Abstract

This study investigated the role of WWF in dealing with the trade of tigers in China. This study also describes in tiger trade conditions in China. WWF as one of the world's leading independent conservation organizations, which are committed to environmental protection in the world. WWF has made a lot of changes to work with the community and government influence, in China. WWF has been monitoring the tiger trade. WWF also tries to connect and engage all stakeholders in addressing the tiger trade is happening in China . Training and education for the community and also the actors involved in involved in the trade and use of tiger . Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss about the imppact of ACFTA cooperation toIndonesian rubber exports to China. This research will cofus on analysing the ASEAN-Chinafree trade agreement and their effect on the economy of Indonesian especially Indonsiandomestic industry. This research was analysed by using integration theory. Background ofthis economic integration theory was explained by Bela Balasa. The results of this research isto find out the impact of ACFTA cooperation exports rubber to China in 2010-2011.Wherethere has been a decline in Indonesian rubber exports to China. Additionally to find outaction of indonesian government to protecting Indonesian rubber industry. Abstract

This research was conducted to explain what Motivated Syria retake the Golan Heightsfrom Israel . Political situation in the Middle East is an issue that is very interesting to studybecause of frequent konflik.Salah only is the conflict between Syria and Israel . The conflictbetween the two sovereign States of this stems from the Israeli occupation of the Golan Heightsin the Six-Day War in 1967 .In this research the authors obtain and collect data through research Librarianship (library research ) derived from the sources of literature ( books ) , magazines , newspapers ,articles from scientific journals and published - written publications that support data collectionto explain what motivated syria retake the Golan Heights from israel . The theory is that theauthors use Geopolitics Theory , supported by the concept of national interest .After the war , Israel seized the Golan Heights from Syria . Israel apply the law ofjurisdiction in the Golan Heights . The conquest of the Golan Heights to Syria is everything , it isbecause the condition of the Golan Heights region has a special topography . In addition to theeconomic potential and natural resources in the high plateau region of the Golan , Golan alsogives the value of defense and security for those who master it . Abstract

This research will examine to found what is Japanese interests to cooperate with Tiongkok in an economic policy that created by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is the call with Abenomics.this research an aim to xplain economic policy of Shinzo Abe. This research was conducted by using the method of research literature where the data and information obtained from sources that are relevant to this research problem.This research uses liberalism perspective to analyze the interests of Japan and Japan's efforts to improve its alliance with Tiongkok. The theory used in this research is the economic theory of Keynes pointed out that called Keynesian liberalization. The studies discussed in this research is the study of international political economy.The results of this study illustrate Japan needs Tiongkok as a means to prop up the economy after the deflation that occurred in 2011 were caused by the tsunami disaster that damages parts of Japan. As for Japan's economic policy with regard to choosing Japan chose Tiongkok because Tiongkok is one country that has the largest economy and influential in the world.Japan also wants to improve its alliance with Tiongkok worsened, due to historical facto and disputes. Abstract

This research explain about Austrlia’s motive implemented securitization policy toward Irregullar Maritime Arrivals. For many years, the number of Irregullar Maritime Arrivals have been increased in Australia. This research is aimed to explain the reasons of Australia implemented those policies to against Irregullar Maritime Arrivals which known as Pacific Solution. This reasearch theoretically has built with neo-realism perspective on International Relations and supported by securitization theories, and also the concept of non-traditional security. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is Australia policy towards Irregullar maritime Arrivals in the year of 2001 until 2008. This result shows that the reasons of Australia implementated Pacific Solution are Australia worried about people smuggling, the issue of Islamophobia , and various acts of criminality arising from Irregullar Maritime Arrivals. Abstract

This research explain about the role of United Nations Children fund (UNICE)F in preventing child marriage in India. Child Marriage has been part of the fabric social community. This research focus on program that had been made against child marriage.One of Human Right’s issues is Child marriage was appointed writer. Child Marriage is one of part of the Human Right’s issues is being in the spotlight, both in the national and international community. Marriage before the age of 18 is a fundamental human rights violation. Child Marriage has a devastating impact on girls, such as limitless education, limited employment prospects, live in poverty and experience domestic violence. This research theoretically has built with pluralism perspective on International Relations and supported by international organization theories, and also the concept of the role.Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is about UNICEF’s role to control child marriage in India. Researcher has formulated an answer-hypothesis which reveals the fact that the role of UNICEF against child marriage in India is helping India Goverment in social, education, and law. Abstract

This research explains about China’s rare earths export restriction to United States in 2012. Rare earth minerals or rare earth elements is one of the unrenewable natural resources and became important components for high-tech products in 21st century’s life. China became a leader in rare earth industry and has control over 90 percent of global’s rare earths supply and production. However, Chinese Government start to restrict rare earths export and use this leverage as a economic instrument that affects the importer countries that depends on its supply, such as United States. The reasons behind export restriction was based on environmental problems, to fullfil increasing domestic demands and to sustain it’s unrenewable resources. The sources that is used on this research are obtained trought the books, journals, reports, documents, websites, online media, and also earlier related researches. This research use nation-state as the analysis level with international political economy, national interest and rational model concepts. This research is intended to assessing China’s rare earths policy implications to the United States’ high-tech products, economic, political, and national security situations. As the implications of this policy, United States worries about its domestic rare earth shortages could affect its national interest and sued Chinese Government to World Trade Organization due to unfair China’s export restriction and monopoly.Keywords : Rare Earths, Export Restriction Policy, China, United States, International Political Economy

Abstract

This research aims to determine the reason of India amendment the regulation of domestic support demanded which set out in the WTO Agreement on Agriculture. The domestic support regulation in Agreement on Agriculture regulates the limits of Member's domestic support spending, known as de minimis. The de minimis for developed countries are 5% of the total production of agricultural product, while de minimis of developing countries are 10% of the total production of agricultural product.This research focus on the interest of India demanded a change in the domestic support regulation in Agreement on Agriculture by describing the food security condition and food subsidy programs in India . This research analyzes the interest of India related to the regulations of domestic support of agricultural products using rational choice theory of Stephen M. Walt.India has enactment the National Food Security Act on September 12th 2013 with US $ 21 billion of estimated cost to providing subsidized food for 800 million poor and hungry people.. A very large estimated cost of food subsidy program feared would exceed the 10% of de minimis. The demanded of India ended with the approval of the four year - Peace Clause as an interim mechanism in relation to the flexibility of developing countries in implementing the food subsidy program until a permanent solution is found on Ministerial Conference in 2017.Keywords: Food Security, domestic support, de minimis, Agreement on Agriculture, National Food Security Act.

Abstract

Most of the Europen countries has been cautiously observing the contraction of the Greek system which is closely tied to their own economies. It has capture the attention of the world and continued to send warning signs to countries about system of the governance and public finance. Thus, the case of the Greek crisis has been an good example of how bad management of public finances, Regional Institutions, and domestic politics condition can lead to an economic catastrophe. This research is aimed to explain the failure of Greece on overcoming the debt crisis and also its failure using the bailout aid from European Union.This research theoretically has built with rasionalism perspectives on International Relations and supported by Complex Interdepence theories, and also the concept of Diplomatic Bailout in International Politcal-economy. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is Greece’s Failure applying the bailout aid from European Union on overcoming its economic crisis.Researcher has formulated an answered-hypothesis which reveals the facts that Greece failure is caused by the complexity of the bailout itself. The complexity came from first, high level of financial interest of European Union to overcome its financial stability than the Greece financial interest itself. Second, the domestic politics condition in Greece and the third is the gap between intergovernmental aspects and national sovereignty within Euro-zone States after crisis.Keywords: European Crisis, Greece Debt Crisis, Greece, European Union, Bailout.
