Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of institutional development TNGHS forest governance, aspects of the advantages and disadvantages, and institutional design recommendations TNGHS Hall.               This study uses research is descriptive research method of analysis. This method is defined as a troubleshooting procedure investigated by describing the state of the subject or object of research that is going on at the present time based on the facts as they should be seen in the field               After analysis against each indicator of variable institutional development that the average score of respondents assessment results is 3.84, which means being on the classification of Good assessment, thus assessment of the institutional development of  the national park forest governance Halimun Salak mountain has done well.               Although the classification assessment of all dimensions of institutional development are in the good category, but according to the results of interviews with respondents there are several dimensions that need to be improved further in the development of  institutional governance national park of halimun salak mountain bark like dimensions of resources, programs, link normative and link dispersed. Keywords: Institutional Development

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of implementation of Freedom to Learn Independent Campus Program (MBKM Program) on the Study Program of Public Administration. The main aim of MBKM Program is basically intended to give freedom for higher education institutions to be more autonomous, independent, less bureaucratic, and innovative in producing highly qualified graduates. To achieve the main aim, the implementation of MBKM Program includes eight learning activities, namely student exchange, internship/work practice, teaching assistant in the education unit, research, humanitarian project, entrepreneurship, independent study/project, and thematic field work. The Study Program of Public Administration has implemented two learning activities, namely student exchange and internship/work practice. Results of this research indicate that the implementation of MBKM Program impacts on some aspects, namely improvement of experiential learning to build hard and soft skills of students, fulfilment of learning achievement of graduate, and improvement of lecturer capacity. Moreover, this research identifies the presence of constraints on the implementation of MBKM Program in the cases of curriculum revision, redesign of academic information system, and fund problem for student.

Abstract

The implementation of Bogor Mayor Regulation Number 55 of 2020 Concerning the Preservation of Sundanese Culture in Bogor City is discussed in this study with a focus on research locations focused on The Bogor City Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy Service. By successfully implementing this policy, it is hoped that Sundanese culture can be preserved and maintained as an ancestral way of life. This study employs a descriptive quantitative approach methodology, and the sampling strategy employed is outside purposive in selecting the sampling of 25 respondents who were drawn from staff members of the Office of Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy of Bogor City. to obtain research results using calculations weight mean score (WMS) in order to determine the research results using the Slovin formula. The calculation results obtained were 3.90 with the GOOD category, which indicates that the implementation of Sundanese cultural preservation policies in Bogor City has been going well, according to the results of the recapitulation of the questionnaire calculation with the operationalization of variables based on Edward III's theory of Successful Policy Implementation.

Abstract

Community participation has an important role in being involved in the management of a tourist village, if the tourism village is managed properly by the community, the tourism village in Kabandungan village can attract tourists to visit it so that the surrounding community can feel the benefits. The purpose of this community service is intended to provide counseling on community participation in improving tourism villages in Kabandungan village which have the potential to be developed so as to increase people's income. The activity method used is counseling, observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) as well as pretest and posttest. The results in this service show that there is an increase in knowledge in the community to develop and improve further tourism villages. In the sense that the community has a high awareness of the potential of the village they have so that in the future it can increase people's income with an increase in tourism villages.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) Di Pasar Cikereteg Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor. Implementasi kebijakan penataan Pedagang Kaki Lima (Studi Kasus Di Pasar Cikereteg Kecamatan Caringin Kabupaten Bogor). Objek yang selalu menjadi salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi di indonesia hal ini terkadang menjadi salah satu masalah yang belum pernah terselesaikan masalahnya mana hal ini membuat masyarakat menjadi terbiasa dengan keadaan jalanan macet. Mengenai implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terkait dengan oenataan dan pemberdayaan pedagang kaki lima pemerintah dengan mempersiapkan lahan untuk para penjualan pedagang kaki lima akan tetapi masih saja pedagang yang melakukan penjualan di pinggir jalan. Penelitian ini khususnya menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni metode pengamatan lapangan, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penataan dan pemberdayaan pedagang kaki lima ini menunjukan bahwa hasil kebijakan dari pemerintah sangat membantu bagi pedagang kaki lima yang khusus dibuatkan akan tetapi masih saja ada beberapa dari para pedagang yang masih berjualan di pinggir jalan dan beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat yang membuat pedagang menolak untuk di pindahkan dengan alasan dimana sebagai tempat jualan yang sudah menjadi tempat para pelanggan hal tersebut menyebabkan kemacetan akibat pembeli yang berhenti di tengah jalan untuk membelli keperluan mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya Inpres No. 3 Tahun 2022 yang mengubah cakupan wilayah kepengurusan Kampung KB, yang sebelumnya setingkat dusun atau RW menjadi tingkat Desa atau Kelurahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program Kampung KB Jatijajar Kota Depok, menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas berjalan dengan sangat baik. Namun, ditemukan faktor penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan program Kampung KB tersebut yaitu faktor migrasi penduduk, faktor lingkungan dan faktor Kesehatan. Sedangkan upaya strategi untuk mengurangi faktor-faktor tersebut yaitu menjalankan kegiatan atau program dibidang Kesehatan, lingkungan, ekonomi yang melibatkan masyarakat.
