Abstract

One of the characteristics of a developed nation is a nation that has a high level of health, intelligence and work productivity. These three things are strongly influenced by the state of nutrition. Nutritional problems in Indonesia are currently included in the triple burden of nutrition status. The prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia is included in the chronic category, which is 30.8%. The direct cause of nutritional problems in toddlers is due to an unbalanced diet. Balanced nutrition is a food composition from a variety of food ingredients that contain nutrients needed by the body, both in quality and quantity. One of the efforts to prevent nutritional problems in toddlers is to empower parents of toddlers through increasing the knowledge of mothers of toddlers. The role of the mother is very important for toddlers to fulfill balanced nutrition because the level of knowledge about nutrition will affect the food selection process and family eating behavior. Therefore, this community service program is to carry out balanced nutrition counseling activities that aim to increase the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about balanced nutrition to prevent nutritional problems in toddlers. The target of this activity is mothers of children under five at Posyandu Catleya 19. The implementation of this activity was attended by mothers of children under five at Posyandu Catleya 19, posyandu cadres, and coordinating midwives. Counseling on balanced nutrition begins with pretest activities, then continues with material presentation, discussion and question and answer, and then closes with posttest. In this activity, mothers of children under five are given a balanced nutrition module which contains material on balanced nutrition and recipes that can be applied in daily feeding of children under five. The results of the activity evaluation showed that 76.3% of mothers under five experienced an increase in knowledge after counseling.

Abstract

Perputaran tenaga kerja adalah keluar masuknya pegawai dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan karena alasan tertentu, baik sukarela maupun tidak sukarela. Tingginya tingkat perputaran kerja di RS Orthopedi & Traumatologi Surabaya sebesar 40% - 88% selama tahun 2012 hingga tahun 2015. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh person-environment fit, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap intention to leave pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan analitik dan desain cross sectional. Uji regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 pegawai yang dipilih dengan simple random sampling. Person-environment fit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave sebesar 0,662 dan kepuasan kerja juga tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intention to leave sebesar 0,405. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave sebesar 0,000. Komponen dari komitmen organisasi yaitu komitmen afektif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave sebesar 0,018. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa person-environment fit dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap intention to leave pegawai, sedangkan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intention to leave. Berdasarkan ketiga sub variable dari komitmen organisasi ditemukan bahwa komitmen afektif diketahui berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intention to leave dan menunjukkan arah negatif.

Abstract

Assessment of employee’s satisfaction assessment is an important thing to do by the hospital management. The data can be used as a source of information about resource management systems in hospitals, reducing turnover, and improving hospital performance. The objectives of this study was to measure job satisfaction level of the employee at RSIA NUN Surabaya This study is crossectional design study. The sample was 45 employees in RSIA NUN Surabaya were selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The instrument used in this study was MSQ. The assessment results are analyzed descriptively to determine the value of employee job satisfaction. The results of this study showed that 66.7% of employees had a level of satisfaction that was in the good category. Conclusion of this study hospital management needs to pay attention to employee satisfaction related to the achievement of work performance, employee salaries, and working environment conditions because all three elements have lower values ​​compared to other elements. So it is important for hospitals to encourage employees to improve work performance by giving employees the opportunity to develop themselves through education and training activities. As well as reviewing salaries provided and providing a conducive work environment so as to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

As the enacment of National Healt Coverage (JKN), certaintly the number of patients who seek treatment in hospitals has increase due to the patient no longer think about the cost of an expensive problem. The occurrence of the coopertion between the BPJS Paru Hospital Surabaya, certainly made a number of cisits increases it can be seen in the increase in the number of cisits the patient in Paru Hospitals Surabaya years 2014 to 2016. Calculatio of the new workforce needs in the unit procedures is indispensable in order to improve the quality of service. If the increasing number of visits certainly have an effect on basic tasks performed by officers of the procedures. Therefore required the calculation of labbor needs on the Unit Procedures Paru Hospital Surabaya. Type of this research is descriptive, by describing the calculation of labor needs medical record on the Unit Procedures tah the Paru Hospital Surabaya. Data collection methods used in this study. Interview Procedures and observations officer to find out the acerage time taken at each activity. From the results of research on workforce needs calculation Unit Procedures Paru Hospital Surabaya found to shift the morning amoun ted to 3 officers. Ther result is greater compared to the number of staff available at this time. If the number of officers alreay according to needs will facilitate the pro cess of service to patients and improven the quality of work.

Abstract

In 2013, there were 18 provinces whose coverage of early breastfeeding was below the national figure, one of which was East Java. Mother's knowledge from pregnancy to childbirth about IMD is very decisive for the success of exclusive breastfeeding and avoiding the baby from being malnourished. The counseling activity for early breastfeeding initiation at Posyandu Catleya 19 was attended by 22 prospective mothers, 7 pregnant women and 6 breastfeeding mothers. Participants were given a pretest to determine the level of knowledge about early breastfeeding initiation. The activity continued with the presentation of material about early breastfeeding initiation to participants. The community service team also provided modules to participants in easy-to-understand language, followed by discussion and question and answer sessions. The topics that were used as questions by the participants were related to family support in breastfeeding, the fear of pregnant women about breast milk that did not come out when giving birth to a baby and equalizing perceptions regarding the importance of breastfeeding for babies starting with early initiation of breastfeeding for newborns. Based on the evaluation results, there were 20 prospective mothers, 7 pregnant women and 4 breastfeeding mothers with a post test score higher than the pretest score or a total of 88.57%. This shows that there is an increase in knowledge about the importance of early breastfeeding initiation for the success of exclusive breastfeeding to infants.

Abstract

Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di Indonesia masih cukup tinggi dibandingkan negara-negara Asia Tenggara. Hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian karena suatu negara dapat dinilai dari tingkat kesehatannya dari AKB. Salah satu penyebab AKB yang masih tinggi adalah penyakit kuning pada bayi (Icterus Neonatorum). Bayi dapat mengalami ikterus fisiologis (normal) dan patologis (parah) tergantung dari gejala yang ditimbulkan. Dari kedua jenis penyakit kuning tersebut, sulit untuk membedakan antara penyakit kuning yang normal dan yang parah tanpa pemeriksaan lebih lanjut sehingga kebanyakan orang salah dalam melakukan pengobatan awal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut akan dibuat suatu sistem informasi untuk diagnosis penyakit kuning pada neonatus dengan fuzzy tsukamoto. Dengan sistem ini, masyarakat mendapatkan edukasi tentang penyakit kuning neonatus dan dapat mengetahui tingkat keparahan bayi yang diderita. Sistem tersebut juga memberikan alternatif solusi yang dapat dilakukan saat bayi mengalami penyakit kuning sesuai dengan tingkat keparahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan metode Tsukamoto untuk membantu melakukan diagnosa. Hasil yang ditampilkan berupa persentase keparahan ikterus neonatorum. Setelah dilakukan pengujian akurasi kepada pakar didapatkan hasil 70% sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan skenario yang diharapkan.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan di rumah sakit menjadi salah satu aspek penting dan menjadi indicator mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan standar ideal 95%. Hasil survey kepuasan pelanggan di Intalasi Rawat inap RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada pada tahun 2015-2017 adalah sebesar 77,03%. Hasil tersebut masih belum mencapai standar ideal kepuasan pasien di rumah sakit. Jika kepuasan pelanggan di rumah sakit rendah maka akan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis hubungan kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observational analitik dan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 81 pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada. Dasar penentuan metode sampling menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Data variable kepuasan pasien dan loyalitas pasien dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis hubungan menggunakan uji kendall’s tau. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,004 (p<α 0,05). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. Kepuasan pasien yang tinggi akan memberikan tingkat loyalitas yang tinggi.

Abstract

The Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration establishes Healthy Village Homes (RDS) in every Village in the Regency and City where stunting prevention is prioritized. Based on the preliminary survey, the implementation of RDS activities in Kemuning Lor Village was not going well so that it had an impact on stunting and other nutritional problems in the village. The purpose of this community service activity was to implement a Family Nutrition Information System (SIGA) in RDS that could be used by the community for early detection of stunting and other nutritional problems. This activity was attended by 24 participants consisting of village officials, RDS managers, and communities with toddlers. The activity phase included a preliminary survey, permit coordination, system creation, preparation of the SIGA manual book, socialization of SIGA implementation, and evaluation. Evidenced by the increased knowledge of participants in early detection of stunting and other nutritional problems after being given socialization and training. It is recommended for RDS managers to develop RDS as a stunting control center in Kemuning Lor Village by providing more intense socialization and health education to the community.

Abstract

Masalah gizi merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Salah satu masalah gizi yang ada di Indonesia adalah stunting. Profil desa kemuning lor menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2.986 jiwa balita dimana balita merupakan kelompok yang rentan mengalami stunting. Oleh karena itu orang tua perlu untuk memantau status gizi balitanya secara teratur. Salah satu caranya dapat menggunakan Sistem Informasi Gizi Keluarga (SIGA). Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningktan keterampilan peserta dalam melakukan deteksi dini stunting menggunakan SIGA. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan simulasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah perangkat desa, ibu PKK, dan kader kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta mampu menggunakan SIGA. Hasil pelatihan diharapkan dapat didiseminasikan kepada masyarakat luas sehingga masyarakat dapat melakukan pemantauan gizi balita secara mandiri.

Abstract

Teaching factory Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a nutrition service center for the wider community in health consultations, but so far patients only come from internal campuses. NCC has experienced a decline in the number of visits every months. The decrease in the number of visits to NCC may be caused by many things, and one of them caused by the marketing strategy. NCC needs to introduce its products by using effective messages such as e-advertorials. E-advertorials are more effective in creating brand awareness than other advertisements. The aim of this research is to design an EAdvertorial as a marketing and health promotion strategy to introduce NCC service products to the general public and increase patient visits. The research method uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research type. The design study was research and development. Data collected by questionnaire, interview, and literature study. The development of E-Advertorial uses ADDIE model. The results of the validation assessment score is 90.8%, which means this media is suitable for publication. The feasibility test assessment score is 80%, which means the E-Advertorial media is very good. E-advertorials can be used as a eligible promotional medium that is interesting, informative and easily accessible.
