Abstract

ABSTRAK Saung Angklung Udjo merupakan objek wisata dan pembelajaran budaya Sunda. Konsep perpaduan alam dan budaya menyatu dalam desainnya. Secara tidak langsung telah selaras dengan konsep sustainable  yang dapat dilihat dari desain tatanan massa dan bentuk bangunan. Oleh karena itu, perancangan tatanan massa dan bangunan diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan penggunaan energi bagi kebutuhan bangunan dan penggunanya. Hal ini sangat penting dalam pencapaian tujuan sosial, ekonomi dan lingkungan dalam rangka sustainable site. Tatanan massa dan bangunan Saung Angklung Udjo akan dianalisis dengan metoda deskriptif analisis yang dilakukan dengan data fisik di lapangan. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan akan menjadi rujukan untuk penerapan konsep sustainable site dalam merancang tatanan massa dan bangunan pada pembangunan selanjutnya serta mendukung kelestarian alam di masa depan. Indirectly aligned with the concept of sustainable design that can be seen from the order of the mass and shape of the building. Therefore, designing and building a mass order is expected to optimize the use of energy for the needs of the building and its users. It is very important in the achievement of social objectives, economic and environmentally in the context of sustainable site. Order the masses and building Saung Angklung Udjo will be analyzed with descriptive methods of data analysis done with the physical on the field. The results of this study are expected to be a reference to the application of the concept of sustainable site in order to design and mass of the building next to the construction and support the conservation of nature in the future. Abstract

As it has been widely known that the spectacular characteristics of nanomaterials are strongly dependent on their particle size, crystal structure, and molecular arrangement. The fine structure formation of nanomaterials is inevitable in an attempt of optimizing their promising applications in various fields. One of the notable nanomaterials up to now is hausmannite or Mn3O4. This paper presents a combination of coprecipitation and sonochemical routes in a concurrent way to produce spinel-structured hausmannite nanomaterials. The pH was varied during the synthesis at values of 9, 10, 11, 11.5, and 12. The crystal structure properties were evaluated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) with the diffraction angle range of 15° - 80°. The functional groups were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometry having wavenumber from 400 to 4000 cm-1. In this study, pH 10 was found to be the best synthesis parameter in producing Mn3O4. Both XRD and FTIR data analyses have agreed on the formation of spinel hausmannite nanomaterials.

Abstract

The control implementation of labor control unit of Semarang on foreign labor in Semarang regency has the purpose to explain the supervision on the workforce conducted by the Labor Control Unit of Semarang region in supervising the foreign worker in Semarang regency and what obstacles influence in the implementation of supervision on foreign worker in Semarang regency.This research uses descriptive qualitative method where the writer use information from agency of Labor Office and Labor Inspection Unit in Semarang Region and also outsider as balancing data, that is companies in Semarang regency on PT Samkyung Jaya Garment, PT Hoplun, dan PT Hesed Indonesia.The results of this study indicate that the control implementation of foreign workers is seen in the main tasks and functions of the Labor Inspection Unit of Semarang region through administrative supervision or licensing the use of foreign workers, and direct supervision with guidance and field inspection activities.This is done in Semarang regency because the area is an industrial area where the use of foreign labor quite a lot amount of 170 person at 49 companies (data agency of Labor Office, 2015).The control implementation of foreign workers in Semarang requires cooperation between supervisory agencies, companies that employ foreign workers and the public. The existence of supervision on foreign workers not only aims to prevent the existence of illegal foreign workers in Semarang regency but also to increase the transfer of expertise in encouraging equal distribution of employment opportunities for local workers.Supervision conducted through direct supervision such as guidance on the regulation of the use of foreign workers and field inspections, as well as indirect supervision is done through licensing procedures with the standard of labor regulations.Obstacles in the control implementationof foreign workers in Semarang Regency are the use of third parties (agents) in the management of foreign worker permits, lack of specification of certain competency standards in certification of transfer of expertise and salary differences.The conclusion of the research is in carrying out supervision on foreign workers there is a link with the labor inspectors so that the need for labor inspection to achieve the equalization of employment opportunities.Keywords : Labor Inspection, Foreign Worker, and Labor Inspection Unit

Abstract

The performances of the equipments are measured by overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). This parameter consists of availability, operation reliability and product quality. Predictive maintenance system focus on measuring the effectiveness and availability of the vehicles used in the production process. The maintenance system usually done its work by analysis the lubrication oil used in parts of the vehicles. The parameters that will be analyzed are commonly consist of two testing procedures. The first is identify the state of lubrication performance, and the second is measuring the viscosity values of oil samples. This study try to developt the further test for the oil samples in the form of analyze the metal concentration consisted in. This procedure is meant to show the rate of part wearing as the basic of concluding the PM process. The alternative method offer maintenance cost optimation by avoiding the sudden breakdown  and prolong the part lifetime. The study is taking two type Big Digger Machine as comparator. The results show that the common PM has conclusion to let the PC 2000 stay in the process meanwhile the PC 4000 facing the overhaul and replacing the spareparts. The metal inclusion testing procedure show that the PC 2000 oil samples have higher metal concentration. It means that the PC 2000 parts need replacement more than PC 4000. The PC 4000 just need the overhaul process. This finding approve that alternative PM give more accurate results than the common. Abstract

Ferogel berbasis partikel Fe3O4 yang diperoleh dari bahan dasar pasir besi Tulungagung telah berhasil difabrikasi. Ferogel merupakan komposit hidrogel (campuran polivinil alkohol dan air) dengan filler partikel magnetit Fe3O4 dalam ukuran mikron dan nano. Hasil analisis difraksi sinar-X menunjukkan bahwa partikel magnetik Fe3O4 ukuran mikron dan nano berturut-turut sesuai dengan pola difraksi Fe3O4 yang memiliki no PDF 11-0626 dan no PDF 03-0863. Sedangkan dari hasil karakterisasi SEM dan TEM ukuran mikron partikel Fe3O4 sekitar 1-10 μm dan ukuran nano partikel Fe3O4 sekitar 11-15 nm. Kontribusi filler magnetik Fe3O4 pada komposit ferogel dapat terlihat pada karakterisasi magneto-elastisitasnya. Ketika ferogel dipengaruhi oleh medan magnetik luar yang berubah terhadap fungsi arus listrik, respon gerak ferogel cenderung membentuk pola histerisis dan menyempit seiring berkurangnya konsentrasi. Ferogel dengan filler partikel mikron Fe3O4 lebih sensitif terhadap pengaruh perubahan medan magnet dibandingkan filler partikel nano Fe3O4. Hal ini disebabkan karena magnet remanen partikel mikron Fe3O4 (8,233 emu/gr) lebih besar dibandingkan partikel nano Fe3O4 (7,995 emu/gr). Respon ferogel dalam kajian penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan untuk mensintesa otot buatan dengan pendekatan eksperimen mulai dari yang mirip penggerak pada robot sampai pada penggerak lunak yang lebih canggih.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAbstract. Empowering communities is an attempt to enhance the dignity of the community who are unable to escape from the trap of poverty and underdevelopment. The success of the community building definable as well from the community participation and the role of government related. Tyto Alba Program in Tlogoweru Village is one of the government’s efforts in Tlogoweru Village of empowering communities who have not been able to overcome the problem of crop failures due to a very tough mouse pest control.The research method used is the qualitative approach and the techniques of data collection through interviews and documents. Informants in this research are The Head of Tlogoweru Village, Tlogoweru Village Secretary, Chairman of The Tyto Alba Developer Team, and the community of Tlogoweru Village.The research results showed that community empowerment of farmers in Tlogoweru Village through Tyto Alba Program has successfully overcome the crop failures as well as making community could develop other business. Empowerment implemented through Empowerment of Human Development, Empowerment of Institutional Development, Empowerment of Business, and Empowerment of Environment.The recommendations could be made to The Government of Tlogoweru Village was able to manage The Quarantine Place Of Tyto Alba better as well as the development of physical infrastructure to support Tlogoweru Tourist Village.Keywords: Empowerment, Agriculture, Tyto Alba.

Abstract

Lingkungan yang terpelihara baik di Kampung Sukadaya dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kelangsungan hidup masyarakatnya. Untuk itu, diperlukan kajian upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat terhadap pemeliharaan lingkungan di Kampung Sukadaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif verifikatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang berkembang di dalam kehidupan masyarakat Kampung Sukadaya dapat menjadikan lingkungan alam Sukadaya tetap lestari. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal pemeliharaan lingkungan di Kampung Sukadaya adalah nilai adaptasi lingkungan, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai kesadaran lingkungan, dan nilai kerja sama. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal sebagai upaya pemeliharaan lingkungan di Kampung Sukadaya tercermin dari aktifitas warga dalam memelihara sumber mata air, memelihara kelestarian hutan rakyat, memelihara kebersihan lingkungan dan semangat gotong royong masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Pemeliharaan Lingkungan

Abstract

Abstrak Persediaan yang optimal dalam perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang penting dalam kinerja perusahaan. Jenis penelitian kuantiitatif, digunakan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam pengendalian persediaan bahan baku di Salsa Bakery Jepara. Hasil penelitian diperoleh jumlah persediaan optimal dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) tepung terigu pada triwulan 4 tahun 2012 sebanyak 112 karung frekuensi 7 kali, persediaan pengaman 19 karung, melakukan pemesanan ulang (ROP) ketika persediaan di gudang tersisa 39 karung, total biaya sebesar Rp 2.308.133. Triwulan 1 tahun 2013 sebanyak 100 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 19 karung, reorder point 39 karung, total biaya Rp 2.499.363. Triwulan 2 tahun 2013 sebanyak 100 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 14 karung, reorder point 34 karung, total biaya Rp 2.533.428. Triwulan 3 tahun 2013 sebanyak 102 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 14 karung, reorder point 35 karung, total biaya Rp 2.562.375. Jumlah persediaan optimal dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) gula pasir triwulan 4 tahun 2012 sebanyak 25 karung frekuensi 7 kali, safety stock 4 karung, reorder point 8 karung, TIC Rp 1.340.016. Triwulan 1 tahun 2013 sebanyak 23 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 3 karung, reorder point 8 karung, TIC Rp 1.337.374. Triwulan 2 tahun 2013 sebanyak 24 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 3 karung, reorder point 8 karung, TIC Rp 1.336.443. Triwulan 3 tahun 2013 sebanyak 25 karung frekuensi 8 kali, safety stock 6 karung, reorder point 11 karung, TIC Rp 1.381.075. Perhitungan persediaan tepung terigu dan gula pasir lebih optimal menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity, dibanding dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Quarter 3 in 2013 was 102 sacks, the frequency was 8 times, safety stock was 14 sacks, 35 sacks as reorder point, TIC Rp 2.562.375. Optimal amount of inventory used the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) sugar in quarter 4 in 2012 was 25 sacks, frequency was 7 times, safety stock was 4 sacks, 8 sacks was reorder point, TIC Rp 1.340.016. Quarter 1 in 2013 was 23 sacks, the frequency was 8 times, safety stock was 3 sacks, 8 sacks was reorder point, TIC Rp 1.337.374. Quarter 2 in 2013 was 24 sacks, the frequency was 8 times, safety stock was 3 sacks, 8 sacks was reorder point, TIC Rp 1.336.443. Quarter 3 in 2013 was 25 sacks, frequency was 8 times, safety stock was 6 sacks, 11 sacks was reorder point, TIC Rp 1.381.075. The calculation of inventory flour and sugar is more optimal if using Economic Order Quantity, than using conventional methods. Salsa Bakery recommended using Economic Order Quantity. Abstract

Osteoporosis is characterized by lower bone mineral density (BMD) and microarchitectural degeneration, which tends to increase bone fragility and fracture risk. Bone microstructure depends on interactions between the mineral atoms, which may perform substitution or incorporation into bone crystals, and may dynamically take over the function of calcium or may become a complementary part. The mineral atoms may also become a composite in the hydroxyapatite crystals. The aim of this study was to find an association between the bone microstructure and hydoxyapatite crystal structure in osteoporosis, in comparison to normal bone. The subjects of this study were surgery patients at the Department of Orthopedics of Ulin General Hospital in Banjarmasin and other centers. Inclusion criteria consisted of the presence of fracture of trabecular bone, normal or osteoporotic BMD values, and no past history of chronic disease. Bone was obtained from fracture patients during surgery. The characteristics of the hydroxyapatite crystals were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the microarchitecture by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM showed degeneration of the microarchitecture of osteoporotic bone, in comparison with normal bone. On XRD there was a peak of hydoxyapatite crystals only and no other crystal phases. Diffraction patterns showed a larger crystal size in osteoporotic bone as compared to normal bone, indicating higher porosity. It may be concluded that there is a difference in crystal size and morphologic distribution of hydoxyapatite in osteoporotic bone, determining bone microarchitecture.

Abstract

PT Boma Bisma Indra (BBI) b manufacturing company with make-to-order (MTO) production strategy. This research designs manufacturing information system to make integration between proposal and product realization process by using database and information network digitally at BBI. BBI has a product delivery problem. Based on current reality tree (CRT) this problem is caused by tardy of information stream from one function to the other functions.
