Abstract

Abstrak Sebagaimana yang ditekankan dalam pemasaran, manajemen, dan literatur manajemen strategis, orientasi pasar,  inovasi, dan  kreativitas pemasaran strategis dianggap secara bersama-sama memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel tersebut dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja pemasaran di handycraft Rotan pada UKM Teluk Wetan Welahan Jepara , dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda . Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa orientasi pasar , inovatif dan kreativitas pemasaran strategis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran usaha kecil menengah Rattan handycraft di Desa Teluk Wetan, Welahan, JeparaKata kunci : Orientasi Pasar , Inovasi , Kreativitas Pemasaran Strategis , Kinerja Pemasaran , Rotan Handycraft UKM                        AbstractAs it is emphasized in marketing, management, and strategic management literature,“ market orientation”, “innovativeness”, and “ creativity marketing strategic” are regarded together as having a significant impact on a marketing’s performance. The objective of this study is to find out the interrelationships of these variables and their impact on marketing performance in the Rattan’s handycraft on SME Teluk Wetan Welahan Jepara, by using Multiple Regression Analysis. Abstract

Usaha tahu Bakso telah berkembang pesat  dan semakin banyak pelaku usahanya, sehingga menimbulkan persaingan  yang ketat di daerah Ungaran. Dengan persaingan yang ketat ini tahu baxo bu Pudji harus dapat bertahan  diantara munculnya kreatifitas-kreatifitas baru dalam perluasan produk tahu bakso. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: mengetahui potret usaha tahu Baxo bu pudji Ungaran dan mengetahui sumber daya perusahaan yang dimiliki usaha tahu baxo Bu Pudji sehingga mampu bertahan hingga saat ini. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Holistic Single Case Study yaitu penelitian yang menempatkan sebuah kasus sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Jumlah unit analisis hanya satu bahkan sama sekali unit analisisnya tidak dapat dijelaskan, karena terintegrasi dengan kasusnya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana mendasarkan pada data-data yang digunakan responden atau informan kunci yaitu: Pak Pudji, Ibu Pudji, satu orang anaknya dan satu orang karyawan yang bekerja sudah lama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberanian usaha merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun kesuksesan usaha, juga didukung oleh kontrol kualitas yang dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Juga memiliki prinsip kepasrahan yang dapat menjadi pedoman seluruh stakeholder usaha itu. Kekeluargaan juga memilki makna yang sangat dalam bagi karyawan, pemilik serta pihak yang berkaitan dengan usaha maka usaha tersebut akan menemukan kesuksesan yang sangat luar biasa.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located in Wonolopo Village, Mijen District, Semarang with the target audience of herbal medicine business players. The main problem is that so far the herbal medicine business actors do not know about the importance of online marketing and promotion, especially during the covid 19 period.In the implementation of this service, the method used is counseling on how to process herbal medicine in a clean and hygienic manner as well as training on marketing and online or online promotions so that during the current covid 19 pandemic, herbal products from members of the Jamu Sumber Husodo community, Wonolopo Village are better known in the community who will later will have an impact on increasing sales.The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and training about marketing and promotion on line or online by utilizing internet media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan job burnout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kualitas kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Munir, Wisnu, Heru dan Rekan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 111 orang. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan menggunakan Skala Likert rentang 10 (1 s/d 10) dan analisis data menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modelling, yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. hasil terhadap analisis data diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, kompetensi dan job burnout secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kompetensi dan job burnout yang dimediasi oleh kualitas kerja memberi pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.This study is a quantitative study with the aim of analyzing the effect of competence and work fatigue on employee performance with work quality as an intervening variable at the Public Appraisal Service Office of Munir, Wisnu, Heru and Partners with a total of 111 respondents. Collecting data through questionnaires distributed online using a Likert Scale ranging from 10 (1 to 10) and data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling, namely Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS analysis tools version 3.2.9. The results of data analysis show that competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on work quality, competence and job burnout partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while competence and job burnout mediated by work quality have a positive and significant effect on performance employee.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang akan kami laksanakan pada UMKM di Kelurahan Dadapsari Kecamatan Semarang Utara dengan khalayak sasaran pelaku usaha yang ada di Kelurahan Dadapsari. Adapun permasalahan utama adalah selama ini belum terbentuknya KUB dan belum mengetahui tentang pentingnya strategi pemasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini Metode yang digunakan ini adalah pendampingan pembuatan KUB dan penyuluhan tentang strategi pemasaran dan Promosi sehingga produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM  Kelurahan Dadapsari Kecamatan Semarang dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya KUB dan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang pemasaran dan promosi.

Abstract

This activity has a research objective to analyze the role of brand personality variables as mediation and the independent variables negative review, visual cue, and review length on booking intention. The method used is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique, in collecting data using a questionnaire statement, the data collected is 190 respondents. The test used is descriptive analysis and also the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The results show that negative reviews, visual cues, and review length positively and significantly affect brand personality and booking intention. Furthermore, the effect of brand personality on booking intention also found positive and significant results. The results of the indirect effect show that negative reviews, visual cues, and review length through Brand personality on booking intention have a positive and significant effect, meaning that brand personality can mediate the relationship between negative reviews, visual cues, and review length on booking intention.

Abstract

The problem that occurred at PT. Propernas Griya Utama is a decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. There are still previous research results which have led to research gaps. The results of these previous studies show different findings - differences in the effect of competence, loyalty, job satisfaction on performance. This makes researchers use the work environment as an intervening variable to overcome research gaps. This research is causal (cause - effect). Data analysis uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to find solutions from the structural model. Test using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research that has been completed, the results conclude that employee performance is directly influenced by competence, loyalty, job satisfaction and work environment. Besides that, this study produced the work environment as an intervening variable with indirect effect. Based on the research that has been completed, the results conclude that employee performance is directly influenced by competence, loyalty, job satisfaction and work environment. Abstract

The Central Java Province's New Sakpole program allows for online motor vehicle tax (MVT) payments. The rationale behind selecting this item is that a growing number of taxpayers choose to pay MVT through the Office of Single Administrative System One Roof (Samsat), leaving the taxpayers who utilize this application rather rare. Furthermore, the new Sakpole app has a low rating in the Play Store and numerous comments expressing unhappiness. This study aims to analyze the impact of perceived usefulness and simplicity of use on the intention to reuse, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable in the use of New Sakpole applications. Using the purposive sampling technique, 100 respondents who have used the New Sakpole application make up the study's sample. The SmartPLS program 3.0, which operates on computer media, is used in this study to analyze data.The test's findings demonstrated that customer satisfaction was significantly and favorably impacted by perceived usefulness and convenience of use. Additional research indicates that reuse intention is significantly and favorably influenced by perceived usefulness and simplicity of use. The mediation test's findings demonstrated that customer satisfaction has the power to mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness and convenience of use and reuse intention.
