Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the Strategy of the Investment Office and One Stop Services in the City of Kendari.  The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, a description of the results of interview observations and documentation studies, so as to be able to describe various matters relating to the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Licensing Services Data that has been obtained are analyzed qualitatively and described in descriptive form. The results showed that the DPMPTSP strategy in improving the quality of licensing services in terms of the competence of the apparatus, SOP and SPM, facilities and infrastructure had been running quite well but the implementation was not optimal and had not shown the maximum results needed to be increased in the provision of training, service providers still pay attention to procedures  prevailing as well as service recipients, the lack of available facilities, in terms of improving service quality in terms of the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical products as a whole have tried to do as much as possible even though there are still employees / service providers who have not  find out about licensing completely.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the Performance of Employees in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Investment Office and One Stop Services in the City of Kendari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which gives a careful depiction of a particular phenomenon from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies, so as to be able to describe various matters relating to Employee Performance in Improving Quality of Public Services. The technique used is purposive sampling, which is the technique of determining samples based on the needs for specific purposes. Data collection in this research was carried out through a process of interviews, documentation studies, observations. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively using the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study concluded that the Performance of Employees in Improving the Quality of Public Services at the Investment Office can be said to be good, seen from the work performance and achievement of targets that can be seen from the charter, as well as the initiative and satisfaction provided by employees is quite good, for effective services and efficient. Then for service users are satisfied with the services provided to employees in the Office of Investment and PTSP Kendari City, because service users feel valued with employee friendly attitude and are not discriminated against.

Abstract

This research aims to know and describe the application of human relation leadership in PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, to know and describe the quality of service at PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive, the informant in this research is head of chairman of PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, Mobile Service PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch, 3 people as Additional informen. Primary and secondary data sources. Technical interview, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used in qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the application of human relation leadership of PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch is considered not good enough. The implementation of the human relation leadership concept has not been fully implemented, where the level of implementation can be seen from several dimensions, namely: (1) communication (2) motivation (3) responsibility (4) empathy. Through the implementation of human relation of leadership in PT. Persero Jasa Raharja Sultra Branch is considered not yet able to encourage in improving the quality of service to the community. The quality of service has not been carried out completely, so it is considered not good enough, where the quality of service indicators consist of: (1) effective (2) simple (3) openness (4) responsive.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and explain the dynamics of the striving force namely, the supporting and inhibiting factors of high achieving students striving force with necessitous condition. The informant characteristics of this study are high achieving students with necessitous condition (students who are needy with the broken home family and experiencing violence from their family) who attend junior and senior high school and college students. There are 3 informants and 9 informants complementary, with interview method. The results of this study are; 1) Informants control economic difficulties with frugal behavior and concerned attitudes. Good self-regulation in controlling difficult situations so as not to widen and influence the educational dimension. Resilience behavior is more appear in informants of victims of broken homes and survivors of domestic violence. Gratitude makes the informant more eager to rise from adversity to achieve a better life, accompanied by strong motivation and relational efficacy between mother and informant. 2) Supporting factor is derived from internal factors such as the competitiveness, coping behavior and the ability of improvement (resilience), visionary and strong internal motivation, self-awareness and the ability to think positively with gratitude. While external factors mostly come from social support of family, other students and community. 3) Inhibiting factors namely are the problem of emotion-regulation such as less stable emotional state, poverty, dysfunction of family’s role and the problem of fatherless families. It is concluded that a compensation made by the informant with self-regulation, gratitude in increasing resilience and the relational efficacy of family members in strengthening the struggle for achievement

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model asesmen aktivitas jasmani anak sekolah dasar dan mengetahui tingkat aktivitas jasmani anak sekolah dasar. penelitian ini menggunakan langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang disarankan Borg dan Gall (1983), dan dipadukan dengan langkah-langkah penyusunan tes keterampilan olahraga yang disarankan Scott dan French (1959) dengan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil nilai korelasi dan regresi linier diperoleh nilai validitas untuk siswa yang diantaranya; Bass Test dengan Plate taping untuk putri; 0,154, putra; 0,212; validitas Bass Test dan Shuttle Run untuk putri; 0,236, putra; 0,196 dan Validitas Plate Taping dan Shuttle Run untuk putri; 0,342, putra; 0,003. Koefisien Reliabilitas Bass Test untuk siswa putri; 0,591, putra 0,157. Koefisien Reliabilitas Plate Taping untuk siswa putri; 0,722, putra; 0,592. Koefisien Reliabilitas Plate Taping untuk siswa putri; 0,159, putra; 0,175. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument Eurofit Test memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang sedang apabila digunakan pada konteks siswa sekolah dasar Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstractTourism has become one of the sectors contributing to the country's economic growth. In order for tourism to be sustainable, community participation is needed in its management,  one of them is the role of customary institutions. This qualitative study aims to categorizing the types of tourism in Aceh and analyze the roles and obstacles of "Panglima Laot"as a Traditional institution that has the authority regulate maritime affairs in local wisdom in Aceh Province. Data collection techniques such as interviews and documentation studies, in the form of collecting and analyzing from several relevant reports, data, articles and journals. The results showed that tourism in Aceh Province can be categorized as seven types, namely: religious tourism, indigenous and cultural tourism, historical tourism, nature tourism, marine tourism, pilgrimage tourism and culinary tourism. The role of “Panglima Laot” is very important in the sustainability of marine tourism in Aceh Province. Because this institution is a recognized and respected existence by the fishing community to regulate and implement marine customary law and other maritime affairs.  However, in carrying out their duties there are various obstacles, including the development of human resource capacity, budget and regional boundaries. Therefore we need support from the government for the strengthening of the “Panglima Laot”  Institution in managing marine tourism and maintaining the survival of marine ecosystems in Aceh Province. Keywords: Panglima Laot, customary institutions, Marine Tourism

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembngunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) baik secara serempak maupun secara parsial.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palu Pada Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan menggunakan 65 sampel sebagai responden penelitian. Wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner merupakan pengumpulan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa secara serempak maupun parsial variable kompetensi dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci : kompetensi, kecerdasan emosional, dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this research is to find out the technical analysis of Bima Perkasa Jogja and STAPAC Jakarta athletes in the IBL series Malang and Yogyakarta in 2019. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in the IBL (Indonesian Basketball League) series Malang and Yogyakarta competition in 2019 which took place on February 8-10, 2019 in Malang and February 14-17, 2019 in Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in the IBL (Indonesian Basketball League) series Malang and Yogyakarta competition in 2019 which took place on February 8-10, 2019 in Malang and February 14-17, 2019 in Yogyakarta. The data source used secondary data from the statistics of IBL 2019 Bima Perkasa Jogja and STAPAC Jakarta matches on the IBL website www. iblindonesia.com, secondary data used for the analysis of minute matches, field goals, 2 points, three points, free throws, assists, turnovers, steals, blocks, points. The results of this study were obtained from all match analyses conducted using match statistics. a total field goal with 46% percentage, 2 points 53%, 3 points 23%, free-throw 56%, total rebounds 231 times, assists 87 times, turnovers 62 times, steals 32 times, blocks 23 times, and total points total 388 points. In conclusion in this study, all match analyses conducted using the best match statistics. this is inferred from the points obtained from the results of the match, and the 5 components of the winning factor, namely field goals, free throws, rebounds, turnovers, and assists.Key word: Match stats, Elite team, Basketball Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis teknik atlet Bima Perkasa Jogja pada IBL series Malang dan Yogyakarta tahun 2019. Abstract

ABSTRACT         The aims of this study were to determine the proximate content (water content, ash, fat, protein), and salt content. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis to provide a general description of the data. Proximate Test Results on Salted anchovy water content ranged from 18.61% -19.68%, salted anchovy ash content from 12.69% -14.26%, protein content 37.37% -41.25% , fat content from 1.05% -1.18% and salt content from 12.62% -13.42%. Keywords: Salted anchovy, proximate, and salinityABSTRAKPeneletian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan proksimat (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar lemak, kadar protein), dan kadar garam. analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang data. Hasil uji proksimat pada kadar air ikan teri asin berkisar 18,61%-19,68% ,kadar abu ikan teri asin berkisar 12,69%-14,26%, kadar protein ikan teri asin 37,37%-41,25%, kadar lemak ikan teri asin berkisar 1,05%-1,18% dan kadar garam berkisar antara 12,62%-13,42%.Kata kunci: Ikan teri asin, proksimat, kadar garam

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Office of Education and Culture Employees in the Eradication of Illiteracy in Labengki Village, Lasolo District, Konawe Utara Regency. The research method used was a qualitative method. The results obtained were the Illiteracy Eradication in Lebengki Village, Lasolo District, Konawe Regency. The North is still effective where the level of illiteracy has not decreased, namely in 2017 as many as 83 people, then in 2018 as many as 86 people and then in 2019 there were 88 people. This is a form of effective illiteracy in Labengki Village, Lasolo District, Regency Konawe Utara, in this case the dimension that is still lacking in handling is the number of results achieved.
