Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan kinerja pedagogik, kondisi lingkungan, minat kerja, dan hasil belajar siswa SMK, dan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kinerja pedagogik dan kondisi lingkungan terhadap minat kerja serta dampaknya pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan proporsional random sampling, responden berjumlah 61 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan uji hipotesis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pedagogik, kondisi lingkungan, hasil belajar adalah kategori baik. Minat kerja adalah sangat baik. Hasil uji hipotesis me-nunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kinerja pedagogik maupun kondisi lingkungan dengan minat kerja. Sementara secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kinerja pedagogik, lingkungan belajar, dan minat kerja dengan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The Implementation of Dual System of Education by Civil Department of Secondary School of Technology at Construction Business. To Civil Department of Secondary School of Technology, the implementation of the dual system of education (PSG) is intended to utilize the business potentials in optimalizing the students’ potentials. This descriptive-evaluative study was designed to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the PSG, and the obstacles in implementing the program. The subjects were 20 teacher-advisors, 30 instructors, and 60 students, who were randomly sampled from the population in East Java. The results of qualitative and quantitative data analysis showed that the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the PSG were not satisfactory yet. One of the obstacles was the limited equipment and material for practical work.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to develop students’ antonomous learning and to equip lecturers with the knowledge of Project-Based Learning (PBL). Using a qualitative, participatory design, this study involved student taking final projects and lecturers supervising the students. PBL was found to be effective in helping students determine topics for projects, examine the practical and theoretical significance of the project, develop project timeline, select relevant methodology, and utilize relevant literature.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja kontraktor, konsultan perencana dapat diukur key performance indicators (KPIs)/ indikator kinerja utama (IKU). Hal tersebut, dalam upaya untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan kinerja jasa konstruksi dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Key performance indicators (KPIs)/ indikator kinerja utama (IKU) berbeda dari satu negara ke negara lain. Hal tersebut, mengacu pada kondisi pasar yang berbeda, kebijakan, strategi, budaya, hukum, dan lingkungan persaingan yang berbeda. Industri konstruksi saat ini memiliki misi layanan jasa yang berfokus pada pelanggan. Perspektif pelanggan mencakup tiga indikator, yaitu, kualitas pelayanan dan kerja, kepuasan pelanggan, dan pangsa pasar. Kualitas pelayanan dan pekerjaan menempati urutan kedua penting setelah profitabilitas. Indikator kinerja seperti kepuasan pelanggan eksternal, keamanan, efisiensi bisnis, dan efisiensi-Ketekunan perencanaan semakin menjadi penting. indikator kinerja industri kontraktor, konsultan perencana, dan konsultan pengawas, di Malang Raya, meliputi: (1) kapabilitas pelaksana dalam pekerjaan finishing, (2) penyelesaian waktu pekerjaan konstruksi, (3) manajemen pelaksana proyek yang berpengalaman, (4) keuangan dan Perpajakan, (5) produktivitas tenaga kerja, (6) pendayagunaan peralatan, (7) kualitas bahan material.Kata-kata kunci: indikator kinerja, layanan jasa, dan industri konstruksi.Abstract: Contractor performance, planner consultant can be measured key performance indicators (KPIs) / key performance indicators (IKU). The customer perspective includes three indicators, namely, service and work quality, customer satisfaction, and market share. Quality of service and occupation ranks second important after profitability. Performance indicators such as external customer satisfaction, security, business efficiency, and efficiency-Planning persistence is increasingly important. (2) completion of construction work time, (3) management of experienced project implementers, (4) finance and Taxation , (5) labor productivity, (6) utilization of equipment, (7) quality of materials.Keywords: performance indicators, services, and construction industry.

Abstract

Sertifikasi merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipunyai oleh calon tenaga kerja jasa konstruksi yang akan bekerja di pasar kerja lokal, nasional dan global secara profesional. Tujuannya: (1) mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kebutuhan kompetensi dunia industri jasa konstruksi; dan (2) mengembangkan model uji sertifikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan jasa konstruksi. Pengembangan bahan uji sertifikasi mengacu pada Regional Model of Standard Competency (RMCS). Kompetensi dikembangkan mengacu pada taksonomi Bloom, yaitu: (1) pengetahuan (2) keterampilan (skill), dan (3) affektif: etika dan sikap (attitude). Hasil analisis kebutuhan: (1) konstruksi batu bata; (2) konstruksi bowplank dan pondasi batu kali; (3) konstruksi  pelester; (4) perencanaan dan pemasangan cetakan beton dan perancah; (5) pemasangan dan pembongkaran konstruksi bekisting non konvesional; (6) konstruksi beton bertulang; (7) konstruksi jendela dan kusen pada dinding; Validasi ahli mengkaji kedalaman kontennya. Uji coba model dilakukan dengan metode fiel trial. Kesimpulan: (1) kebutuhan kompetensi, yaitu pengetahuan, dan keterampilan pemasangan elemen konstruksi bangunan gedung, yang menggunakan model (RMCS).Kata kunci: uji sertifikasi, keahlian konstruksi, RMCS

Abstract

ABSTRACTInternet has been used in various fields of life, one of which is banking. Banking activities are performed through Internet-banking. Through the internet-banking service, customers can conduct financial transactions without having to come to the bank. In this study addressed two issues namely the forms of cyber crime in the banking and jurisdiction in the law enforcement against cyber crime in banking. This research is a normative legal research. Legal materials collected through library research. In this research, legal materials were analyzed by using the description, interpretation, argumentation, evaluation and systematization.The forms of cyber crime in banking are typo site, keylogger / keystroke recorder, sniffing, brute-force attacking, deface web, email spamming, denial of service and virus, worm, trojan. Jurisdiction in the law enforcement against cyber crime in banking jurisdiction includes legislative, executive and enforcement jurisdiction. Jurisdiction specifically stipulated in Article 2 of Act of Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Banks should have an electronic security system to protect the system. The Law enforcement against cyber crime in banking requires cooperation between countries.

Abstract

Abstract: This research focused to find out level of compliance and effect of research attitude on the level of research urgency. Data analysis used simple linear regression 115 respondents. The research instrument used Likert scale from ATR to measure research attitude, Level of Research Urgensity instrument was developed. The results of analysis found significant linear relationship and effect between research attitude and level of research urgency of 56.7% and 43.3% influenced by other factors. So, that have to do further research on exploratory factors that affect level of research urgency in order to improve quality of research and accelerate study period.Abstrak: Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mengetahui secara detail tingkat pemenuhan dan pengaruh research attitude terhadap level of research urgensity dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana pada 115 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert empat poin dari ATR untuk mengukur research attitude, instrumen Level of Research Urgensity dikembangkan secara mandiri. Hasil analisis diketahui terdapat hubungan linear signifikan serta pengaruh antara research attitude dan level of research urgensity sebesar 56,7% dan 43,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Jadi, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang eksplor faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap level of research urgensity guna meningkatkan kualitas penelitian dan akselerasi masa studi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan Classroom Action Research yang bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Fisika Teknik pada Program Studi S-1 Teknik Sipil (TS) Fakultas Teknik (FT) Universiats Negeri Malang (UM). Untuk mencapai tujuan ini diterapkan strategi pembelajaran Problem Based Learning melalui Blended Learning. Dengan strategi pembelajaran ini mahasiswa akan dikondisikan untuk lebih aktif dalam belajar dan dimudahkan dalam mengakses sumberbelajar yang lebih banyak. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa semester I tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang memprogram mata kuliah Fisika Teknik, sebanyak 33 orang. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Agustus 2017 sampai dengan bulan Desember 2018. Alur penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari : Perencanaan - Pelaksanaan - Observasi – Refleksi yang dilaksanakansebanyak tiga siklus pembelajaran. Dari analisis terhadap hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan strategi pembelajaran Problem Based Learning melalui Blended Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran pada matakuliah Fisika Teknik Program Studi S-1 Teknik Sipil Universitas Negeri Malang.Kata-kata kunci: Problem Based Learning, Blended Learning, Hasil Belajar, Fisika TeknikAbstract: This research is a Classroom Action Research that aims to improve student learning outcomes and improve the learning process of Physics Engineering Course at S-1 Program of Civil Engineering (TS) Faculty of Engineering (FT) Universiats Negeri Malang (UM). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menggunakan media animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas XII TGB I SMKN 2 Probolinggo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, pada saat pra siklus menunjukkan aktivitas dikelas sebesar 39,48 persen, dengan presentase ketuntasan hanya mencapai 38 persen. Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 17,81 persen dengan aktifitas belajar siswa dari siklus I sebesar 65 persen dan siklus II sebesar 82,81 persen. Dan hasil belajar siswa juga meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 79,2 menjadi 87,9 pada siklus II dengan presntase ketuntasan sebesar 62,5 persen pada siklus I menjadi 92 persen pada siklus II. Hasil presentase tindakan guru sebesar 72,81 persen menyatakan strategi Problem Based Learning menggunakan animasi mampu memperbaiki proses pembelajaran didalam kelas, dan 89 persen guru mampu mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Kata-kata kunci: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Animasi, Hasil Belajar.Abstract: This research is a classroom action research by applying Problem Based Learning learning strategies using animation media. This study aims to improve the learning process and student learning outcomes in class XII TGB I of Probolinggo 2 Vocational High School. The method of data collection uses tests, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of observations, at pre-cycle shows the activity in the class was 39.48 percent, with the percentage of completeness reaching only 38 percent. After the action in the first cycle and the second cycle there was an increase of 17.81 percent with student learning activities from the first cycle of 65 percent and the second cycle of 82.81 percent. And student learning outcomes also increased from the first cycle of 79.2 to 87.9 in the second cycle with the completeness of the presntase of 62.5 percent in the first cycle to 92 percent in the second cycle. The results of the percentage of teacher actions amounting to 72.81 percent stated that the Problem Based Learning strategy using animation was able to improve the learning process in the classroom, and 89 percent of teachers were able to optimize the learning process. Keywords: Problem Based Learning (PBL), Animation, Learning Outcomes.
