Abstract

“Alquran is like a diamond shining over all the surface”. That is well-known quote from Muhammad Abdullah Darraz in illustrating Alquran. From that statement, it is able to be summarized that he had provided a new paradigm of Alquran through his work, Al-Naba’u Al-‘Azim, Nazratun Jadidah fi Alquran. This paper will focus on several views in his book including the meaning of Alquran, hadis al-qudsi, h}adis al-nabawi, wahyu al-nash, wahyu al-ma’na, ta’lim bi al-Ibtida’I, and ta’lim bi al-Iqrar or naskh Intiha’i. Furthermore, this paper will analyze the theory of hadis al-qudsi I h}adis al-nabawi and the consequences of classifiying Alquran, Hadis al-Qudsi, and Hadis al-Nabawi, including the role of the prophet in revelation methode. Based on Darraz’s view, Alquran is not able to be defined. The definition of Alquran which has been commonly known is only the efforts of traditional muslim scholars to approach the essential charachters of Alquran. The clearest differences among Alquran, hadis al-qudsi, and hadis al-nabawi are possible to be seen from three aspects. Those are, the way of revelation imparting (wahyu al-nash and wahyu al-ma’na), textual indication (nash syar’i), and revelation purpose (ta’abbud bi tilawatih and tahaddi (challenging). The principal philosophy of differentiating among Alquran, hadis al-qudsi, hadis al-nabawi is abridging the human to perform the religious obligation. The role of prophet Muhammad in revelation process is simply passive.

Abstract

This article discusses the existence of disability in shaping the professional attitude of the Qur'anic perspective. By preserving the story of Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum narrated in Surat 'Abasa, the Qur'an does not differentiate between normal people and those with disabilities, and not discriminate against one another. Not only acknowledging the existence of disability, the Qur'anic concept also explains how to behave and associate with them as being responsive and courteous, other dispensations that the Qur'an gives to disability. Although people with disabilities are not physically perfect, they have certain skills and skills that can be sharpened and developed, so that it can give birth to a professional attitude of work that does not see the physical.

Abstract

Salah satu hadis Nabi –hadis S|aqalain-, yang diakui shahih oleh semua ulama hadis, telah membuat umat Islam terpecah menjadi dua aliran besar, yaitu Syi‘ah dan Sunni. Perbedaan ini berimplikasi pada pemikiran hadis dari kedua aliran ini. Tulisan ini akan membahas pemikiran hadis perspektif Syi‘ah dari aspek epistemologi, meliputi sumber dan hakikat hadis perspektif Syi‘ah, metodologi kajian hadisnya, serta validitas otentisitas hadis dalam tradisi Syi‘ah. Di akhir pembahasan, penulis juga memberikan salah satu contoh hadis dari kitab hadis Syi‘ah. Ditinjau dari aspek epistemology, sumber utama hadis Syi‘ah tidak hanya dari Nabi saw semata, melainkan diperluas kepada imam-imam yang ma’shum yang berjumlah 12 imam. Metode yang digunakan Syi‘ahdalam memperoleh hadis adalah melalui jalur riwayat. Terkait hal ini, golongan Syi‘ah membagi hadis menjadi dua macam, yaitu mutawatir dan ahad. Cara yang digunkan ulama Syi‘ah dalam validitasi otentisitas hadis adalah memeriksa riwayat yang sanadnya bersambung dengan yang ma’sum, seluruh periwayat dalam sanad bersifat adil dan seluruh periwayat dalam sanad bersifat ḍabit
