Abstract

Abstrak Dalam pandemik COVID-19 ini, komunikasi merupakan sebuah langkah penting guna menyampaikan informasi yang dibutuhkan seseorang ataupun masyarakat. Pemberitaan COVID-19 di tayangkan di media sosial. Kasus terkonfirmasi di Kota Semarang sebesar 30.027 kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan informasi COVID-19 pada media sosial terhadap pengetauan, sikap dan perilaku masyarakat di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi obeservasional analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah warga semarang yang memiliki media sosial dengan rentang usia 15-65 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pesan di media sosial dengan pengetahuan responden (p=0,204). Tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pesan di media sosial dengan sikap responden (P=0,155). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pesan di media sosial dengan perilaku responden. Pemberian informasi yang valid, sepesifik, dan terpercaya pada media sosial dapat meningkatkan perilaku usaha pecegahan terhadap COVID-19. Abstract In this COVID-19 pandemic, communication is an important step to convey the information that a person or society needs. News of COVID-19 is broadcast in social media. Confirmed cases in the city of Semarang are 30,027 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of COVID-19 information on social media to knowledge, attitudes and behavior of people in Semarang City. This study uses an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample is Semarang residents who have social media with an age range of 15-65 years. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between the quality of messages on social media and respondents' knowledge (p = 0.204). There is no significant relationship between the quality of messages on social media with the attitude of the respondents (p=0.155). There is a significant relationship between the quality of messages on social media and the behavior of respondents. Providing valid, specific, and reliable information on social media can improve the behavior of prevention efforts against COVID-19. Keyword: Social media, COVID-19, Behavior

Abstract

Indonesia mulai melakukan vaksinasi pada 13 Januari 2021 secara gratis bagi seluruh masyarakat. Kota Semarang sebagai salah satu episentrum penyebaran COVID-19 di Jawa Tengah ikut memulai program vaksinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerimaan masyarakat Kota Semarang terhadap Vaksin COVID-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat pengguna internet di Kota Semarang dengan rentang usia 18-59 tahun yang bersedia menjadi responden. Responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang. Data responden dikumpulkan melalui angket yang disebar secara daring melalui google form pada 10 Januari – 10 Februari 2021. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa, dari 12 pernyataan seputar penerimaan masyarakat Kota Semarang terhadap Vaksin Covid-19, sebanyak 9 penyataan direspon secara negatif. Diantaranya: keamanan dan efektivitas vaksin, kehalalan vaksin, virus mampu hilang dengan sendirinya, virus merupakan produk propaganda, dan kemampuan pemerintah mengatasi pandemi. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa edukasi terhadap masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan mengingat konsensus penerimaan (Receiving/Attending) merupakan tahapan selanjutnya dari pengetahuan (knowledge).

Abstract

Risiko terhadap kesehatan wisatawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup dan perilaku wisatawan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kesehatan pada wisatawan di kawasan Candi Borobudur Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunanakan desain Cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan domestik yang berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur yang berusia > 17 tahun sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan karakteristik wisatawan domestik sebagian besar berusia <30 tahun sebesar 64%, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan sebesar 71%, dan sebagian besar berasal dari Pulau Jawa sebesar 83%, faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kesehatan wisatawan adalah pendidikan wisatawan dengan p-value 0,000, pengetahuan wisatawan dengan p-value 0,000, sikap wisatawan dengan p-value 0,000 dan budaya masyarakat sekitar p-value 0,000, faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku kesehatan wisatawan adalah kepemilikan asuransi dengan p-value 0,097. Sedangkan faktor yang yang paling berpengaruh adalah budaya masyarakat sekitar dengan OR 64,264. Disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap wisatawan serta budaya masyarakat sekitar berhubungan dengan perilaku keseahtan wisatawan, sedangkan kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku wisatawan.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) menjadi tantangan dunia kesehatan saat ini. Kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia masih menunjukkan tren peningkatan setiap harinya. Kota Semarang sebagai pusat pemerintahan Jawa Tengah memiliki jumlah kasus COVID-19 terbanyak dengan total 24.660 kasus dan 1.957 kasus kematian. Penularan COVID-19 paling memungkinkan terjadi pada pekerja di sektor umum salah satunya pedagang pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada pedagang di Pasar Sampangan, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi obeservasional analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang di Pasar Sampangan yang berjumlah 210 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 53 orang Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku penerapan protocol kesehatan (p=0,01) serta ada hubungan antara sikap dan perilaku penerapan protocol kesehatan pedagang di Pasar Sampangan (p=0,014). Pemberian pengetahuan yang valid dan komperhensif dari Petugas Kesehatan dapat meningkatkan perilaku penerapan protocol kesehatan pada pedagang di Pasar Sampangan.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutritional problem identified by a shorter than normal. Children who suffer from stunting are more susceptible to infectious diseases, and as adults are at risk for degenerative diseases.The prevalence of stunting in Klaten Regency has increased. In 2021 the prevalence of stunting in Klaten Regency is 8.9%, while in 2022 it is 9.3%. One of the government policies to overcome stunting is to increase the efficiency of the food and nutrition information system. Methods to increase public awareness regarding stunting and improvement of under-five nutrition include: observation of village potential, seminars and discussions. The target of community service activities is the PKK community in Polanharjo District, Klaten Regency. Based on the post test results, it was found that there was a significant increase in participants' knowledge, namely 41%, in understanding the risk factors that cause stunting. By knowing and understanding stunting information, the community can apply stunting prevention behavior properly, through the supervision of cadres and health workers in their area.

Abstract

Background: Learning From Home (BDR) policy since 2019 in controlling the transmission of Covid-19 in Indonesia is suspected to be able to cause children to be limited in getting stimulation for partnerships that should be built between parents, the community, and teachers. Forty percent of preschoolers are prone to social development problems. Researchers intend to know the implementation of BDR as a determinant of social development problems of preschool-age children (5-6 years). Methods: The study design of this research was analytically observational with a cross-sectional approach. The variables include the implementation of BDR, the mother’s education, the child’s gender, the child’s nutritional status, and the child’s social development. The instrument used is Denver II. The sampling method used a simple random sampling technique with as many as 113 samples. Data analysis was performed in a bivariable manner, with a chi-square test. Results: This study showed that the implementation of BDR was related to the problem of children’s social development (p-value = 0.012, OR = 1.639, 95% CI = 1.16-2.31). Mother’s education is related to children’s social development problems (p-value = 0.045, OR = 2.227, 95% CI = 1.93-5.3). Conclusion: Online BDR is a determinant of social development problems aged 5-6 years. The community and government need to anticipate problems that can occur through early detection of developments so that they can be overcome as early as possible. Parents should be involved in online BDR assistance to manage screen duration following safety standards for health.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, social media has become one of the ways to convey information quickly with internet technology. Of the many uses of social media in obtaining information about COVID-19. Of course, not all are accurate. There are many hoaxes or fake news, while on the other hand, the news happened according to the facts. Confirmed cases found in Semarang City were 88,014 cases with a death toll of 4,460 people. This study aims to find out how to receive information about COVID-19 on social media in the community of Semarang City. This study uses an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design conducted in June-July 2021. The research sample is Semarang residents who have social media with an age range of 15-65 years. The results showed that 68% of respondents believed in information related to COVID-19 on social media. 80% can distinguish hoaxes from true information related to COVID-19 from social media. 71% of respondents confirmed the truth of the news obtained about COVID-19 from Social media. Some respondents believe in the information on social media WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and Telegram. So growing digital literacy skills are expected to help the government overcome the issue of corona hoaxes and vaccines that are still emerging. The improved critical way of thinking is expected to be the countermeasure.

Abstract

Background: Social media is one of the fastest ways to deliver information with internet technology. News of COVID-19 is broadcast on various media, one of which is social media. The city of Semarang is in the first place with the largest number of cases in Central Java Province with 95.176. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of COVID-19 information on social media and public response, the relationship between public response to knowledge, and the relationship between knowledge and community behavior regarding COVID-19. Methods: This study uses an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The research sample is Semarang residents who have social media with an age range of 15-65 years. Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the quality of COVID-19 information on social media and public response (p=0,00). There is a significant relationship between public response and knowledge related to COVID-19 (p=0,022). There is a significant relationship between the knowledge and behavior of respondents (p=0,027). Conclusions: Providing valid, specific, and reliable information on social media can improve the behavior of prevention efforts against COVID-19. KEYWORDS: Social media; knowledge; behavior; COVID-19

Abstract

The concept of quality (quality) has become a reality and phenomenon in all aspects and dynamics of global society entering today's free market competition. The quality or quality of health services cannot be separated from customer or patient satisfaction. Quality health services can increase patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patient satisfaction can be used as a measure of the success of the quality of service in a health facility. Based on the preliminary study, there were complaints that were obtained from the suggestion box, in person or online about the quality of service at the Boja 1 Health Center, such as inadequate facilities and unfriendly health center staff. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service at the Boja 1 Health Center. This study used a descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design. The method used was purposive sampling by determining respondents who had conducted an examination at the Boja 1 Health Center. The results showed that almost all respondents considered the quality/quality of the Boja 1 Health Center to be good enough, while half of the respondents considered that the performance of officers based on efficiency in providing services was not good. . It is necessary to improve the quality of performance by optimizing services so as to improve the quality standards of the Boja Health Center more efficiently.

Abstract

The quality of health services is all customer expectations through continuous improvement through the processes that are carried out. Guntur I Health Center still has several obstacles including the distribution of human resources is still uneven and the pattern of staffing is not appropriate so that health efforts are less effective, as well as limited infrastructure such as inadequate buildings, inadequate medical devices. The aim of this research is to provide an overview regarding the quality of health services at the Guntur Health Center 1. Quantitative research using a descriptive observational study research design, using a cross-sectional research design approach. This research was conducted at the Guntur 1 Health Center in December 2022. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, how to collect data by interview and Google form. The results of the research on the quality of patient safety services are not good. Quality of service effectiveness of good service. The quality of patient-centered services is good. Timely service quality is good. Service efficiency is good. Fairness in serving patients is not good. Suggestions for the Puskesmas agency are expected to add health facilities and health workers must provide more effective services.
