Abstract

This research aims at finding out the teachers’ effort in developing the students’ ability in reading Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs at class two senior high school. This research employed the Descriptive Qualitative method. Its findings indicate an increase in the teachers’ effort in developing students’ ability in reading and translating Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs. The teachers applied sorogan method in the teaching and learning process and applied repetition and practice techniques in learning Al-Yaqūt Al-Nafīs.

Abstract

This research aims at providing a clear description about the implementation, the obstacle and the technique solution of the use of Mat’nu Al-Ajurumiyyah book to the students at Raudhatul Musthafa Lil Khairaat Islamic Boarding School Palu in Arabic learning. This research employed descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research showed that Arabic learning is one of featured subjects at Raudhatul Musthafa Lil Khairaat Islamic Boarding School Palu. This is because Arabic subject is required to understand Al Qur’an and Al Sunnah.

Abstract

According to the national context, the policy of education curriculum change is political related to the interests of the stakeholders including Universities. Faculty of education and Teacher Science IAIN Palu as providers of education personnel are required to prepare prospective teachers who have an understanding of conceptual and implementable technique to Curriculum 2013. What degree of achievement of competencies of graduates who master the concepts and techniques of learning curriculum implementation in 2013, it is also determined by how much the level of understanding and control of lecturers conceptually and technically implementable on the 2013 curriculum that will be taught to students. Therefore, a responsibility FTIK lecturer in the curriculum policy implementation in 2013 is now a necessity. Reinforcement learning materials Curriculum 2013 lecturer with the perspective of any sort is indispensable model. Model reinforcement learning materials perspective, the 2013 curriculum can be developed in the form of "concurrent model", ie the lecture, learning material substance, and the substance of the teaching profession throughout the course of relevant perspectives always in conjunction with Curriculum 2013. Meaning of lecture material is given in conjunction with the material which forms the teachers teaching in the school / madrasah, especially those based learning curriculum, 2013. So the students as future teachers "ready-made" and responsive and adaptive to the development of education and learning in the school / madrasah

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of teacher resource management in MAN 2 Model Palu, with the aim to learn more on teacher resource management at the school. By using descriptive qualitative method of this study it can be concluded that 1) Implementation of teacher resources management at MAN 2 Model Palu include: short-term planning is the recruitment through a selection process that uses some selection procedures and establishes the qualifications and criteria for prospective teachers, medium-term planning via Orientation and placement of teacher candidates received a teacher MAN 2 Model Palu, and long-term planning by conducting training and development through the improvement of skills, knowledge and career development of teachers. 2) The driving factor in the implementation of teacher resource management at MAN 2 Model Palu is: the quality of teacher education, teaching conformity with the specifications of science, support the professionalization and MAN management and the government, the decentralization of education, community support for educational institutions. The inhibiting factors are: the limited ability in the management, not the maximum participation of teachers in teaching duties, lack of funds, lack of cooperation with other institutions, there is no clear career for private teachers, well-being, there is no clear vision of the mission of teacher resource management teachers. 3) Efforts made in overcoming obstacles are: clarify the vision and mission of teacher resource management, improve the fungi-teacher resources management functions, network enhancement of cooperation with other institutions, achieving the required qualifications and competencies, build good relationships and extensive peer teacher through organization profession and develop a high work ethic to the constituents
