Abstract

Through the Fairy Tale Method with props, where children are invited to develop their own children's affections. Furthermore, teachers play a role in orienting children to understand the moral messages contained in, a fairy tale that is conveyed by using a media that is more interesting, so that images that can enhance children's affection in the process carried out in Early Childhood Class Yasmin TK DR. Cipto Mangunkusumo, Bandar Jawa Village, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. To obtain data through testing and observation with data collection tools such as observation sheets for children and teachers and the test as an evaluation material at the end of each cycle that aims to determine changes in the ability of children to develop affection in the fairytale method. There are several conclussions: The level of affection of children in Cycle I there were 18 children  66.67%) reached the level of completeness ≥ 70, this means the child had not reached classical completeness and was in the Fair criteria. While in Cycle II there were 23 children who had reached mastery levels ≥ 70 (85.18%). So in Cycle II an increase in affection which has reached the Good category.

Abstract

Quality education can be realized if there is a school with complementary elements such as teachers, infrastructure, and other administrative personnel with good quality. Without neglecting the role of other important factors, teacher quality has been found by various research studies as the most important factor in influencing education quality. The task of the teacher is not only transferring the knowledge possessed by the teacher to students with the target of conveying topics written in curriculum documents to students. As for this type of research is descriptive research. Abstract

Education is a process to change the identity of a learner to be more advanced, or one of the renewal processed that has a meaningfull experience. Moral education in everyday life is often used to explain aspects related to ethics. A person’s character can be observed from 3 aspect, namely knowing goodness, loving kindness, and doing kindness. The steps for implementing character education to become a school culture, namely an agreement on the character to be achieved and targeted by the school, Build an understanding that the school wants to cultivate positive character for all school members, develop an overall plan to intensify the development and learning of the character to be achieved, and integrate selected characters into learning throughout the curriculum continuously. Value that must exist in character education such us, religious, tolerance, love peace, care for the environment, honest and anti-negotitation and violence.

Abstract

In Islamic inheritance law, this is a new study and was not previously known by jurists in classical fiqh literature. This provision is a new breakthrough in terms of completing the inheritance of children (grandchildren) from heirs (fathers) who died earlier from the heirs (grandfathers), according to the jurists. The children’s school of thought is classified in the position of zaw al-arham according to the provisions of syara’ (in this case the Syafi’i fiqh) that a child (grandson) whose father dies earlier than the heir (grandfather) cannot obtain and receive an inheritance. This condition causes the orphan to suffer because of the loss of his father, as well as losing his right to inherit because his father’s relatives wear the hijab. Indeed, among the many cases there are several dispensations in which a grandfather bequeaths an orphan’s grandson. But often he died before doing it. Legislation in several Muslim countries no longer follows the classical school of fiqh rules which do not question the case in the rulings of their schools, but several changes have been made, especially regarding the rights of children whose father’s death precedes their grandfather’s. Islamic inheritance law in Indonesia contained in the KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law) has also introduced the existence of a substitute heir institution in terms of handling cases of children whose father’s death preceded their grandfather, as contained in article 185 which reads: a) Heirs who If he dies earlier than the heir, his position can be replaced by his son, except for those mentioned in Article 173, b) The share of the replacement heir may not exceed the share of the heir who is equal to the one being replaced.

Abstract

The Indonesia and Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2017 reported a gap between urban and rural contraceptive use in Gorontalo Province, Indonesia. This urban-rural inequality calls for an exploration of its drivers. Hence, this study aims at reviewing the literature to analyze the level of use of contraception for married women in rural and urban areas by examining several factors, such as education, knowledge, age, occupation, information provision, and source of service.The results shows that despite a higher knowledge of contraception in urban married women than their rural counterpart, modern contraceptive use is higher in mral areas than in urban areas. Moreover, provision of information plays a larger role in contraceptive use compared to other aspects. Furthermore, the low contraceptive use among urban women is due to the limited services, where there is a mismatch between the needs and the availability of contraception.

Abstract

Investment and The sale and purchase of shares are still considered a speculative activity and is prohibited by religion because it is the same as gambling for ordinary people . To straighten this out , this study aims to analyze how Islamic stock investment in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the perspective of Islamic economic law . The research method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach . This research draws research sources from interviews with several investors and sharia economic law experts , then documents of laws and regulations , and literature studies related to research . The results show that investing and buying and selling of shares is halal and justified in the teachings of Islam , both Al - Qur'an , the Prophet's Hadith , Kaidah Fiqh , Ijma ' ulama , and the opinions of scholars . Then , from the perspective of sharia economic law , buying and selling or investing in shares for investment purposes is permitted , because buying and selling with underlying stocks is halal , even recommended because it fulfills investment and asset development of one of the maqasid sharia ( Hifdzul maal ) . In addition , stock transactions from the perspective of sharia economic law are assessed from the use of the contract . It is known that the contract used is Bai ' Al - Musawamah and the transaction refers to musyarakah or syirkah

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education wants students to have a strong foundation of faith and piety to Allah Subhanahu Wa'Taala. Faith is a belief in the heart with full confidence which is then actualized into good deeds in accordance with Islamic religious teachings so as to produce achievements called piety. The teacher's efforts in improving student learning achievement are of course very diverse, apart from the many efforts made by the teacher there are also obstacles experienced by educators as the learning process or the teacher's process progresses in improving student learning achievement, from these obstacles it also leads the teacher to seek solution of any obstacles experienced by the teacher. That solution is then used as a benchmark for teachers in facing any obstacles in the process of improving student learning achievement. The research method used in this preparation is to use a qualitative approach where the approach is in the form of a systematic description of the matter being discussed.

Abstract

Thematic learning models use themes from various subjects to provide meaningful learning experiences to students. In social studies learning in elementary schools, this model is applied by taking a theme and dividing it into several concepts that depend on students' basic competencies, which may be integrated at the same grade level. In addition, this model is combined with various student learning activities to make learning more interesting.Thematic learning includes several basic competencies, learning outcomes, and indicators from a subject, or even more than one subject. It is expected that students can learn and play with high creativity during thematic learning.Thematic learning is more focused on learning by doing (learning by doing). As a result, teachers must arrange or create learning experiences that affect the meaning of student learning. Learning experiences that show the relationship between conceptual elements make the learning process more effective. The conceptual link between the subjects studied will form a schema that allows students to gain completeness and completeness of knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the principle of marriage according to Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning the Principles of Marriage and how marriage according to Law no. 1 of 1974 in the perspective of Islamic law. By using normative juridical research methods, it can be concluded: 1. The community views a sacred event as a marriage. Marriage is the first step to form a family, which in turn is a collection of families that will form the citizens of a society that will eventually become a country. It can be said that if the marriage is carried out in accordance with religious regulations and laws, it is certain that good families will be formed. In turn the country will be good. The principle of marriage that lives and grows in society according to Law no. 1 of 1974 requires the approval of both parties (prospective bride and groom), as a condition/proposal, the awarding of a dowry, in the marriage contract, witnessed by 2 (two) witnesses, the guardian of the party, the prospective bride and every marriage is recorded according to statutory regulations -applicable invitations. 2. The mi balik (ulama) view or think that marriage is a suggestion which results in being sunnah, obligatory, makruh and unlawful. Marriage is a holy (sacred) event that begins with "muqaddimat al zawaj" religious teachings (proposal/know). Islamic law teaches getting to know each other before the marriage contract (character, piety, character) is the beginning of creating a family that is sakinah, mawadah and rahmah, the principle is to know specifically the woman who is proposed to (Islamic jurisprudence). Islamic law regarding the existence of marital pillars, this is included in "al-ijab" and other "al-qabul" of marriage conditions where the pillars of marriage consist of guardians, (dowry), prospective husband and wife and sighat. Islamic law views a sacred act based on the Qur'an and sunnah and the hadith of the Prophet (marriage contract/al-ijab and al-qabul) as a stipulation in the provisions of Islamic law, in line with Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage.

Abstract

Creativity is the main factor that makes the learning process in the classroom effective and to achieve optimal educational learning goals. The purpose of this research is that teaching materials are conceptually a means of support in an effort to optimize the process of education and learning to achieve the goals expected by educational institutions. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation/observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis procedures are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. While the research subjects were the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, and teachers of Islamic religious education. The results obtained describe that, (1) teachers in developing teaching materials in the PAI learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Amin tend to have creativity, this form of creativity can be seen from the variety of teaching materials developed, either as a result of their own creations, provided by the library schools, purchased by stores selling them, or downloaded from various available websites such as available videos. Among the teaching materials used with various intensity of use and the quality of the teaching materials themselves, including: books, pictures, Al-Quran, Videos, Al-Quran and (2) constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in increasing the creativity of teaching materials, among others lack of understanding of elderly teachers.
