Abstract

Pengembangan dalam kepariwisataan merupakan salah satu sektor yang potensial. Pengembangan pariwisata memiliki kekuatan penggerak  perekonomian yang sangat luas, tidak semata-mata terkait dengan peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan. Adanya pariwisata juga akan menumbuhkan usaha-usaha ekonomi disekitar area wisata dan menunjang kegiatannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan peran yang di lakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Semarang dalam menangkap fenomena tersebut yang kemudian disusunlah serangkaian strategi yang di gunakan untuk mengembangkan pariwisata yang ada khususnya pengembangan Masjid Agung Demak sebagai destinasi wisata,  yang selama ini menjadi letak dari icon pariwisata unggulan Kabupaten Demak.Metode Penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah Kualitatif deskiptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dasar peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui secara mendalam tentang strategi Pemerintah Kabupaten Demak dalam pengembangan Masjid Agung Demak sebagai destinasi wisata. Kemudian apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangan Masjid Agung sebagai destinasi            wisata.Hasil penelitian tersebut adalah peran  yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Demak dalam pengembangan Masjid Agung sebagai destinasi wisata. pengembangan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Demak adalah petama, pengembangan terkait atraksi dan daya tarik wisata wisata di Masjid Agung Demak. Kedua, pengembangan amnenitas dan akomodasi wisata di Masjid Agung Demak. Ketiga, Pengembangan aksebilitas di Masjid Agung Demak. Keempat, pengembangan image (citra wisata) di Masjid Agung Demak. Adanya pengembangan ini juga berdampak pada masyarakat dan pendapatan daerah. Selain itu, faktor pendukung pengembangan pariwisata di Masjid Agung Demak adalah Adanya Dasar Perda No. 05 Tahun 2019 Mengenai Rencana Induk Pembangunan Kepariwisataan Masjid Agung Demak Tahun 2019-2029 Yang Menjadi Dasar Dari Pengembangan Masjid Agung Demak Sebagai Destinasi Pariwisata. Faktor penghambat pengembangan Masjid Agung Demak adalah Kurang Optimalnya RIPPERDA No. 5 Tahun 2019 sebagai dasar Pengembangan Masjid Agung Demak Sebagai Destinasi Pariwisata. Kata Kunci : Pariwisata, Pengembangan, dan Destinasi wisata

Abstract

Sidomuncul Pte Ltd. is one of the companies that apply the corporate social responsibility activities that have empowerment herbal village program. The program aims to contribute to society and the environment, improve the community economy, strengthen destinations, tourist areas in Boyolali and the surrounding region, as well as improving rural welfare. Sidomuncul Pte Ltd in order to increase the capacity of communities also provide guidance and assistance cultivation of spices ranging from planting to managementIn this research by using descriptive qualitative research approach. Abstract

Attempt to realize a child friendly city need community participation inparticipating in every policy that protects children's rights, communityparticipation is very important to know what they need to improve children'swelfare and development. Communities are given space to participate and channelideas and aspirations in child worthy programs. In this regard, the Surakarta citygovernment asked the community to participate in achieving success and careabout the children's issues needed by the children of Surakarta City in Realizing aChild Friendly City. this is focused on communities that have child care such asnon-governmental organizations and children's forums.This study aims to explain how the process of participation and forms ofcommunity participation and obstacles encountered in the implementation ofchild-friendly city policies in Surakarta City. What forms of participation arecarried out by the community. The researcher also wanted to find out how theprocess of community institutions that have concern for children and the Surakartachildren's forum was able to get an award. The research method used isdescriptive qualitative. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews,documentation and literature. Data validity and reliability were tested using thedata source Triangulation technique.The results of these studies are that community participation is realized because ofthe high public awareness of children's rights that must be fulfilled. The enormousenthusiasm of the community successfully delivered the city of Surakarta to thehighest award. The form of community participation is in the form of energy,mind and material. Communities work with movers from the formal and nonformalsectors. From the non-formal sector there are Non GovernmentalOrganizations, the Business World together with the Surakarta Children's Forumalways support and invite the public to be involved in supporting governmentpolicies. From the government itself, it always provides an open space forparticipation to convey the aspirations of the community. The challenge faced bythe city of Surakarta in realizing a city worthy of children is the still highegosectoral inter DPOs in Child-Friendly Cities and the unavailability of a childdata information system in Surakarta.Keywords: Community Participation, Child Friendly City

Abstract

This study is motivated by the increasing or the number of Children with Special Needs, so also the number of SLB that has been established in almost every regency / city. From the above statement it does not make the role of the Department of Education and Culture of Central Java province is completed, because the problem of education in SLB is not only related to the quantity but also the quality. This means that the Office of Education and Culture of Central Java Province should also have a role in improving the quality of education in SLB Negeri and private SLB as an effort to improve quality in public schools so that SLB graduate students can also have good quality. This research has purpose to know the role of Department of Education and Culture of Central Java Province in the way to develop SLB in Semarang. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research method using an analytical descriptive approach that describes the actual situation occurs and create a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, properties and relationships between the phenomena investigated. Methods of data collection in research using observation method, documentation and open interview. In this study the data that have been collected will be analyzed and then drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that the Role of Education and Culture Office of Central Java Province in the development of SLB in Semarang is as a policymaker, coordinating, coaching and supervising as well as compiling learning programs based on the curriculum used is K-13 curriculum, In accordance with government regulations for special needs schools. Programs planned and to be delivered must contain 5 aspects to be conveyed. The five aspects are: 1) Games, 2) rhythmic activities, 3) development activities of religious self-test, 4) physical fitness activity, and 5) health, the five aspects are developed into standard competence and basic competence.

Abstract

Disaster tough village is of village that have own capability to  adapted and  facing disaster potential threat, and  healing soon from disaster impact. Board of Disaster Manajemen District of Kendal (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Kendal or BPBD) its a branch of government that have responbility to countermeasures the disaster. I of to decrease disaster risk, BPBD Kendal district there have step before disaster with continue to doing program disaster tough village with society involve to the man actor. In 2016 Kendal district that have 3 disaster tough village in diference of kind disaster.This research used metodic of descriptive qualitative used collective data teknik through interview, observation, and document. The informan in this research is people that knowen well about this field aplication program development.This research, researcher using theory of Thomas Dye “evalution of policy its a objective, investigation, systematic and empiris to policy and public program target from the purpose”. On the basic from this theory, the implementation disaster tough village program in Kendal district thats couldn’t doing well, because limited facility and there’s no good kaderisasion program of volunter, and lack of awareness from young generation, there’s no budgeting to operasional and there’s no facility to on decrease risk disaster effort, and also theres no participation yet from branch of government in Kendal district to decrease risk disaster effort in Kendal district.Based on reseacrh result, we can the conclusion that the implementation program disaster tough village in Kendal district 2016 still have the of stacles to get purpose. To the next time development disaster tough village program can increase quality and quantity, increase the amount of volunteers, and also have facility support budgeting well.Key word : Disaster Tough Village, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Disaster Management

Abstract

Abstract. Poverty is a humanity problem that inhibits welfare and civilization and is a problem that must and can be solved. Poverty alleviation is currently still material-oriented so that the sustainability of this alleviation is highly dependent on the budget availability and government commitment. The poverty reduction program in Indonesia that is not just material-oriented is the Family Expectency Program. The implementation of PKH is expected to improve the socio-economic, educational, and public health, especially for the poor. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of PKH, the form of the program of PKH, and to find the supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions to solve the problem of poverty in Wonosobo District.The theoretical approach used in this research is the approach model of policy implementation George Edward III. The theory takes four main variables for effective policy implementation ie communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used in this research is the method of mix (mix method) with qualitative as the main approach and data collecting techniques such as observation, interview, kuesione, and document studies. The informants in this study were divided into two categories, The first is Category 1 that consists of The Informants who have access and high intensity to PKH, the key figures who know more information in the implementation of Family Expectency Program (PKH), namely The Head of Si (Kasi) Protection and Social Welfare Warranty Department of Community and Village Empowerment of Wonosobo Regency, Coordinator of PKH Regency of Wonosobo Regency, and Assistant PKH of Wonosobo Regency. The Second Category, Category II consists of The community beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program  in Wonosobo District, especially that are in the four sample districts (Garung, Kalikajar, Kertek, and Kepil Subdistricts) in total 100 samples of KPM. For the second category of informants, the questions to be asked are using the research questionnaire The results of the study show that the Implementation of Family Expectency Program in Wonosobo District in 2015 - 2017 covers several processes and stages consist of planning, socialization, data collection, mentoring, and distribution of assistance. In practice, there are still technical constraints. The data of PKH participants has not been comprehensive, so there are still some people who have not got PKH yet. The number of KPM is still not comparable with the number of available companion so that the companion is still overload and should be added again. For long term, PKH needs commitment and support from all parts so that this program can run so well to reduce the burden of poverty in Wonosobo.              Keywords : Policy Implementation, Family Expectency Program

Abstract

AbstractGerdu Kempling which stands for integrated motion poverty reduction in five key areas of health, economy, education, infrastructure and the environment. Program Implementation Gerdu Kempling be gradual immersion 5 years in 177 villages in the city of Semarang and the program are conducted from 2011-2015 by cooperating with various parties to participate with or near-equal in poverty menanggulang like SKPDs-on education, SOEs, enterprises, Banks, Universities and NGOs. In the first phase of implementation Gerdu Kempling conducted in 32 villages which are the basis of the poverty urban village is one of the districts of Semarang Tanjung Mas Village North. Tanjung Mas is a densely populated area in the city of Semarang, which gave birth to many of the problems of poverty. therefore implementation of Gerdu Kempling directly to the heart of the problem of poverty in the city of Semarang.In this study the authors focus on the implementation of the research problem Gerdu Kempling education in the village of Tanjung Mas with two variables: the size of the impact of policies and levels of community participation. This research uses methods gambungan between qualitative and quantitative neighbor comprehensively to determine the implementation of the program Gerdu Kempling education in the village of Tanjung Mas. Abstract

AbstractionEmpowerment of community based of is growing in the age of globalization. One effort to empower entrepreneurs based in Kebumen is reviving the batik industry. This is because the potential of batik in Kebumen were still occupied by many people, so it is expected to be the mode of batik industry is more modern. Therefore, the Government Kebumen has committed to the empowering of the typical batik artisans Kebumen. This is the reason the research conducted, with the aim of seeing the extent to which the success the empowerment of batik.This study used a qualitative descriptive research type with data collection through interviews, collect data in the field with the speaker directly and documentation, namely data collection through the archives, books, and other sources. mechanical analysis performed by reduction data and interpreting the results of interviews with various sources.From the research found that there are several successful programs, among others, the establishment of clusters of excellence, support equipment, exhibits, capital, the provision of the copyright and trademark. But there are also programs that have not been as successful as training and marketing which explains that the program is still no commitment of the Government of Kebumen.Recommendation of the research findings is the need to build a sustainable commitment of build cooperation among sectors in the scope of the Government Kebumen, so that training and marketing programs in the empowerment of batik in Kebumen can succeed.
