Abstract

The purpose of this research is to learn of how far satisfaction level perceived by customers to internet banking sevice and the influence of internet banking service to customers satisfaction. The analysis outcome of customers satisfaction to internet banking system service (click BCA) shows that customers have gotten satisfaction from internet banking service by PT BCA Tbk. Regression analysis result of quality influence of internet banking service to customers satisfaction is function-y = 51,598 + 0,423 (x). This result means that if variable point (x) of internet banking service quality = 1, customers satisfaction nowadays = 52,021. This equation functions to predict if variable (x) of service quality increases, customers satisfaction will increase as well. From counting result of correlation coefficient, it can be found out that r = 0,436. It means that there is moderate and significant correlation between the quality of internet banking service and customers satisfaction. The outcome of determinant coefficient shows that the quality of internet banking service has contribution runs at 19,009% in creating customers satisfaction and the rest runs at 83,991% is influenced by other service quality such as m-banking service, BCA ATM, credit facility, BCA cash, export-import facility, foreign currency facility, and guarantee bank. Abstract

Gym is one of the sports that require a fee . Not only for health and body fitness course , fitness is also a major goal for most people in shaping the muscles of the body in order to appear ideal even slimming. From the start of a long time of exercise , eating rules , types of supplements that must have been consumed in the set by an instructor or coach . it is necessary for dietary supplements as supporters . L -Men is one type of milk beverage supplements for those who exercise . L -Men are not the only dairy brand supplements on the market . Realizing various brands of products and competition in the market , then the company will not cease promotion to establish communication with the consumer . Promotion in the L -Men do one through the electronic media , namely television . The purpose of this study was : ( 1 ) To determine ad impressions L -Men in the television version of The Shoot and brand image of L -Men . ( 2 ) Determine the effect of L -Men commercials on television to brand image among members of Fitness Diamond Tangerang . With explanative method with a quantitative approach . The results of this study to determine the benefits for the development of communication , especially in the field of advertising that is based on ethics , manners and manner of advertising in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research purpose is to design a Knowledge Management System (KMS) in Bina Nusantara IT to facilitate knowledge sharing and knowledge management dashboard view to see the development of employee knowledge achieved in KMS. The high turnover rate caused the walkout knowledge. The knowledge is not well structured so that employees often have difficulty in searching for knowledge. Methods of the research conducted by the method of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), model iterations. The next step is formulating a study literature to find references to these problems. Then do a system design in the form of UML diagrams user interface and database. The results achieved in the form of KMS-based design to support knowledge sharing among IT BINUS employees. The conclusion from this study is that spread knowledge can be identified, stored and reused. Through this system, documentation of knowledge is optimized so that it can be a solution for walkout knowledge. There are a variety of KM applications in the system, such as Blog, Wiki, Forum, and Document.

Abstract

This research aimed at determining the process of germination and growth of nutmeg seeds to obtain superior nutmeg seeds in Baolan Sub District of Tolitoli District.  The research was conducted in two stages of experiments.  The first stage involved soaking the seeds under different periods including with no soaking (A0), two hour soaking period (A1) and three hour soaking period (A2). This experiment used a Completely Randomized Design where each treatment had seven replicates. Greatest germination rate of 34.29% was found in the three hour soaking period after the seeds were allowed to sproud for six weeks.  This was significantly different from the other two treatments under which treatments the germination rate was only 26.43%. At the second stage, the soaking period treatments were combined with various growing media including T1 (soil:sand:cow manure bokashi; v/v/v), T2 (soil:sand:cow manure bokashi; v/v/2v), and T3 (soil:sand:cow manure bokashi; v/v/3v) . The experiment was arranged in a Two Factorial Randomized Block Design where each treatments had four replicates.  The average seedling height of 18.85 cm found in the A2T3 treatment 12 weeks after planting (WAP) was significantly higher than in the A1T2 and A0T1 under which treatments the heights were only 14.45 cm and 12.77 cm, respectively.
