Abstract

Accounting information system is a very important part for Panca Jaya store. PancaJaya store is a retail store, which using a manual system, so they may fine difficulties in stock checking, purchases, sales, and accounting. Currently there are many Accounting Information System which can facilitate the process of store operations with a computer system. Integrated system is one accounting information system software that has been used in a variety of stores. This software provides some basic modules needed for the store implementation. Because of that Integrated System, Panca Jaya performed in order to answer the needs of the store and assist in conducting stock checking, purchases , sales and accounting also in store.

Abstract

Dental and oral health is one of the most crucial thing for human health. If it is taken cared properly then all foods will be absorbed optimaly and human body will have all the nutritions needed. Otherwise, if it is not taken cared properly then it will affects health condition of a human body. Lack of awareness of Indonesians about their dental and oral health had caused many of infection cases which leads to teeth structural damage. In 2013, Health Research and Development Agency had done a survey based on interview’s result. They found that 25,9 percent of people in Indonesia were having issues with their dental and oral health in the last 12 months. Among them, there was 68,8 percent people who had not taken an treatments. To resolve this problem, expert system with android platform is made to diagnose dental and oral diseases. The research methodology used is forward chaining method. Expert System Shell used is CLIPS which then adopted into Android application.

Abstract

In this modern era, a lot of that affects the behavior of people in everyday life, such as economic, social, cultural, political, and technological progress. People are beginning to rely on technology to live their activities, from transportation, interaction, browsing, learning, business affairs, to invest. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Equity, Trust, Price, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness of purchase intention in an online investment application which in this research will use the expansion of TAM. Data collection methods to be used by the authors is quantitative using questionnaires with the target respondents as much as 100 respondents, the data retrieval process using purposive sampling data. The benefit of research is to know whether Brand Equity, Trust, Price, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Usefulness affect Purchase Intention in an online investment application. Data processing using SPSS regression equation results obtained as follows Y = -0.815 + 0,465 X1 + 0,248 X2 - 0,234 X3 + 0,363 X4 + 0,406 X5, Brand Equity becomes the most influential variables. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher brand of online investment application, so will be increasingly higher purchase intention in online investment application.

Abstract

Seiring berjalannya waktu, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) di dunia ini semakin berkembang dengan pesat. Permintaan masyarakat akan kebutuhan jasa transportasi semakin tinggi. Kemajuan internet dan canggihnya telepon genggam semakin lama semakin canggih, yang membuat lebih nyaman dan efisiensi untuk memanjakan masyarakat. Dari fenomena tersebut lahirlah Uber. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan populasi user Uber Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi aplikasi Uber sebagai penyedia jasa Transportasi di Surabaya. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah di analisis oleh peneliti adalah kepercayaan pengguna dalam mengadopsi aplikasi Uber yang sangat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan seseorang untuk menggunakan aplikasi Uber.

Abstract

Penilian Kinerja Karyawan seharusnya dilakukan di Organisasi manapun,hal ini juga berlaku untuk penilaianKinerja Dosen di Universitas. Penilaian ini perlu dilakukan agar Universitas dapat mempunyai dokumentasi lengkapmengenai kinerja dosen dari awal berkarir. Tentunya akan sangat membantu apabila penilaian tersebut adil dan dapatdipertanggung jawabkan. Tantangannnya adalah membuat satu sistem dimana penilian kinerja mengikuti satu proses dariprasyarat, perencanaan, pelaksanaan/eksekusi, penilaian, tinjauan dan pengulangan. Penilian tersebut tentunya jugamengikuti strategic goal dari Universitas tersebut. Melalui beberapa sumber maka di buatlah satu format penilaian yangbersumber pada EWMP (Ekivalen Waktu Mengajar Penuh) yang di tetapkan oleh pemerintah, disesuaikan denganKebutuhan dari management universitas tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian adalah adanya proses dan cek list dan formatpenilaian baru yang dapat dipergunakan untuk kepentingan Universitas dan kepentingan Organisasi lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract— Air Conditioner (AC) is a system or machine designed to stabilize the air and air temperatures that cover a certain area. This study discusses how to find ways to improve Android-based system applications for air protection in Air Conditioning (AC), this method is used as a support in making decisions on damage to Air Conditioner (AC) on the main components, supporting components, electrical components and cooling materials (Refrigerant) in Air Conditioner (AC). To design the application, an expert system is needed. Expert system itself is a computer system that emulates the ability of human expertise (Sri Hartati and Sari Iswanti, 2008: 152). The purpose of this study is to be able to produce an expert system application that can help technicians to improve damage to the Air Conditioner (AC) so that users of Air Conditioning (AC) can also understand the damage that occurs in Air Conditioners (AC). The research inference method used in this expert system uses the Android-based Forward Chaining method. Forward Chaining is a strategy in finding data by collecting data or facts which will then be concluded to find the right solution or event to solve a problem. The shell expert system used is McGoo which will then be adopted into the Thunkable Android application. With the existence of this expert system aims to identify damage to the Air Conditioner (AC) and used as material in making decisions to help the users, especially the technicians in diagnosing the damage that is in the Air Conditioner (AC). The results of this study indicate that the existence of a hierarchy of decisions to detect damage to the Air Conditioner (AC) can be applied in the society and from the results of application testing it can be concluded that the application of this expert system will be a tool for users of Air Conditioners and technicians to diagnose damage to Air Conditioner (AC).

Abstract

Data science competence is still quite uncommon for most people, even though this competence is very important in managing business development strategies in various leading industrial fields. Through data science, companies can find patterns, perform clustering, calculate predictions more accurately to make decisions that have an impact on company excellence. Lack of knowledge about data science, researchers seek firstly in the industry to explore tools that are mostly used, convenience, challenges, measuring success tools and advantages. In this study, the researchers conducted a Focus Group Discussion by interviewing resource persons who worked as Data Scientists. Interview method to discuss aspects of Demographics, aspects of Technology-Task Fitness, and aspects of the Technology Acceptance Model. The results of this study conclude that the tools that are the mainstay of the industry in Surabaya and its surroundings area are Jupyter Notebook, Python, and Tableau. The success in using these tools still depends on the user's abilities, the results of user simulations, team discussions, and the evaluation process.

Abstract

Shown symptoms in digestive diseases might be similar, resulting in patient’s suspected diseases before and after diagnosis attempt might turn out to be different. This paper aims to build a design of an expert system for digestive disease identification using Naïve Bayes methodology for iOS-based applications. The result from this paper helps medical interns to increase the accuracy in predicting patient’s suspected digestive disease. A precise prediction in suspected disease identification can minimalize unnecessary diagnosis attempts, which saves time and reduces cost. Naïve Bayes is chosen because it has a higher accuracy level than other classification methods. This research includes collecting data through literature reviews on digestive diseases and their symptoms, processing the data to be turned into a knowledge base for the expert system, conducting data training using Naïve Bayes by the designed expert system application through this research. The result from the conducted data training using Naïve Bayes methodology shows that the expert system application has a higher accuracy level, which is 84%.

Abstract

Pada periode tahun 2000 hingga 2018 dapat diketahui bahwa meskipun terjadi kenaikan pada nilai Programme for International Student Assesment untuk Indonesia tetapi nilai Indonesia relatif turun pada semua bidang. Cara berpikir Computational Thinking (CT) menggunakan pendekatan pemrosesan informasi dengan cara penalaran, pemikiran procedural dan algoritmik serta rekursif. Diharapkan dengan naiknya kemampuan analitik yang mendasari (CT), rating Indonesia untuk tes internasional seperti test PISA dapat meningkat. Bebras Indonesia adalah suatu komunitas CT yang didirikan di Indonesia. Pada bulan April 2021, Biro Bebras Universitas Ciputra Surabaya dalam Gerakan PANDAI dengan dukungan Google.org memberikan workshop kepada para guru SD, SMP dan SMA. Metode yang digunakan pada workshop ini terdiri dari 3 tahap yaitu penjelasan konsep dan materi CT serta resources yang digunakan, penjelasan aplikasi CT pada kehidupan sehari-hari, dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan dan latihan untuk menerapkan CT pada matapelajaran tiap peserta dalam konteks micro teaching, dan terakhir adalah peserta menjalankan tugas menerapkan pada matapelajaran di sekolah masing-masing dalam konteks Micro Teaching dan melaporkan hasilnya. Berdasarkan survey yang dilaksanakan didapatkan bahwa pada 3 hari workshop peserta menyatakan setuju dan sangat setuju bahwa topik pada worksjop tersebut berkaitan dengan pekerjaan mereka. Pada tahap Micro Teaching para peserta berhasil menerapkan CT pada matapelajaran di sekolah masing-masing. Para peserta telah berhasil mengumpulkan tugas-tugas yang diberikan yang menggambarkan bahwa workshop ini telah berjalan dengan baik dan menunjukkan keberhasilan guru-guru dalam menerapkan CT pada matapelajaran di sekolah-sekolah masing-masing.
