Abstract

The Novel Corona Virus COVID-19 made a huge impact in most private and government institutions with regards to their Human Resource Management Practices, especially in terms of how employees will work during the time of the pandemic. As per the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 Philippines there is a need to observe Social Distance and proper quarantine protocol to avoid from the infections of the widespread virus. The Civil Service Commission Philippines and the other government agencies release a memorandum on the operational process of manpower during the pandemic situations. As a result of their discussion they have come-up with a new approach with regards to operational procedures on Human Resources. Most of the Human Resource Management Officer arranged a Work From Home Scheme while others on a 50% capacity of manpower to report for work depending on the quarantine protocol set by regions or provinces. New Best Practices will be applied in the coming New Nor-mal in terms of Human Resources Management Approach.

Abstract

Amidst the current pandemic situation right now, the Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education are facing a lot of challenges that will take place this coming opening of classes, and part of their initiative is to adopt the mode of flexible learning. In the case of other Higher Education and other educational sectors which caters to practical and situation cases either scientific or technical ap-proaches in facing the real-time situation. The Researcher is propos-ing a new alternative flexible learning that will ease up the situations of the current pandemic in all education levels, which is the integra-tion of Virtual Reality, of AR learning content as part of the educa-tional authoring tools, a web-based platform for the development of Augmented content, the distribution of which is accomplished through standardized Learning Management Systems (LMS) using SCORM packages library,. Furthermore, a collaborative framework solves the problem of standard integration of Augmented and Virtual Reality applications in education offering a distributed framework which is the Learning Management System platform, (Barbadillo, Barnera, Goñi, & Sánchez, 2014). Upon the implementation of this in-teractive and immersive technology platforms, higher-order thinking or critical thinking skills will develop further.

Abstract

Today’s climate is unpredictable there are so many natural calamities which took place in our country which is the Philippines, two weeks ago because of the sudden changes of the weather in the Province of Zambales, the Philippines a strong tornado hits the town of Cas-tillejos, Zambales which some of the electrical wirings were severely damaged because of the sudden change of the climate. The researcher is thinking of implementing a home gardening to each Municipality in our Province. By doing this it can help lessen the pollution in the air and it will help heal our Ozone Layer faster. The empirical evidence for the benefits of gardening and the advocate of the development and testing of socio-ecological models of community resilience through the impact of community gardens, especially in urban areas is highly effective (Okvat & Zautra, 2011). As lessening the air pollution will have a greater impact on our Ozone Layer no to deplete but it will heal the would faster. The present study revealed that local experiences in the face of climate change adaptation have merits that need special consideration (Anik & Khan, 2012). Also, the Researcher will imple-ment this project in the Municipality of Subic, Zambales.

Abstract

The Novel Corona Virus has greatly made an impact in the global community and including business sectorial group. Sectoral business establishments were temporarily closed because of the strict quarantine protocol set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID 19. Classes and Work were also suspended that is why we are experiencing delays in all transactions. The virus has shifted our global workforce into a cloud-based or virtual-based transaction because there are regulations that we need to follow regardless if that is private and public offices. Most of them used technological platform like Google Suites which includes office application and virtual transactions that will help our economy boost up.

It is very difficult to do research, data gathering specially If the data has not been stored in a cabinet or any repository properly, especially if it is being a decade or a century ago. This study will help store all the primary sources in a central database using digital technology, this approach the sociologist and historian can retrieve it easily.

Abstract

Emerging Technology Trends in Education is defined as those technologies that represent new and significant developments in the field like the Internet of Things (IoT), Education 4.0 which uses the Blending Learning, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality. In this time of Pandemic there are lots of challenges encountered like we cannot conduct a face to face classroom instruction and even the simulation of activities. Educational courses that require laboratory of simulation of activities is the biggest challenges because students are having hard time in understanding the practical real-time applications. In this time of Pandemic the evolution of Emerging Trends in Education helps a lot because it’s characteristics to adopt the requirements as required by the Inter-Agency Task Force on COVID-19 (IATF.)The purpose of the study is to help and strengthen the role of the Emerging Trends in our Education amidst the Pandemic and to help our Educational Sector boost up the level of education in the new Normal Approach and schools will be able to adapt these emerging technologies specially in this time of a pandemic. In conclusion Emerging Trends plays a vital role because majority of the educational sector are now using Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in their practical laboratory exercises while at home.
