Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model leadership 3.0 untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru masih rendah, belum sesuai yang diharapkan. Di samping itu, kepemimpinan di sekolah yang dilaksanakan saat ini masih perlu peningkatan. Penelitian ini menerapkan leadership 3.0 di sekolah dasar, yang merupakan pengembangan lebih lanjut dari konsep kepemimpinan Stephen J. Sampson, yaitu Leaders without Titles yang mencakup enam aspek yakni physicality, intellectuality, emotionality, sociability, personability, dan moral ability. Enam aspek tersebut kemudian diperkaya dan diadaptasi sesuai dengan konteks di Indonesia oleh Ardhi Ridwansyah dan dikenal dengan nama Leadership 3.0, yang merupakan seni kepemimpinan horizontal yang diyakini mampu mempengaruhi orang lain tanpa mengandalkan gelar dan jabatan.Dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan, kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru-guru di sekolah tersebut. Dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang baik diharapkan guru-guru akan melakukan tugas dan kewajibannya dengan baik pula. Kepala sekolah yang menampilkan kepemimpinan dengan keteladanan yang baik, akan menjadi contoh dan panutan bagi semua warga sekolah yang bersangkutan. Dengan kepemimpinan yang baik akan menjadikan kondisi kerja yang baik, dan mendukung terciptanya mitra kerja yang baik pula. Dengan demikian maka para guru tersebut akan termotivasi untuk melaksanakan tugas dengan motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dan mereka akan memperoleh kepuasan dalam  menjalankan tugasnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Secara rinci penelitian ini untuk memperoleh jawaban terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian berikut: (1) seberapa tinggi motivasi kerja guru SD di Kabupaten Klaten, (2) seberapa tinggi kepuasan kerja guru SD di Kabupaten Klaten, (3) apakah ada perbedaan motivasi kerja guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, usia, dan masa kerja guru,  (4) apakah ada perbedaan kepuasan kerja guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, usia,  dan masa kerja guru, dan (5) apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2015 di Sekolah-Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Klaten. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan cara purposive random sampling, melibatkan 64 orang guru yang terdiri dari 18 orang guru laki-laki dan 46 orang guru perempuan. Untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuesioner, sedang analisis datanya menggunakan mean dan standar deviasi, statistik nonparametrik, dan analisis korelasi Pearson.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) sebagian besar guru SD di Kabupaten Klaten (65,625%) memiliki motivasi kerja dalam kategori sedang, (2) sebagian besar guru SD di Kabupaten Klaten (48,44%) memiliki kepuasan kerja dalam kategori sedang, (3) tidak ada perbedaan motivasi kerja guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, usia, dan masa kerja guru, (4) tidak ada  perbedaan kepuasan kerja guru ditinjau dari jenis kelamin, usia, dan masa kerja guru, dan (5) tidak ada hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru. Secara umum dapat dikatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja guru SD di Kabupaten Klaten berada dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the cultural value in Candhikala Kapuranta novel as an alternative to dehumanization settlement in IoT era. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The data source used is Candhikala Kapurantas novel by Sugiarto Sriwibawa. Data collection techniques used is the technique of referring note, while the technique of data analysis using interactive analysis techniques. Based on the research that has been done, the results of his research as follows. First, the cultural values in Candhikala Kapurantas novel include religious values and social values. Second, dehumanization in the IoT era is individualism, pornography, and intolerance. Thirdly, the cultural values contained in Candhikala Kapurantas novel as an alternative to dehumanization settlement in the IoT era.Keywords: Cultural Values, Dehumanization, Era IoT, Novel

Abstract

ABSTRAK:  Hasil uji kompetensi Pelaut Tingkat III merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Hasil proses belajar mengajar dipengaruhi banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan antara pengetahuan Kependidikan dengan hasil uji kompetensi pelaut tingkat III, (2) Hubungan antara pengetahuan evaluasi Dosen dengan hasil uji kompetensi Pelaut tingkat III, (3) Hubungan antara pengetahuan kependidikan  dan pengetahuan evalusi dengan hasil uji kompetensi pelaut tingkat III. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode survey, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, (1) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan kependidikn dosen terhadap hasil uji kompetensi,  dengan koefisien korelasi 0,653 pada alfa 0,05,  (2) terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan evaluasi dosen terhadap hasil uji kompetensi pelaut tingkat III, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,655 dengan alfa 0,05, (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan kependidikan dan pengetahuan evaluasi secara bersama sama yang signifikan terhadap hasil uji kompetensi pelaut III. Kata kunci: Hubungan pengetahuan kependidikan, evaluasi terhadap hasil uji kompetensi Pelaut tingkat III ABSTRACT: The results of the competency test Seafarers Level III is one indicator of the success of the learning process. The results of the learning process is influenced by many factors. This study aims to determine: (1) The relationship between knowledge Education with the results of the competency test sailors III level, (2) The relationship between knowledge evaluation Lecturer with the results of the competency test Seafarers Level III, (3) The relationship between science education and knowledge evaluation with test results seafarer competence level III. The study was conducted using a survey method with quantitative approach. The study concluded that, (1) there is a significant positive relationship between lecturer knowledge on the results of the competency test, with a correlation coefficient of 0,653 at alpha 0,05, (2) There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge evaluation of lecturers on the results of the competency test sailor level III, with a correlation coefficient of 0,655 with alpha 0,05, (3) There is a positive relationship between science education and knowledge evaluation with the same significant competency test sailors III.Keywords: Relationship educational knowledge, evaluation of test results Seafarers competence level III

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh  bagaimana pengaruh  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja ,  terhadap kinerja  guru  SD di wilayah kecamatan klaten selatan  kabupaten klaten  Metode  dalam penelitian ini  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey.. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah guru–guru SD Negeri  dan SD Swasta yang mengajar di wilayah Kecamatan Klaten Selatan, Kabupaten Klaten. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, metode rergresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi  Hasil penelitian yaitu ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, displin kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai determinasi 49.1%. Artinya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, displin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Korwil Pendidikan Kecamatan Klaten Selatan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 49.1% sedangkan 50.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai koefisien korelasi parsial 0.146  nilai t hitung sebesar 1.846  dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,067>0,05, maka secara parsial hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja  guru SD di Korwil Pendidikan Kecamatan Klaten Selatan ditolak.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to use quantitative research methods and causality models to investigate the proposed hypothesis of the mobile learning-based team game tournament learning model effect on the recount text writing ability: The Role of Learning Style as a Moderating Variable. The participants in this study are pupils from Kartasura's Al-Islam Junior High School. This study's sample consisted of 100 students chosen using a basic random selection procedure. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is the analytical technique employed, and it is controlled by Smart PLS application. The results show that the Team Game Tournament learning model had a substantial beneficial effect on the capacity to write recount text, and the learning style had a significant positive influence on the students' ability to write recount text. In addition, to improve the learning model for the team game tournament's recount text writing abilities, it's important to consider the learning style of each participant.

Abstract

By using CDA as a tool in the classroom, this study visually and verbally analyses the children's growth. This is based on the understanding that learning is not content-oriented, but rather about the learning process of knowledge gained. Students who can think well will be successful in life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the app implementing critical discourse analysis on early children's development in the classroom. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review using sources from the internet, books, and related research outputs. Based on the study's findings, the critical thinking structure is explicit to make clear what is to be learned in order to facilitate writing skills, systematic to provide a consistent framework for focusing on both language and context, needs-based to ensure that course objectives and content are derived from students' needs, supportive to give teachers a central role in scaffolding students' learning and creativity, and empowering to give access to the pattern and possibilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning, implementation, and supervision of learning in the 4.0 industrial revolution era at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar since early childhood education is expected to produce creative, character, competent and innovative graduates which can only be done through the creation of conducive learning conditions supported by learning management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research was carried out at one kindergarten school located in Pematangsiantar with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results showed that based on existing competencies in the 4.0 industrial revolution era, there were innovations and a number of breakthroughs produced by teachers in improving the quality of learning in the form of curriculum development and the use of information and communication technology in carrying out several approaches and learning strategies. One of the breakthroughs that has been made is video learning for early childhood. All processes of innovation and breakthroughs in the learning process are supported by the ability of teachers to implement good learning management principles.

Abstract

Multiliteracy ability is an important ability to be mastered in the Society 5.0 era where the challenges faced by humans are increasingly complex, especially in the world of education and relation to religious life. This ability can be formed and enhanced through meaningful learning activities, one of which is the integrated learning of religion and science that is planned, organized, and evaluated on an ongoing basis as implemented by the Supreme Court Darul Ulum Rejoso Jombang. Because the integration of religion and science is still rarely carried out, several questions arise, namely how to implement integrative learning of religion and science in improving students' multiliteracy skills and what factors influence it. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with the type of case study research. Data were collected utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation which were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are: 1) Integrative learning of religion and science at MA Unggulan Darul Ulum is implemented in 3 stages, namely, planning (compilation, and maturation of the syllabus and lesson plans), implementation (discussion, lectures, and demonstrations), and evaluation (daily exams). , PTS, PAS, and TA) and is also accompanied by supporting activities to improve reading, writing, conveying ideas based on religious and scientific critical thinking, and using various technological tools. 2) influencing factors, namely teachers, students, educational policies, facilities infrastructure.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the organizational structure and the efforts of the head of the madrasa to improve employee performance at the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah. This type of research has used descriptive qualitative. For data collection techniques, researchers used observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis in this study begins before being in the field, analyzing data in the field, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the characteristics of the organizational structure in the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah impacted employee performance. Characteristics of the organizational structure here using the line staff organizational structure are different from school institutions. The organizational structure at the Amanatul Ummah Pacet International Standard Madrasah impacts employee performance where the performance has a perfect communication pattern.
