Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and leadership style on employee performance of Yanks & Brits. The research model uses a quantitative research model. The sample in this study were all employees of Yank & Brits Medan with a total of 21 employees. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed that work culture (X1) has a significant value of 0.004 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between work culture on employee performance at the Yanks & Brits English Institute, and the results of the T test for the leadership style variable (X2) that the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. which means that there is an influence between work culture on employee performance at Yanks & Brits English Institute. Based on the results of the F test, it is known that the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, so work culture and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Yanks & Brits English Institute. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely work culture and leadership style simultaneously affect the employee performance variable by 51.0% while the remaining 49.0% is influenced by other variables not included in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Does the quality of service affect patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam General Hospital? (2) Does the facility affect patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam General Hospital? (3) Does location affect patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam General Hospital? (4) Does the quality of service, facilities and location simultaneously affect patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam General Hospital?. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Meanwhile, data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. This study used a sample of 100 respondents. The instrument testing technique in this study is validity and reliability testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression and classical assumption testing with SPSS version 20 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service quality affects patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital, (2) facilities affect patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital, (3) location affects patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Hospital Pakam, (4) service quality, facilities and location simultaneously influence patient satisfaction at Sari Mutiara Lubuk Pakam Hospital. And the results of this study also indicate that the variable that most influences patient satisfaction is the variable of service quality (X1).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of training and occupational health and safety (OHS) to work productivity of employees at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Branch office Medan. Type of this research is a quantitative research that was analyzed with multiple linear regression with SPSS Statistics 22. The data source is primary and secondary collected by using some techniques: observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The populations in this research is 115 person, while the samples amounted 54 correspondents which is obtained with the Slovin formula. The result of this research, based on partially and simultaneous test, proved that the training and occupational health and safety (OHS) have significant influence on work productivity of employees at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Branch Office Medan. Between the two, occupational health and safety (OHS) is the most dominant influence on work productivity of employees.
