Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-marketing with the AISAS model on investment decisions. This research using quantitative research. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 30 respondents, who had or were investing in registered Islamic Fintechs in the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, while the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach is using a data analysis technique. Data is processed using PLS 3.2.8. Based on the results of data analysis, the Attention variable has a significant effect on the Interest variable. Also, the Interest variable has a significant effect on the Search variable. Then, the Search variable has a significant effect on the Action variable, while the Action variable has not a significant effect on the Share variable. The Share variable has not a significant effect on investment decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how productive zakat in LAZ Harfa has been utilized and to see if there is an increase in revenue after receiving productive zakat assistance. This study is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the utilization of productive zakat in LAZ Harfa Banten. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and also documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the mustahik's business revenue has increased despite the little amount, but the mustahik who get the many benefits are so grateful and they can learn a lot, because in addition to obtaining business capital, mustahik are also given guidance on business and religious motivational speech, so that it is not only from an economic perspective that increased but also spirituality and worship.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat religiositas dan kinerja karyawa bank syariah x; pengaruh religiositas karyawan erhadap kierjanya. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini juga melihat bagaiamana manajer meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank syariah X yang ada dikantor pusat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi kualitaif dan kuantitaif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari wawancara dan juga data sekunder. Dalam menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan regression test, sedangkan untuk yang kualitatif menggunakan induktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; tingkat religiositas bank syariah X berada pada level yang bagus dan juga tingkat kinerja karyawan; tingkat religiositas berpengaruh sebesar 33,8 % terhadap kinerja karyawan dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh factor yang lain.Kata kunci: Religiositas, kinerja karyawan, Bank syariah, dan regresi.ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to test : (1) how the religiosity rate and workers performance in x syariah bank; (2) the influence of religiosity rate to workers performance. furthermore, this research will looking for the way how to increase workers performance. The object of this research is the workers of x syariah bank at the head office. The method of this research is the combination between quantitative and qualitative method. Using two types of data, the primer data (questionnaire, interview and observation) and the secondary data (documentation and literature). In quantitative analysis Regression test is used. Whereas for qualitative analysis, using inductive method. The result of this study show that: (1) the religiosity rate of x syariah bank workers is relatively at very religious level, Workers performance rate also relatively at very good level; (2) that there is a significant influence 33,8% between religiosity rate to performance. Whereas 66,2% performance influenced by other aspect such as culture and job environment, leadership from top management, job motivation, job satisfaction, and others.Keywords: Religiosity, performance, Islamic bank, Regression

Abstract

This research aims to test the influence of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and operating income against operating expenses return for the results on the Mudharabah deposit a public Bank Syariah 2012-2016 period. The object of this research is full-fledged Islamic Bank in Indonesia. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique so that the retrieved 9 samples of full- fledged Islamic Banks during period 2012-2016. Methods of analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression using panel data that help by using Eviews9. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously independent variable has no effect significantly to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank. While partially, FDR and the NPF has no effect significantly to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank, and BOPO has positive significantly effect to the rare of profit sharing deposito mudharaba in islamic bank.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Permasalahan yang akan diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalahbagaimana peran seorang agen asuransi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman terhadapa asuransi takaful. Dalam penelitian ini juga berusaha menjawab bagaimana sikap perilaku nasabah terhadap eksistensi asuaransi syariah. Kedua bagaimana kerja keras seorang agen asuransi syariah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Model penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil daripada penelitian ini, agen memiliki peran dalam mengakses informasi, menjaga image asuransi syariah, memberikan solusi dan konsultasi terhadapnasabah yang prospektif. Dengan begitu, pemahamanan masyarakat akan manfaat takaful akan menjadi lebih baik.Keywords: Agent Asuransi Syariah, Peran Agen asuransi syariah,pemahaman masyarakatABSTRACT. The subject matter to be discussed in this paper is how the role of an Islamic insurance agent in increasing public understanding of Takaful. In addition this paper will try to answer: how people's attitude toward the existence of Islamic insurance; and how should the efforts of an Islamic insurance agent to increase insurance awareness for the community. This paper focuses the discussion of an agent as an intermediary between the Takaful Islamic insurance company with the community. The method used in this paper is to study literature (Library Research), namely by rethinking simultaneously collects some writing and previous research results related to the presence and role of thefunction of an agent. This results in writing that there are a few roles Takaful agent, such as access to information, guard the good image of Islamic insurance companies, power marketers Islamic insurance products, providing solutions and services to prospective customers as well as provide insight to the public right of Takaful.
