Abstract

Covid-19 has harmed a variety of industries around the world, including Indonesia. Due to widespread social limitations, especially in the economic sector. Countless businesses and unemployed people have been affected by the virus's virulence. As a result, the Indonesian government does not stand silent when it comes to dealing with this issue. The PEN (National Economic Recovery) initiative is meant to help the country's economy get back on track. Because the data used comes from official sources, this research is descriptive quantitative, which means it presents the data in a methodical and comprehensive manner. This study was carried out in the banking sector, which is held by SOEs. A literature review was utilized to gather information and knowledge, which included theories, models, and concepts, in order to gain secondary data. According to the findings of this study, PEN at HIMBHARA bank has been funneled into the credit sector, both in the UMKM sector and throughout all business sectors, as well as housing loans

Abstract

The condition in Pipitan Village, which is the focus of this activity, is the Farmer Women Group "Srikandi Makmur Sejahtera" has not been established for a long time, so few activities have been carried out. Besides that, the existence of large areas of land, which are less productive. Based on these conditions, this activity aims to explore the farmer women group's potential and optimize the land by cultivating plant seeds. The results of the activities carried out are can exploring the potential of the Farmer Women Group and get productive land yields by planting plant seeds, which will get beneficial harvests

Abstract

The presence of MSMEs has an essential factor in people's lives in the realization of distribution to the community. In addition, MSMEs are a vital point for national economic development. When considering job performance, MSMEs can absorb labor, reducing unemployment and participation to help the government fight unemployment. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data Collection Methods This research was conducted by observing, interviewing, documenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Covid-19 Pandemic impacts MSMEs, especially iPhone homes. When the current impact includes: (1) iPhone home MSME income before the Covid-19 Pandemic was very stable and normal and even often increased, but due to the presence of traders, the Covid-19 Pandemic has decreased spectacularly to reach 50% or more, (2) Factors-factors that led to a decrease in the income of traders during the Covid-19 pandemic period, the desire to visit the public has decreased. Business people have several attempts to increase their income during this Pandemic by learning technology, providing exemplary service, practicing cleanliness by always complying with health protocols, and offering customer promotions and discounts

Abstract

MSME packaging is an important part of attracting sales. But on the other hand, challenges that are not easy to face by MSMEs, there are many problems and obstacles for MSMEs in developing their role in competing and distinguishing products sold from other products. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Community Service activities to overcome it. PKM activities have been carried out to MSME actors. This training on making packaging and logos uses simple design stages and relatively understands the components. There are six stages that must be done to be able to develop brand identity by creating a packaging and logo, this method stage among others. (1) recognize the characteristics of the product or the profile of one's own business; (2) Collection of information; (3) Design (4) Logo Making; (5) Testing; (6) Implementation. The methods of MSME logo making facilities are (1) providing material on logos (2) conducting product surveys, (3) determining various aspects of logo making, (4) the logo creation process which is carried out by discussing with business owners to produce product logos with product names, (5) making supporting media

Abstract

This social service discusses cross-cultural communication between the Baduy people and tourists from different cultural backgrounds. The constant meeting of people from different cultural backgrounds affects both sides. The Baduy tribe is one of the tribes that still defends itself from the influence of modernity. They live around the Kendeng Mountains, Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak and Banten Regencies. Tourists from various cultural backgrounds continue to come to visit the Baduy tribe. In a long process, the Baduy tribe has adapted to a situation where their lives are closely related to travelers. However, the proximity and intercultural communication that emerged brought change to the Baduy people, whether they realized it or not. The results of community service during Baduy observation activities and interviews obtained information from outside the Baduy, the Baduy Regional Government, tourists and researchers. Cultural differences between Baduy and tourists can be considered as a fact, and verbal and non-verbal communication is a phenomenon that can be found. This phenomenon is the result of continuous and long-lasting intercultural communication. Some of the existing obstacles change the behavior of the Baduy people
