulawesi is still in deficit despite the declining rice and this area will be self-sufficient in rice in 2025-2030. While of the average population growth of 1,1 percent per year of the next 19th years, North Sulawesi would have a rice surplus.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe Objective of this research is to determine the contribution of water spinach to the household income of farmer in village Tahuna Sub District. Primary data obtained through interviews with farmers techniques based on a list of questions while the secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as office of Tahuna Sub District. The determination of research location isData obtained in this study and the data were analyzed by descriptive proceed with spinach water farm income and farm family income.The results of this research indicated that the mounthy average revenue of water spinach farmer in was Rp.4.669.090 and the mounthly average cost during the production was Rp.239.000 obtained from the total fixed costs plus total variable costs. So that the mounthly average income was Rp.4.430.090The average income outside the water spinacth farmwasRp.335.454 and the average income of other family members was Rp.81.818The contribution of water spinach to the total of household income was 91,4 percent. There here water spinac has a great countribution to the is total income of household.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPaulus Sasiang. Coconut Farm Income Analysis at Kendahe I Village, Kendahe Sub District (Under the guidance of C. Talumingan as chairman, C. B. D. Pakasi and L. W. Th. Sondakh as members).The objective of this research is to determine the income of coconut farmers at Kendahe I Village Kendahe Sub District. This research uses the survey method. Data used is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through direct interview by a list of questionnaire to the farmer, the secondary data obtained from the related institution.The data presented in tabular form and analyzed descriptively, to determine income uses FI = TR – TC formula, furthermore to determine if coconut farming giving benefits or not using R/C ratio formula.The result of this research showed that the average revenue coconut farming in Kendahe Village was Rp. 8.517.900, with an average cost Rp. 1.020.411, so that the average income received by farms Rp. 7.491.489, for 3 times harvest process. By considering based on the average area of farms owned land 1 ha, the average was Rp. 2.499.163. Based on R/C ratio calculation, The R/C was 8,35. Thus coconut farm in Kendahe village was benefits for farmers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTDianne Jilly Fioline Pongoh. Efficiency Use Of Production Factor in Rice Farming in Tondangow Village South Tomohon Sub District. Under the guidance of Esry O. H. Laoh as Chairman; Gene H. M. Kapantow and Celsius Talumingan as a Members.The objective of this research is to analyze the efficiency of production factors in rice farming. This study was conducted from November 2013 until January 2014. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. The primary data were obtained directly from respondents by using questionnaires. The secondary data were obtained from related institutions. Respondents were selected by using Simple Random Sampling method. The total samples are 20 members of rice farmers. Data were analyzed using the multiple regression analysis based on the Cobb Douglas model.The analysis showed that technically, the use of urea, phonska, and pesticides were efficient, whereas the use of labor has not efficient yet and the use of seeds has not efficient anymore. Allocatively, the use of urea, phonska and labor has not efficient yet, whereas the use of seeds and pesticides has not efficient anymore. Economically, all product factor analysis in this study (seeds, urea, phonska, pesticides and labor) weren’t efficient yet.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to determine the raw materials inventory analysis of agro-industrial products soy milk and tofu chinese in Taas banjer (case study UD Kembang Tahu).Data collection was conducted for two months, from February to March, 2014. Data obtained ware primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through the survey directly to the owner of the company UD. Kembang Tahu in Taas Banjer. Secondary data was obtained through company data, previous literature-literature and through the internet. Data analysis method used was the method of "Economic Order Quantity" to know and determine the order quantity of inventory that can minimize inventory storage costs and expenses directly opposite (inversecost) ordering supplies.The results showed that the company still can minimize inventory costs contained in UD. Kembang Tahu because the company had not yet knowing better inventory control management.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this study is to determine the income and the efficiency of Ornamental Flower Merchants in the Village of Kakaskasen, Tomohon City. This research is conducted in Kakaskasen Village, Tomohon City for 2 (two) months in November to December 2012. The data used is primary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with Ornamental Flower mercahants based on a questionnaire in the form of questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies Agriculture Department, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Tomohon and Kakaskasen Village Office. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the income of Ornamental Flower Merchants in the Village of Kakaskasen Tomohon City in one production process is Rp 6,694,673.61 /merchant and Rp 18,093,712.46/hectare. The efficiency of the Ornamental Flower Businesses from the R : C Analysis show value greater than one that is 4.29. This indicates that the Ornamental Flower Businesses in Kakaskasen Village Tomohon City is profitable, so it deserves to remain manageable even more developed.Key Word : the income of ornamental flower merchants, the R : C Analysis
