Abstract

 Guna mengatasi faktor permasalahan tersebut, maka peneliti mencoba mengujicobakan strategi kreatif-produktif melalui multimedia sebagai penawarnya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, mengujicobakan dan mengukur keefektifan strategi kreatif-produktif melalui multimedia bagi peningkatan kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi artistik pada siswa kelas X MAN Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasieksperimen dengan menggunakan desain kelas kontrol pretes dan postes. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa penerapan strategi kreatif-produktif dengan multimedia secara signifikan dapat lebih meningkatkan kemampuan menulis paragraf deskripsi artistik siswa.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data konsumen keju WINCheez di kota Bandung yang diambil dari PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari dan pengumpulan data dari hasil penyebaran kuisioner kepada konsumen keju WINCheez. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis asosiatif dan analisis verifikatif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah konsumen WINCheez di kota Bandung periode tahun 2020. Perhitungan sampel menggunakan Sample Random Sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa brand image keju WINCheez pada PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari di Bandung dengan skor rata-rata 3,56 termasuk dalam kategori baik, harga keju WINCheez di PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari di Bandung dengan skor rata-rata 3,52 termasuk kategori baik dan keputusan pembelian konsumen WINCheez pada PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari di kota Bandung dengan skor rata-rata 3,31 termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga WIN Cheez-Cheese Bandung sebagian besar positif dan merupakan keputusan penting untuk membeli, dan pada saat yang sama merupakan keputusan positif dan penting untuk membeli. Hal ini didukung dengan hasil beberapa pengujian yang dilakukan. Abstract - This study uses quantitative research methods, and the source of the data used is consumer data of WINCheez cheese in the city of Bandung taken from PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari and data collection from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers of WINCheez cheese. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, associative analysis and verification analysis. In this study, the population is WINCheez consumers in the city of Bandung for the period 2020. The sample calculation uses Sample Random Sampling with the Slovin formula. Based on this analysis, it can be said that the brand image of WINCheez cheese at PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari in Bandung with an average score of 3.56 is included in the good category, the price of WINCheez cheese at PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari in Bandung with an average score of 3.52 including the good category and WINCheez consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Bangun Rasaguna Lestari in the city of Bandung with an average score of 3.31 is included in the fairly good category. Brand image has a positive and significant effect partially on purchasing decisions. The price of WIN Cheez-Cheese Bandung is mostly positive and is an important decision to buy, and at the same time a positive and important decision to buy. This is supported by the results of several tests carried out.

Abstract

Selama ini kehidupan di pedesaan umumnya berjalan dengan irama yang lambat, dimana perekonomian hanya berjalan di tempat. Padahal sumber potensi sumber daya di pedesaan tidak kalah dengan perkotaan. Banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dari sumberdaya setempat. Kondisi pedesaan dimana banyak ibu-ibu yang ada atau tinggal di desa tersebut perlu diarahkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Beberapa kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan motivasi usaha, memberikan gambaran beberapa jenis usaha yang memungkinkan dapat dilakukan di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Pupils' poor critical thinking abilities in the static fluid notion are the result of a learning procedure that does not actively engage pupils and does not develop their critical thinking abilities. This study tries to ascertain how students' critical thinking abilities are affected by the guided inquiry approach that is based on blended learning. In this study, 40 students from the experimental class and 40 from the control class made up the sample. study was conducted using a non-equivalent-control group study design and a quasi-experiment method. Using a critical thinking instrument with 10 questions, students' critical thinking abilities are evaluated. A sig value < 0.05 was calculated from the Mann-Whitney test results on the posttest data. This leads to the conclusion that Ha is accepted, which indicates that the guided inquiry model based on blended learning has an impact on students' critical thinking abilities. The N-Gain data demonstrate that the experimental class increased more than the control class did. 80% of student responses to the guided inquiry model based on blended learning fell into the very good category.

Abstract

The development of the energy sector in Indonesia always experiences an increase in the amount of energy, the energy source will eventually run out. Coconut charcoal is a solution that can replace the role of energy whose amount cannot be renewed. Coconut charcoal is also a reliable solution to reduce coconut waste in Indonesia. This research was conducted to determine consumer responses regarding innovation, product quality, and consumer satisfaction in CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro and analyze how much influence innovation, product quality, on consumer satisfaction on CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. The object of research in this study is CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro, This research uses associative and descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach, namely research that aims to determine the influence between two or more variables, with quantitative research whose description form uses numbers or numberics (statistics). The number of samples obtained using the slovin formula is 73 samples. Based on the analysis using SPSS, respondents' responses regarding Innovation had a mean value of 3.35. Respondents' responses regarding Product Quality had a mean value of 3.24. Meanwhile, respondents' responses regarding Consumer Satisfaction had a mean value of 3.38. There is an influence between product quality variables and partial Consumer Satisfaction variables. it is also known that the Variables of Innovation and Product Quality have a significant effect on the variables of Consumer Satisfaction. These results are supported by the results of research and testing that has been carried out.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the use of energy that is used continuously every time will result in the depletion of the energy. Coconut charcoal can be an alternative solution to replace the role of non-renewable energy. CV. Superior Agro as one of the producers of coconut charcoal. The problem discussed in this article is the decline in sales from January to December 2021 due to a decrease in consumer satisfaction with CV. coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. This study was conducted to analyze how much influence innovation and product quality have on consumer satisfaction on CV coconut charcoal products. Superior Agro. The object of this research is a coconut charcoal product CV. Superior Agro. This study uses associative and descriptive methods with a quantitative approach, namely research that aims to determine the effect between two or more variables, with quantitative research in the form of description using numbers or numerical (statistics). The number of samples obtained from calculations using the solvin formula is 72.75 and is rounded up to 73 samples. Based on the analysis using SPSS, respondents' responses regarding innovation have the highest score, which is 3.78. Respondents' responses regarding product quality have the highest score of 3.88. Meanwhile, respondents' responses regarding customer satisfaction have the highest value, namely 3.68. The result is known that the variables of Product Quality and Innovation have a significant influence together on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. These results are supported by the results of research and tests that have been carried out.
