Abstract

Point of Sale (POS) application in MSMEs is used as a tool for making sales. La Fresa Farm uses POS Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise 2015 application. As long as this application is implemented, users need a fairly long interaction time. Seeing these problems, tools are needed to evaluate the use of the application. In this study, the evaluation model used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM describes the ease of use and usefulness variables as the first measuring variables that affect other variables to the actual to use variable. The ease of use variable is the interaction time, which is measured using Keystroke Level Model (KLM). The usefulness variable is measured by cognitive models. In this study, there are additional variables outside the TAM model, namely self-efficacy, timeliness, and complexity. The test was carried out by the POS Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise 2015, Moka, Pawon, and Olsera applications. The KLM test results showed that the fastest time was 89.8 seconds and the results of TAM evaluation on Moka showed that the results of the actual to use variable response had a positive response, so that the interest of users using Moka was quite high.

Abstract

The Development of health management information system must compliant with the national guideline of health information exchange. This is essential to guarantee the consistency and efficient use of those medical data into medical information decisions. This paper propose a conceptual data model for ubiquitous healthcare management of pregnant lady that align with national guideline from Indonesian Ministry of Health and to ensure the continuity with the Indonesian referral system. In this research we propose the use of data modelling  based on Fully Communication Oriented Information Modelling (FCO-IM) to ensure it consistency and efficient structure design of health data modelling, historical information regarding pregnancy condition and the proposed pregnancy management application. Based on the user acceptance test (UAT) of the proposed application system with test result 88,55%, we conclude that the conceptual data models are have high quality.Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen kesehatan, kesesuaian dan kepatuhan terhadap standar pertukaran informasi medis pada suatu negara sangatlah penting. Perancangan data model yang tepat menjadi salah satu kunci utama dalam menjamin konsistensi dan efisiensi dari pemanfaatan data medis yang akan dimanfaatkan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan-keputusan medis terkait kondisi pasien. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan konseptual data model untuk manajemen kesehatan ibu dan hamil dengan mengacu pada standar dari Kementerian kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang nantinya menjadi dasar dari aplikasi sistem yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja (ubiquitas), sehingga sesuai dengan sistem rujukan nasional. Metoda yang digunakan untuk pemodelan informasi adalah Fully Communication Information Modeling (FCO-IM) untuk mendapatkan  desain system yang lebih efisien  dan terstruktur sehingga dapat memudahkan ibu hamil dalam mendapatkan data historis dari kondisi kesehatannya. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap pemanfaatan sistem hasil pengembangan dari pemodelan data yang telah dilakukan  dengan menggunakan user acceptance test, didapatkan skor 88,55%.

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah salah satu Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) di Bandung, yang melakukan pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan penyaluran sediaan farmasi. Untuk menjamin mutu pelayanan yang diberikan, PT. XYZ melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan secara berkala dengan pemilihan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja terbaik untuk diberi penghargaan atau insentif. Namun, terdapat kendala dimana penilaian dilakukan hanya secara sepihak oleh manajer, kemudian kriteria yang diterapkan belum mengacu pada standar baku, serta belum adanya pembobotan kepentingan untuk setiap kriteria yang ada, sehingga mengakibatkan tingginya subjektivitas dari proses tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini dirancang Group Decision Support System (GDSS) yang dapat membantu proses evaluasi kinerja karyawan dan proses pemilihan karyawan terbaik berdasarkan kinerja, yang dapat digunakan oleh seluruh pihak yang bersangkutan dalam proses tersebut. Pada GDSS digunakan metode Simple Analytic Network Process (ANP), dengan empat kriteria utama, yaitu kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, attitude dan karakter, serta pemanfaatan waktu kerja. GDSS Pemilihan Karyawan Berdasarkan Kinerja Terbaik ini mampu meningkatkan objektivitas dari proses penilaian kinerja karyawan, serta memudahkan pengambilan keputusan oleh manajer dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik berdasarkan kinerja, dengan nilai rata-rata User Acceptance Test (UAT) di atas 80%, dengan persentase kepuasaan tertinggi yaitu 100% pada tampilan dasbor yang bersifat informatif.

Abstract

PKK is a movement that aims to empower families to improve people's welfare. PKK has 10 main programs, consisting of Understanding and Practicing Pancasila, Gotong Royong, Food, Clothing, Housing and Housekeeping, Education and Skills, Health, Development of Cooperative Life, Environmental Sustainability, Healthy Planning. The PKK strategy to reach as many families as possible is carried out through the "Dasawisma Group", namely groups of 10 - 20 families that are living close together. The Dasawisma group has citizen data collection activities that are conducted every 6 months. Data collection is carried out using more than one form, with the similar entries. Filling the same data on different forms raises data redundancy that leads to inefficient use of time and form storage and leads to data inconsistencies. This redundancy issue also happened because there is no integration between the main data of each family member in the Kelurahan and the data for the main PKK program. Data processing that has not been integrated will make it difficult for the PKK to solve any problems that occur in its respective neighbourhood, RW (Rukun Warga) or RT (Rukun Tetangga). This research designed a web-based information system that integrates and processes the main data of family members and the data on 10 main PKK programs, and help PKK to monitor and create relevant reports for its program.PKK merupakan sebuah gerakan yang bertujuan memberdayakan keluarga untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. PKK memiliki 10 program pokok, terdiri dari: Penghayatan dan Pengamalan Pancasila, Gotong Royong, Pangan, Sandang, Perumahan dan Tata Laksana Rumah Tangga, Pendidikan dan Keterampilan, Kesehatan, Pengembangan Kehidupan Berkoperasi, Kelestarian Lingkungan Hidup, Perencanaan Sehat. Strategi PKK dalam upaya menjangkau sebanyak mungkin keluarga dilaksanakan melalui ―Kelompok Dasawisma‖, yaitu kelompok 10 – 20 KK yang tinggal berdekatan. Kelompok Dasawisma memiliki kegiatan pendataan warga yang dilakukan setiap 6 bulan sekali. Pendataan dilakukan menggunakan form yang berjumlah lebihdari satu, dengan isian yang sama. Pengisian data yang sama pada form yang berbeda menimbulkan adanya redundansi data. Rendundansi data yang terjadi menimbulkan adanya pemborosan waktu dan ruang penyimpanan form dan inkonsistensi data. Hal tersebut juga terjadi karena belum adanya integrasi data antara data utama anggota setiap keluarga di Kelurahan dengan data untuk program pokok PKK. Pengolahan data yang belum terintegrasi akan menyulitkan pihak PKK dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang terjadi di lingkungan Kelurahan, RW (Rukun Warga), maupun RT (Rukun Tetangga). Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem informasi berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan dan mengolah data utama anggota keluarga dan data 10 program pokok PKK, serta membantu PKK untuk memonitor dan membuat pelaporan untuk program-programnya.

Abstract

The wide variety of products offered by a company, combined with the consistent demands of specific products from customers, create a certain problem for the organization when they want to market a new product. Organization need information that could help them promote the most suitable product based on their customer’s characteristics. The organization also need to suggest alternative products for customer if the requested product is unavailable. In this research, we design a Recommender System that could suggest either new or alternatif products to customer based on their characteristic and transaction history. This proposed system adopts Cosine Similarity method to calculate product similarity score and Content-based Filtering to calculate customer recommendation score and used as a model for the proposed system. Subsequently, these models are used to classify customers as well as products according to their transaction behavior and consequently recommends new products more likely to be purchased by them. Based on the testing results of the proposed system, it can be concluded that the chosen methods can be utilized to recommend products and costumer of products. It is shown that Precision and Recall of product similarity scores and customer recommendation for product scores are 100% and 93.47%.

Abstract

Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requires multidisciplinary treatment that includes non-drug therapy and drug therapy. Drug related problems, the state of occurrence of a discrepancy in the achievement of the goal of therapy as a result of using drug. Therefore, drug therapy can use traditional medicine as alternative solutions because it has minimal side effects. But seen from the development of information circulating regarding traditional medicine DM-reviewed yet complete. And if the information required aspects are met then it will have a positive impact benefits in terms of medical, especially in the dissemination of information. In the midst of the development of information technology today, the role of the application can help to contribute to improve the situation is the case today. Problems that occur at this time are with the limited media collaborative applications that are in the process of delivering, distribution, and storage of existing knowledge, resulting in knowledge sharing process is inhibited. To solve these problems, this research designed a Knowledge Management System (KMS). KMS was developed with web-based technology Web.2.0. With KMS design, then the process of sharing knowledge is not only shared by every user but is collaborative with the doctor to ensure the dissemination of knowledge

Abstract

Inventories system not only could help business to run smoothly, but also to manage organization resources more efficiently. Moreover, the problem regarding inventories are stock differences, between written with the existing stock on warehouse. As a result this could cause financial losses, and if this problem continues, it will makes company's performance decline. One of the causes of stock differences is less regularly stock opname. Therefore, required a physical Inventories system that can help in classification based on the demand level and selection of priority items for the company to perform regularly stock opname. To solve these problems, this research focus to design model for grouping goods based on its handling frequency, lead time, stock opname and other crucial criteria based on company characteristic. We would developed a physical inventory information system using the ABC-Cycle Counting with classification percentage can be set dynamically. Based on data mining method on transaction of retail company the default percentages for each demand level category for A,B and C) respectively are 79,9%, 15,1% and 5%. In addition, a dashboard was developed to display information of classification based on demand level and recommendations information for checking. The results of this research found that a physical inventory recommendation system can help companies to do stock opname regularly, especially in the selection of goods to be checked according to the demand level, to reduce and prevent stock difference between written with the existing stock on warehouse.

Abstract

Culture is the intellectual, spiritual, and aesthetic development of a group of people. Indonesia has a very rich cultural diversity, one of which is folklore. Folklore is a story of the past that describes the cultural characteristics of a nation. However, the current development, the dissemination, delivery, and storage of Indonesian folklore is fading and decreasing. In fact, every knowledge in folklore has benefits that have a positive impact, especially in the dissemination or sharing of Indonesian moral values and cultural norms. In the midst of the development of information technology today, the condition of the folklore makes the role of the application to help in contributing to improve the situation that occurs from Indonesian folklore. The problem that has occurred until now is the limited application of collaborative media in the process of delivering, disseminating, and storing existing knowledge, resulting in the process of sharing knowledge being hampered. To solve these problems, in this study a Knowledge Management System (KMS) was created. This KMS was developed with web-based Web 2.0 technology. This KMS was also developed with a feature that can provide traffic information that is useful for showing information from each user activity. With this KMS, the knowledge sharing process runs effectively and the knowledge shared by each user is more collaborative and provides the development of new knowledge.

Abstract

XYZ Campus is an educational institution designed to provide quality educational services to the community. To ensure these services are carried out correctly, XYZ campus uses information technology, in this case the Academic Information System (SIA). SIA is expected to provide convenience, speed, and comfort in carrying out academic services. To ensure the proper functioning of educational services, the XYZ campus must exercise effective and adequate controls to address the risks that will arise in information technology. In this study, an assessment will be carried out as well as making an assessment instrument on the effectiveness of the control of the Academic Information System. The assessment is carried out using a framework that has proven best practice. It is Control Objective for Information and Related Technology version 4.1. The results of the mapping carried out found seven process areas in Cobit 4.1, namely PO1 (determining IT strategic plans), PO9 (assessing and managing IT risks), AI6 (managing change), DS4 (assuring continuous service), DS11 (managing data), DS12 (managing facilities), and ME1 (monitoring and evaluating information technology performance). In addition, there are information technology processes that have the highest maturity level, such as DS4 (guaranteeing continuous service) and information technology processes that have the lowest maturity level, such as DS12 (management facilities). The results of the recommendations given are completing procedures, testing procedures and staff, as well as conducting socialization and raising awareness in carrying out established procedures. Kampus XYZ merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang dirancang untuk memberikan pelayanan pendidikan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat. Untuk memastikan layanan tersebut dilakukan dengan benar, kampus XYZ menggunakan teknologi informasi, dalam hal ini Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA). SIA diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan, dan kenyamanan dalam melaksanakan pelayanan akademik. Untuk memastikan berfungsinya layanan pendidikan, kampus XYZ harus melakukan kontrol yang efektif dan memadai untuk mengatasi risiko yang akan muncul dalam teknologi informasi. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan penilaian, atau asesmen, serta pembuatan instrumen penilaian terhadap efektivitas pengendalian Sistem Informasi Akademik. Penilaian dilakukan menggunakan framework yang telah terbukti best practice, yaitu Control Objective for Information and Related Technology versi 4.1. Hasil pemetaan yang dilakukan menemukan tujuh area proses pada Cobit 4.1, yaitu PO1 (menentukan rencana strategis teknologi informasi), PO9 (menilai dan mengelola risiko TI), AI6 (mengelola perubahan), DS4 (menjamin layanan berkelanjutan), DS11 (mengelola data), DS12 (mengelola fasilitas), dan ME1 (memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja TI). Selain itu, terdapat proses teknologi informasi yang memiliki tingkat kematangan paling tinggi, seperti DS4 (menjamin layanan berkelanjutan) dan proses teknolgi informasi yang memiliki tingkat kematangan paling rendah, seperti DS12 (fasilitas pengelola). Hasil dari rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah melengkapi prosedur, menguji prosedur dan staf, serta melakukan sosialisasi dan peningkatan kesadaran dalam menjalankan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

In order to improve and to ensure the availability of information technology (IT) services quality, many organizations now have a helpdesk which acts as a center point in solving and organizing problems. However, in the planning and implementation of Information Systems Service Helpdesk, it is necessary to do a thorough analysis of the framework of the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) that is appropriate and in accordance with the needs of organizations, that is also capable of providing the function of knowledge management. It is because each type of organization has different needs and Standard Operation Procedure in providing IT services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the right ITSM framework in developing Helpdesk Information System in PT Len Industri (Persero), which is one of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs). Helpdesk services provide repairs of hardware, software, and network. Previously, informations about problems and the handling are not complete, and the information storing is unstructured. This causes difficulties in monitoring and evaluation activities conducted by helpdesk admin and manager of Information Systems. To solve this problem, a system is designed using ITSM best practices standard from the Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 3. The system is designed to perform the classification to every problem. Classifications are made into several level of priorities which correspond with profile matching method, according to position and division within the PT Len Industri (Persero)’s value chain. The developed dashboard has been able to support the helpdesk results evaluation process. To ensure the usability of the system, a user acceptance test is conducted with the standard of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology. The system obtains overall score of 88,89% in the user interface aspect and 83,715% in the functional requirement of information system aspect.
