Abstract

This study aims to determine the modification of learning through games for students before and after being given treatment in jumping rope games and whether there is an effect of improving learning through jumping rope games on children's gross motor skills in students. This type of research is pre-experimental research. The population in this study was the total number of students totaling 20 students in a class I Elementary School Takkalasi, Barru district, and the sample used was class I which amounted to 20 students with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques through observation, tests, documentation. Data analysis used Wilcoxon's difference test. The results of children's gross motor skills before being treated in the form of jumping rope game modification activities showed that of the 20 total children, 0% were in the developing category as expected, 90% were in the starting to develop variety, and 10% were in the undeveloped class, that motor skills Children's roughness after being treated in the form of a modified jumping rope game shows that of the 20 total children, 85% are in the developing category as expected, 15% are in the starting to develop variety, and 0% are in the undeveloped category.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether there is an effect of Nicotine on the cardiovascular endurance of the Athlete Category FIK UNM students. At the same time, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Nicotine on the cardiovascular endurance of FIK UNM students in the Athlete category. This type of research is quantitative research using the method of comparison or comparison. The variables related to this study were smoking habits and cardiovascular endurance. The number of samples used in this study was 40, whereas the sample selection technique used the purposive sampling technique. The research location was held at the Faculty of Sports Science, Makassar State University. Data collection techniques using the Harvard Step Test to see the ability of cardiovascular endurance in the sample. The data analysis technique used is normality test analysis, homogeneity test and unpaired t-test or comparison test. The data testing results showed a significant value of cardiovascular endurance in the non-smoking sample group compared to the smoker sample group value of 0.002 < 0.05. The mean value of cardiovascular endurance in the non-smoking sample group was 1.0773, more significant than the mean value for the smoking sample group. This study concludes that there is a significant difference in the effect of Nicotine on cardiovascular endurance in the athlete category of FIK UNM students, where the cardiovascular endurance of students who do not smoke is better than the group of students who smoke even though they are both active athletes.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether zone 3 physical activity affects peak flow rate and relaxed heart rate in FIK UNM students. At the same time, this study aimed to determine the effect of zone 3 physical activity on peak flow rate and relaxed heart rate in FIK UNM students. The type of research used is experimental research. The number of samples used as many as ten samples of students with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using peak flow rate test and heart rate test. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, normality test and paired sample test or influence test. From the data processing results on the effect of zone 3 physical activity on the Peak flow rate, a significant value of 0.001 was obtained, which was smaller than 0.05. So, zone 3 physical activity substantially affects the peak flow rate in FIK UNM students. Furthermore, it is known that the average peak flow rate before being given treatment is 416,000. This value has increased after being given treatment that is equal to 441,000. This indicates that the value of the vital lung capacity of students experienced a positive change. The results of data processing the effect of zone 3 physical activity, an open heart rate obtained a significant value of 0.000, more diminutive than 0.05. So, zone 3 physical activity has a significant effect on the available heart rate in FIK UNM students. Furthermore, it is known that the average value of open-heart rate before being given treatment is 86.2000. This value decreased after being given 80.2000 treatment. This indicates that the open heart rate of students also experienced a positive change.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Cone Drill exercise on the agility of Futsal Players at Lambung Managkurat University. The method used in this study is a pre-experimental design method with the Zig-zag Run Test instrument. The research design used pretest and posttest in one group. The population in this study were all futsal players who took part in the training, totaling 12 people and the sample being 12 people. Sampling was done by total sampling technique. The results of the initial test data conducted by futsal players at Lambung Mangkurat university with the fastest time of 9.10 seconds, the longest time of 10.36 seconds and the average initial test time of 9.66 seconds. Whereas in the final test of agility abilities carried out by futsal players, the fastest time is 8.12 seconds, the longest time is 9.45 seconds with an average final test time of 8.52 seconds. The results of data analysis show that there is an effect of Cone Drill training on the agility of futsal players at Lambung Mangkurat University.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to improve the physical fitness of the elderly (retirees) telkom area 7 telecommunications islands through coaching clinic through physical activity (sports) using fitness equipment. The solutions offered are: Improve physical fitness related to health such as lung heart endurance and strength training in elderly Telkom yakes area 7 islands. Through this Community Service activity, the types of results produced are: 1). Applying partners to the use of physical fitness equipment related to health such as endurance of the heart of the lungs and strength training 2) Guiding retirees to Telkom Area 7 islands increases motivation and health benefits for the elderly (retirees) in training. Health-related physical fitness includes aspects of physiological functions that offer prevention against disease as a result of a sedentary lifestyle. This can be enhanced and / or maintained through regular physical activity programs and based on the principles of correct practice. The components of physical fitness related to health according to Wahjoedi (2000: 59) include, "Endurance of the heart of the lungs, endurance of muscles, muscle strength, flexibility and body composition". The elements of physical fitness related to health must be considered and sought in order to achieve a degree of total physical fitness (total fitness) Physical fitness needed by the elderly is health related fitness that is heart-lung fitness, muscle endurance, muscle strength, flexibility and body composition. To get good physical fitness, one must train all the basic components of physical fitness which consist of: heart-lung endurance, muscular endurance, muscle strength, body flexibility, blood circulation and breathing. Thus that the level of physical fitness is sufficient, so it is necessary to improve physical fitness related to health in physical activity clinic training participants such as the use of fitness equipment to get optimal results in the elderly of Telkom area 7 islands. Through the Community Partnership Program activities, the resulting output targets are 1) Proceedings at the UNM Makassar national seminar, 2) Media on line, 3) Partners are able to or improve physical fitness in the elderly (retirees) through physical activity.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah guru di SMA Negeri 2 Pinrang Masalahnya adalah: (1) Segi pengetahuan, mengenai aktivitas fisik selama masa pandemi bagi Para guru agar mereka memahami seperti apa pentingnya tetap bugar dimasa pandemi., (2) Segi perilaku, masih banyak teman-teman guru yang belum bisa melakukan aktivitas fisik dirumah selama masa pandemi.. Para Guru belum mampu dan paham tentang pentingnya aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan di rumah selama masa pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan mitra pendamping. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) pandangan mengenai aktivitas fisik selama masa pandemi bagi Para guru telah memahami seperti apa pentingnya tetap bugar dimasa pandemi. Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat adalah Untuk memperkenalkan tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain tenis lapangan. Untuk mengetahui antusias dan respons atlet dan pelatih dalam pelatihan  sehingga mereka menyadari akan pentingnya mengetahui manfaat dari melakukan tes dan pengukuran. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pelatih dalam memahami tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain tenis lapangan.  Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, jenis-jenis hasil yang dihasilkan adalah: 1). Peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan pemahaman lebih baik tentang tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain tenis lapangan. 2) Dapat meningkatkan motivasi  dan manfaat bagi atlet maupun pelatih dalam pelatihan. 3) Dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pengambil kebijakan agar senantiasa memperhatikan dan mengembangkan pelatihan tes dan pengukuran keterampilan bermain tenis lapangan dikalangan klub-klub petenis-petenis lapangan. 4) Menjadi masukan bagi pengurus team tenis lapangan dan pelatih agar mengadakan pelatihan tes dan pengukuran. Tes adalah suatu instrument yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan suatu informasi tentang individu atau objek-objek. Lebih lanjut menurut Suharsimi Arikunto (1995:51) yang dikutip oleh Nurhasan (2000:2) pengertian mengenai tes: Tes adalah merupakan suatu alat atau prosedur yang digunakan untuk mengetahui atau mengukur sesuatu dalam dengan cara dan aturan-aturan yang sudah ditentukan. Tes dan pengukuran membantu seorang pelatih untuk memberikan penilaian kepada atlet dan  melihat perkembangan atlet. Dari hasil tes dan pengukuran ini pelatih dapat melihat kelebihan-kelebihan maupun kekurangan-kekurangan atlet mengenai teknik-teknik yang telah diberikannya, sehingga pelatih dapat mempersiapkan suatu program latihan yang sesuai dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Hal ini bertujuan agar tes tersebut benar-benar dapat menggambarkan kemampuan atlet dalam permainan tenis lapangan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of self-confidence and achievement motivation of Petanque in South Sulawesi. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with correlational method. The object of this research is all petanque athletes in South Sulawesi Province. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire about self-confidence and achievement motivation of athletes. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive test. The results showed that the South Sulawesi petanque athletes had self-confidence in the high category and achievement motivation was in the medium category. the results of hypothesis testing there is a relationship between self-confidence and motivation to achieve, from the resulting significance value of 0.012 <0.05, which means there is a significant relationship. It can be concluded that the level of self-confidence with the motivation of Petanque Athletes in South Sulawesi has a significant relationship.

Abstract

Pangkep archery athletes have competed in Pre Porprov to go to Porprov Sinjai in 2022; based on the results of an evaluation that has been carried out by researchers, that mentality which includes an athlete's anxiety, is very important to note because it has a significant impact on the athlete's achievement, things that must also be considered in addition to Athlete anxiety is an athlete's physical condition itself because the combination of the suitable mental and reasonable physical is an achievement. In archery, the physical component that supports is the strength of the arm muscles because the arm is the main foundation for aiming at a target. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and also correlation and regression tests. Based on the results of a study that has been carried out that there is a significant relationship between anxiety and arm muscle strength (58%) and shows that the anxiety level of Pangkep archery athletes is in the moderate category, as many as 13 athletes (43.3%) and arm muscle strength is in the middle class. Twenty-seven athletes (90%). The conclusion is that the anxiety level of Pangkep archery athletes is in the medium category, and the arm muscle strength of Pangkep, archery athletes, is in the moderate type, which affects the performance of Pangkep archery athletes to compete in Porporv Sinjai in 2022.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of aerobic heart rate zone physical activity on the systolic and diastolic systems. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental approach (Pretest-posttest one group design). The sample in this study amounted to 10 samples selected through the purposive sampling technique: data collection techniques using systolic and diastolic measurement tests. At the same time, the treatment given is in the form of aerobic heart rate zone physical activity. Hypothesis testing using paired T-test or influence test. The results of the hypothesis testing the effect of aerobic heart rate zone physical activity on systole obtained a significant value of 0.023, which is smaller than 0.05. Furthermore, the average value before treatment was 128.4000, and after treatment was 125.0000. So it can be concluded that aerobic heart rate zone physical activity has a significant effect on systole. The results of the hypothesis testing the impact of aerobic heart rate zone physical activity on diastole obtained a substantial value of 0.004, which is smaller than 0.05. Furthermore, the average value before treatment was 82,5000, and after treatment was 79.5000. So it can be concluded that aerobic heart rate zone physical activity has a significant effect on diastole.
