Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a community empowerment activity by students as a manifestation of the tridharma activities of higher education. Community service activities aim to enable students to implement science and technology as well as skills in the community so that they can become agents of change and sustainable development. The participation of KKN students in community activities plays an important role in the success of work program activities while at the KKN location. This participation can be demonstrated by being directly involved in several preparations for the 76th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia held by the Dodu Village Youth Organization. The Bima College of Economics (STIE) with its vision of "Making the Bima College of Economics (STIE) as an educational institution that prints ready-to-use Human Resources and has an entrepreneurial spirit". The spirit of entrepreneurship is interpreted as working without being ordered so that self-awareness is needed here in carrying out various activities. It is evident that the participation of students from various community activities for KKNT-WD STIE Bima students is very high, it is clearly seen from their direct involvement in measuring and cleaning the volleyball field and mutual cooperation in cleaning the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This community service activity is through attracting community participation to allow children to learn the Koran. The objectives of the activity are; as a solution to the limited number of Koran teachers in the midst of a ban on crowding during the COVID-19 pandemic. The coaching program is carried out through assistance in eradicating illiteracy in the Koran through the Iqra method. Initial observations through interviews with religious leaders and several communities stated that children were less interested in the Koran at TPQ because they had to queue for a long time at one Koran teacher so that they felt bored and ended up decreasing their concentration and enthusiasm for learning the Koran. This activity is divided into three classics, namely; Opening activities (early classics), core activities and closing activities (late classics). The existence of a place to learn the Koran at the KKN Post every night, becomes a means to gather and interact with each other, besides being a means to meet other children with one another, it is also very important for the children of Dodu Village. because with this learning facility it can increase knowledge to children, especially in terms of correct and precise reading of the Qur'an through learning Iqra. The existence of the KKN post as an alternative to learning the Koran is very beneficial for children who previously only spent their days playing and with busy parents who sometimes make children less attention from their parents.

Abstract

Satisfying consumer needs is the dream of every company. Apart from being an important factor for the survival of the company, meeting consumer needs can increase its superiority in the competition. Consumers who are satisfied with the quality and price of the product tend to repurchase the product and reuse the product when the same need reappears in the future. This study aims to determine the analysis of customer loyalty on skincare wardah in the city of Bima. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research includes descriptive research. The population in this study were customers who used Wardah skincare, the number of samples taken in this study were 96 respondents. The sample used in this study was accidental. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, and on sample test. To test the independent variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. Research results Based on the results of the one sample t-test at Skincare Wardah City of Bima it is said to be good because it is more than 70%, which means that Customer Loyalty to Skincare Wardah City of Bima is in accordance with consumer desires.
