Abstract

The application of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Community Health Center as a user aims to provide convenience for officers in carrying out reporting activities between sections and also for activities in reporting to the Health Office by using the Generic Regional Health Information System for online patient management. It is hoped that the results of the application of the Generic Regional Health Information System will be input for the benefit of management in preparing a health program planning and is expected to be used as a monitoring system for Community Health Center services by the Head of the Community Health Center and the Health Office to be more effective. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The informants of this study consisted of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Operator of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Police Officer, the Drug Warehouse & Pharmacy Officer and the Cashier of the Simpang Tiga Health Center. The results showed that the implementation of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Simpang Tiga Health Center was still running up to the registration flow, so it was not interrelated between programs in accordance with the regulations set by the Government. Human resources who operate the Regional Health Information System still have adequate and not in accordance with the minimum educational standards, besides that the operators who run the Regional Health Information System have never received. Existing facilities and infrastructure still do not support the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System, ranging from network and computer disturbances, which are still insufficient for the implementation of a complete Regional Health Information System flow. Therefore, it is hoped that the puskesmas can pay attention to the existing constraints, so that the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System runs optimally.

Abstract

To realize the highest degree of health and realize a healthy Indonesia and reduce the number of conscientiousness caused by cigarettes, the government issued a Joint Regulation of the Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs No.188 / Menkes / PB / I / 2011 No. 7 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Non-Smoking Areas. And the Mayor of Pekanbaru issued a regulation on non-smoking areas, namely number 39 of 2014. The researcher's problem is how to implement the KTR policy at the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Compliance with the No Smoking Area (KTR) Policy at the Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City in 2022.The type of research carried out is qualitative with a descriptive method, a scientific approach to which the phenomenological approach is used. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 7 informants, namely the head of the Public health center, Public health center officers, security, and visitors. The results of this study show that the implementation of compliance with the No Smoking Area Policy at the Rejosari Health Center has not been carried out properly. the implementation of socialization that has not been effective to officers and visitors which makes the lack of public knowledge about KTR in Public health center, and there is no Special Team to supervise the Public health center environment, the readiness of the implementer has not fully demonstrated an attitude that supports the policy of non-smoking areas in puskesmas, there are still findings of visitors who smoke in the Public health center environment this is because there is no strict sanction from the Public health center. and have not prepared guidelines and commitments. It is recommended to the Head of the Rejosari Health Center to provide knowledge to all officers and visitors of the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City regarding the No Smoking Area at the Public health center, conduct socialization, form a special KTR Team and make strict sanctions, namely making written regulations and making commitments.

Abstract

Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a health program that aims to prevent chronic disease complications from BPJS Health, this program can facilitate routine health checks for people with chronic diseases. The chronic diseases that Prolanis focuses on are Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Based on data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office in 2020, it is known that the Rejosari Health Center has the highest number of Diabetes Mellitus patient visits in the city of Pekanbaru as many as 1,757 patients. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) in Diabetes Mellitus Patients participating in BPJS Health at the Rejosari Health Center Pekanbaru City in 2022. The type of research carried out was qualitative with a phenomenological design. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 6 informants, namely the head of the puskesmas, the person in charge of the program, the implementing officer, and 3 prolanis participants with diabetes mellitus. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of prolanis at the Rejosari Health Center has not been effective because there are still many obstacles and obstacles that exist in the Rejosari Health Center. It can be concluded that the implementation of prolanis is still not optimal, due to the shortage of prolanis officers and the overlapping of tasks in the puskesmas making several prolanis activities constrained, only 3 out of 5 prolanis activities are carried out at the Rejosari health center in Pekanbaru city. It is recommended to the Rejosari Health Center to add officers for the implementation of prolanis so that all prolanis activities can be carried out.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≧90 mmHg. In addition, in primary medical practice hypertension is one of the most common diseases found. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) believes that one in three patients has hypertension. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the hypertension management program in the working area of the RI Sidomulyo Public Health Center in 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interviews, observation and document tracking methods, to 5 informants consisting of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the PTM Program , Head of Administration, Doctors, and Nurses. This research was carried out in Mei 2022 at the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that human resources are adequate but the coordination and cross-programme are not running well. Facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as the unavailability of a technical guidebook for the discovery and management of hypertension and no instructions for implementing the hypertension program. covid-19, in addition to the puskesmas itself, the visit, judging from the achievements, the SPM is not too good, because many people are lazy to seek treatment and do not care about their health and the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in the Implementation of the Hypertension Management Program in the Work Area of the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo was known before the pandemic Covid-19 activities at the Posbindu implementation have been going well, but during the pandemic the activities did not run and were not optimal, apart from the lack of Posbindu.
