ABSTRACTThis study was conducted based on the observation of class IX student that showed low motivation and prosocial behavior. The research objective is to examine how contextual teaching and learning in social studies improves learning motivation and student’s prosocial behavior. The sample of study was 30 students taken from class IX student SMP 2 Ponjong Gunung Kidul. A scale was used to obtain the data of motivation and student’s prosocial behavior. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that the learning method CTL (contextual teaching and learning) is effective in increasing motivation to learn. The post-test mean score greater than the mean pre- test score (141.23> 121.80), with the t test -18.525 Besides, CTL method increased prosocial behavior.Keywords: CTL, motivation to learn, and prosocial behavior

ABSTRACTAccording to the research world body FAO and WHO health agencies , Enterobacteriaceae that infiltrate the powdered formula causes pain in infants , especially systemic infections such as coughs , colds , pneumonia , and diarrhea necroenterolitis severe that can interfere with growth and development and can disrupt behavior. Immune system disorders are caused by consuming milk formula . The discrepancy could be due to the reaction in the body intersection . Many of the bodys organs and systems disruption caused by an allergy to cows milk . Hypersensitivity to cows milk protein involving immune system mechanisms . Babys immune system will fight the protein contained in cows milk that early symptoms of an allergic reaction will appear . The reaction can occur due to incompatibility of materials contained in the formula such as casein ( milk protein ) , lactose , gluten or certain types of fats . Symptoms due to a mismatch of the formula may appear in fast or slow tempo , can be less than eight hours or more . Signs and symptoms of incompatibility formula or milk allergy is similar to food allergies . The disorder can affect all organs of the body , especially the digestive , skin and respiratory tract.Â Kata Kunci : Susu formula, kesehatan bayi.

ABSTRACTLeprosy is a contagious disease which causes a very complex problem. Such a problem is not only a medical aspect but also it spreads to social, economic and cultural problem and comfort. Leprosy, up till now, is still frightened by all levels of society, families and including partly paramedics and medical officials. This matter is caused by the lack ofÂ knowledge and disbelief toward leprosy. This research has a purpose to learn the relationship between the knowledge and the familiesâ responses with the healing process to the leprosy patients in the regency of Bengkalis Riau 2010. This kind of research has an analytic characteristic with the approach of cross sectional. The population in this research is all the family members of leprosy sufferers with the sample of 40 persons out of 97 persons. The method of sample selection is the cluster sample and uses chi-square analysis. The result of the research indicates that the respondentsâ knowledge is in the medium category (67.5%), the good category attitude (52.5%) and recovery process of medium category (77.5%). It is found out that there is a significant correlation between the level of knowledge and the curative process toward the leprosy sufferers (P=0.007) and there is no significant correlation between the level of attitudes and the curative process upon leprosy sufferers (P=1.000). Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â It is suggested that health officials increase the supervision and health promotion to the family members of leprosy sufferers toward leprosy, contagion, therapy and the side effects of medication and it is also expected that families will pay more attention and give moral support to the leprosy sufferers in order that they will have more self confidence and perseverance in undergoing medical treatment.Â Kata Kunci : Keluarga, penyembuhan penyakit kusta.

Sampah masih menjadi permasalahan yang serius di Sidoarjo, karena ditimbulkan oleh banyaknya penumpukkan sampah rumah tangga. Untuk itulah Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan membuat suatu program yang dianggap sebagai salah satu cara terbaik dalam mengatasi sampah rumah tangga, yaitu dengan bank sampah. Karena adanya dukungan dari pemerintah untuk mengurangi sampah dengan berbagai macam program untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk memilah sampah, sehingga terciptanya bank sampah guna merubah perilaku dan paradigma masyarakat tentang sampah, maka seluruh peran dibutuhkan dalam pelaksanaan program tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Pengelolaan Bank Sampah (Studi Di Bank Sampah “Saling Asih” Desa Larangan Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo).Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penabung sampah, pengelola bank sampah, pengepul/ pembeli sampah/ industri daur ulang, pengelolaan sampah di bank sampah, peran instansi (pemerintah dan/atau swasta) terkait bank sampah, pengepul/ pembeli sampah/ industri daur ulang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Hasil dari penelitian Implementasi Program Pengelolaan Bank Sampah (Studi Di Bank Sampah “Saling Asih” Desa Larangan Kecamatan Candi Kabupaten Sidoarjo) ini dilihat dari buku pedoman yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Tahun 2012. Standar tersebut meliputi 1) Penabung Sampah, 2) Pengelola Bank Sampah, 3) Pengepul/ Pembeli Sampah/ Industri Daur Ulang, 4) Pengelolaan Sampah Di Bank Sampah, 5) Peran Instansi (Pemerintah dan/ atau swasta) Terkait Bank Sampah, 6) Pengepul/ Pembeli Sampah/ Industri Daur Ulang. Dari keseluruh standar pengelolaan bank sampah yang telah ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia Tahun 2012 tentang Implementasi 3R Melalui Bank Sampah, Bank Sampah “Saling Asih” dalam perannya dengan nasabah, pengepul, dan instansi belum terimplementasi secara optimal. Belum optimal dikarenakan masih terdapat beberapa pelaksanaan yang belum sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan di dalam buku pedoman pengelolaan bank sampah. Community service is done by the empowerment of women fishermen by developing shell nugget in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. This activity was conducted from March to June 2018, the methods of community service are training, mentoring, and practice of making shell nugget according to the receipe of dough that flavor and hygiene, marketing management practices of packaging and labeling. It aims to create an independent and creative society in projecting their future, the family of fishermen in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency, so that they will no longer rely on local government in developing home industry business in their village. In addition, they will be able to stand on their own with potential in their area. Management system based on independence and creativity in the development of shell nugget production is still rare. Therefore, Bluru Kidul Village is expected to be a pilot village especially in the production of shell nugget in East Java in particular, and in Indonesia in general, especially for coastal villages.
