Abstract

This study aims to develop motion analysis using kinovea software. The research method used is research and development of the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) and evaluation. The sample used was 30 students of the STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan volleyball student activity unit (UKM). The results showed that this training model was valid, practical, and effective. Validity: expert judgment for the material score is 3.95, and expert judgment media produces an average score of 3.95, both in the valid category. Practical: the average response to the small-scale questionnaire was 3.71 (good), the average response to the small group trial questionnaire was 3.84 (good), and the average response to the field trial questionnaire was 3.51 (good). Effectiveness: n-gain test value 0.56 (medium). It can be concluded that the application of the Kinovea software to analyze the basic spike technique in volleyball has a significant contribution.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the relationship and influence between following movement (FM) and Movement Technic (MT) variables on general performance (GP) performances conducted by participants in virtual gymnastics competitions (n=361) organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports during the pandemic in 2020. Research is conducted through quantitative approaches, descriptive analysis and linear regression hypothesis tests to determine the relationships and influences between these variables. Statistical analysis conducted resulted in significant relationship findings and forces between independent FM, and MT, variables on GP dependent variables. The study concluded a strong p.977 positive relationship between variables in the influence of ability to follow movements on general appearance and a negative .987 negative relationship between motion techniques and public appearance in assessing virtual exercise competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects or benefits of increasing agility in the traditional sport of Gobak Sodor with the Essential Agility Drills method on STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan students. This study used a True Experiment Design with the division of the experimental group being given treatment and the control group not being given any treatment. This study used a sample involving 60 students (30 experiments, 30 controls). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The test instrument used to measure agility was the zig-zag run test as a pretest and posttest for the two groups to know the differences in their agility. The t-test analysis showed a Sig value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference in the two groups, but the experimental group was superior to the control group with a percentage increase of 9.76%, while the control group had a smaller percentage than the experimental group, namely 1 0.02% means 9.76%> 1.02%, which means that the experimental group has a higher rate of increase compared to the control group, meaning that the Essential Agility Drill training method is very influential on agility in the traditional sport of Gobak Sodor.

Abstract

Flexibility is a movement which the muscles are flexed (lengthened) with maximum joint motion without any significant pain. In aerobic exercise, flexibility is needed for motion and to avoid the risk of injury. The flexibility or flexibility of each person is different, therefore it can be trained with the flexibility training method, namely the bridge with leg reach exercise. This study aims to determine the effect of bridge training with leg reach flexibility. This study used the pre-post test method. Sample in this study was carried out on gymnastic participants at the Kaduagung Aerobic Club (KAC). Prior to data collection, the sample was given instructions to perform the sit and reach test flexibility test instrument. After doing the bridge with leg reach exercise for 16 meetings the sample was again retrieved through the sit and reach test flexibility test. The research resultsobtained test data then carried out the pre-post test normality test and then the results of the test data paired sample T-Test. The results of the study before the sample were given treatment the average value obtained was 2 cm, while after doing the stretching exercise the bridge with leg reach for 16 meetings showed 8.1 cm. The results of the paired sample T-Test data obtained showed the pre-test and post-test results on the flexibility test, the result was the Asymp value. Sig. (2tailed) which is equal to 0,000, smaller than α = 0.05. This result is smaller than α = 0.05, so the research data is significant.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the modification of the rubber aids increases the ability to pass under the volleyball extracurricular members of the One Roof Patala Junior High School, using the RnD from Borg and Gall. The sample in this research amounted to 20 people, which began with giving instructions to perform the pretest. After that, he was given a volleyball underpass exercise model with rubber modifications for 14 times, then his under-passing skills were again tested. The results of the study obtained test, then performed the pre-post test normality test and paired sample T-test data. The results of the study before the sample were given treatment, the average value of the treatment group was 11.20 and the control group was 8.90, while after being given the training model the results of the treatment group were 16.50 and the control group was 8.90. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test treatment class data obtained show that the pre-test and post-test results on the Braddy Volley Ball Test obtained Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed), which is equal to 0,000, less than α = 0.05. This result is smaller than α = 0.05, so the research data is significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Uphill and Rubber training method in increasing students’ sprint running speed.This research is using experimental method. The study population was 64 students of MTs Riyadul Badiah grade IX. The sample was determined as many as 64 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling, by taking samples from members of the population that was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. The instrument used was a sprint assessment format. Data analysis using t test. The result showed that the application of the up hill training method had a better effect than the rubber training method in increasing the sprint running speed of students in class IX MTS Riyadul Badiah Karangkancana.

Abstract

Kick exercise model of pencak silat aims to research and develop kick skills in pencak silat. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) development research method from Borg and Gall. The sample used in this study were 20 members of the extracurricular pencak silat PBSS SMKN 1 Kuningan. In this research and development, a software-based kick exercise model of pencak silat is produced in the form of a validated, tested and improved kick exercise model of pencak silat. The final product of kick exercise model of pencak silat video consists of various kick exercise model of pencak silat without tools, using tools, and a combination of tools. The results of this research and development are data about the value of the pretest and posttest with, using the SPSS 22.0 for Windows program with a significant level of 0.05, there is evidence that a significant increase is shown in the results of pretest and posttest data testing, there is a difference between before and after the treatment kick exercise model of pencak silat. Based on these results it can be concluded that the kick exercise model of pencak silat can be applied in the training process as well as being the output product of kick exercise model of pencak silat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ABC Running Drill using Training Mask on increasing Vo2max Android-based. From the research objective, the researcher used the Pretest-Posttest Experiment Design. The research method used is the research and development (RnD) model from Borg and Gall. Population this research is beginner athletes, members of the Unit Kegiatan Mahasiwa (UKM) Track and Field STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan totaling 10 people, the sampling technique uses total sampling technique. The research test instrument used to collect data is the 2400 Meter run test (Cooper Test). After getting the data and obtaining it then the data is input into the system to be used as a database on the application, the android application can be downloaded link bit.ly/PDPDickyReva. To analyze the research data using SPSS Version 26, the results of the processing of the Hypothesis Test using the Pearson formula obtained the following data: There is a significant effect after the ABC Running Drill training process using the Training Mask (sig.) 0.00 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the ABC Running exercise Drill using a Training Mask has a significant effect on increasing vo2max in Track and Field UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a play-based learning model for basic volleyball techniques and to assess the effectiveness of the volleyball basic technique learning through the approach in improving the learning outcomes on volleyball subject in the juniour high school. The research type was research and development which adopted the 10-step theory of Borg and Gall.. This study used both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The study designed employed a pretest-posttest control group design to determine the initial abilities of the experimental group and the control group. The significant test of the effectiveness of the basic technique according to play-based volleyball learning model waas rigidly determined by using the t-test. Prior to data analysis, the results of the increase in the experimental group and the control group (n = 40) in the volleyball basics technique were tested for normality using the real level = 0.05.. The results of this study indicate a significant value for the experimental group data of 0.13 and the control group data of 0.09. Because the significant value of the two groups is greater than 0.05, the overall data for the study group is normally distributed. The effectiveness test of the basic techniques of volleyball used the t-test with t count 10.524 and t table 2.024. Accordingly, the basic volleyball techniques of the experimental group was more effective than that of the control group. Junior high school students are thus given an effective and efficient play-based model for learning fundamental volleyball skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Metode Latihan Bor dan Akurasi Smash pada Bulu Tangkis di Klub Bulutangkis PB Sanggar Riang Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest – Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet PB Sanggar Riang Badminton Club Kuningan yang berjumlah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Jadi sampel yang diambil adalah 10 orang. Alasan mengapa 10 orang adalah karena akan lebih efektif dengan ukuran sampel yang lebih kecil dan populasi yang lebih homogen. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes ketepatan smash yang telah ditentukan (PB PBSI 2006). Hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis data uji awal (pretest) dengan hasil untuk metode drill training dengan rata-rata (mean) sebesar 25,50 dan standar deviasi sebesar 3,923. Setelah dilakukan perlakuan dan analisis terhadap data akhir (posttest) hasil metode drill training dengan mean 29,20 dan standar deviasi 1,874. Artinya hasil tes akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode latihan drill dapat meningkatkan akurasi pukulan smash dalam bulutangkis.
