Abstract

Learning media is a way of delivering messages or information to students during the teaching and learning process in order to pique their interest in learning. There is a demand for video-based learning media, and learning media may be developed using Basic Programming learning resources. The goal of this research is to provide video-based learning medium for Basic Programming classes in vocational high schools. This is a research and development (R&D) project that uses a four-dimensional model (define, design, develop and disseminate). T category, often known as a practical medium to which the instructor replied, received a score of 0.93. The teacher's answer has a practicality of 0.85, and it may be employed successfully with the post-test findings, as evidenced by the students' classical completeness of 0.81 in the high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the gap between the standards of the BKK program and the actual facts of the implementation of the BKK program at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping. The main program of the  BKK is to provide services and information on job vacancies and to distribute and place a workforce of SMK graduates. Evaluation of the BKK program uses a logical model consisting of several components, namely inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes. This study uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this evaluation study are in the form of the percentage absorption of graduates working, entrepreneurship and continuing to tertiary institutions which are still on a medium scale based on data from graduates of SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikapings in the last 2 years. Therefore, there is a quarterly program evaluation so that the BKK management can improve the BKK program and there is a lot of absorption of SMK graduates for work and entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Nagari Kamang Hilia has a lot of potential for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with multiple categories, namely food processing, trade, industry and services. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential for developing MSME products, especially Kamang Chips. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative methods through the process of observation, interviews and documentation presented in the form of data, then analysis using SWOT matrix analysis to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The informants used as data sources are Walinagari Kamang Hilia, MSMEsNagari Kamang Hilia actors. The results of the research and discussion show that digital marketing can provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME actors. The digital marketing of MSMEs Nagari Kamang Hilia is in the form of social media, Nagari website, and Nagari Podcasts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktik kerja lapangan dan kepercayaan diri siswa mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa kelas XII Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan SMK Negeri 1 Tilatang Kamang menghadapi dunia kerja. Metodologi ex post facto dan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. 24 siswa terdiri populasi penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Regresi linier sederhana dan metode pengujian regresi berganda digunakan untuk menilai analisis data. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,359, temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktek kerja lapangan memiliki dampak yang baik terhadap kesiapan kerja. Kemudian dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,229, kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja. Terakhir, pengalaman kerja lapangan dan kepercayaan diri siswa sama-sama berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,365.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Student Worksheets (LKPD) Class XI SMK 4 Payakumbuh majoring in Software Engineering (RPL) with material for making forms on web pages for Mobile Device Web Programming subjects. This research was conducted at SMK 4 Payakumbuh on October 15 and November 15 2022. The analytical method used was a pure experiment with participants from each class in the Class XI RPL class which consisted of around 2 classes with 23 students each. The two sample groups used in cluster random sampling were class IX RPL 1 which was designated as the Experimental Group, and class IX RPL 2 which was designated as the control group. The average value of each is as follows: the Control Class is 77.78 and the Experimental Class is 85.48. the research produced a Sig value <0.05 so it can be concluded that the use of project-based worksheets has an effect on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The effectiveness of blended learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kinali on student learning outcomes and motivation. This study was able to determine the following: a) Knowing the variations in learning motivation and learning outcomes between students taught in blended learning and students taught in traditional classes; b) knowing the increase in learning motivation and student learning outcomes due to the use of mixed learning. It is a quasi-experiment to do this kind of study. 64 randomly selected students form the study population. Data collection techniques include written exams and surveys. Parametric statistics were utilized to examine and test the data (F-test and t-test). These are the research's results. a) Between students who study mixed learning and students who study conventional learning, there are differences in learning outcomes with sig. 0.000 with an average of 13.38 and a difference in learning motivation with sig. 0.012 with an average of 4.75. b) Employing blended learning improves student learning outcomes with a sig. 0.000 average increase of 38.22 and enhances student learning motivation by an average of 13.56.
